About this house rental
This lovely, updated, waterfront Key West style 3/2 home is updated and has renovated kitchen and baths....SMALL PET ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL, and additional $500 "pet security" deposit (Fully refundable with no damage) . It has an oversized dock with lots of living space for entertaining, fishing or just relaxing. The home has quartz countertops, wood cabinets, stainless appliances, upgraded bedding, 4 flat screen TV's, cable, Internet/WiFi access, outdoor grill, a large covered/screened lanai and waterfall pool that has a highly desirable sun exposure...the sunrise and sunsets are simply stunning right off the screened back porch or dock. The rental includes 4 adult and 3 kids bikes, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, and a rolling cart for beach equipment. The newer oversized dock and new seawall provide hours of entertainment to include fishing, viewing dolphins and other sea life swimming by, or for simply enjoying your morning coffee or afternoons waterside under the gorgeous Coconut Palms. The dock also has lay-along, bumpered dockage for up to a 30-foot boat, for shorter-term boat dockage or rental boats... and easy access to the Gulf (only one fixed bridge at 14' height). Boat lift normally occupied by owner's boat. LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION... It's approximately 1/2 mile along paved sidewalks and public access to the world renowned beaches famous for their beautiful white sand, tranquil waters and enormous quantity of all types of shells. My wife and I stayed for a week to celebrate a special birthday vacation and the home was as exactly as described and amazing!!
The location on the canal is perfect and the outdoor pool area is wonderful. We also enjoyed the bikes and the garage has everything you need for the beach.
Communication with the owners was fast and they took care of everything for us including having an item we left behind shipped home. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely return!!

We had a great Christmas Break with our Family! The property was just as advertised, and all communication was seemless. Our weather was a little cool, so we especially enjoyed the heated pool, biking, and paddling around in the protected canals. The house had everything you need when you fly; comfortable furniture, all the kitchen equipment, beach chairs, games, and more. Thanks again!

The location was exceptional. It was great to sit on the dock and watch the sunsets, the birds and even a couple of dolphins. The house had so many extras available. We were also pleased with how extremely clean and comfortable it was. Our stay here will be hard to beat. The hosts were very responsive with any questions.

Ralph and Linda really thought of everything. A wonderful home for a family vacation. The hous had so many extras like bean bag toss, board games, kayaks, hammock, darts, ping pong. Always something to do!

Cozy waterfront home
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! I don’t think the pictures capture it well. It’s a very cozy, well appointed home. The lanai and outdoor space are great. We loved swimming in the large pool, as well as, eating meals at the spacious outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings, with our coffee, and at night, watching the sunset and stargazing. The location is great..close to the beach, restaurants, market, shops. Ralph and Linda provide everything you need, from bicycles to a citrus juicer. We also really enjoyed kayaking right off the dock. Ralph was very accessible to answer any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

We were able to view fireworks on July 4 from the front porch so we never had a need to leave the house to enjoy the fireworks. The property is immaculate and lots of areas for relaxing outdoors.

Backyard Resort
This Florida style home has everything you need to enjoy a fun filled vacation! We really enjoyed going to the beach and having an umbrella, beach chairs and all the tools available to us made it so easy. The pool and lanai were fantastic and provided us much sun and relaxation. The waterway was filled with amazing sea life that captured our attention for hours! The bikes helped us get around town, which added to our enjoyment. We enjoyed our two weeks in this home!!

Great start to the New Year!
We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful house on Marco Island. The house was perfect for us and our friends. We enjoyed nightly swims in the heated pool. The house had everything you could possibly want. We had bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs and carts. The owners are great and answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Great vacation with the family!
Nice home, enjoyed the pool time, mornings on the dock. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need, if you choose to make meals on vacay. Only downside for us was getting out of the driveway with so much traffic at the holidays. Thanks for opening your home to our family.

The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. This house was great for our little family of 4, but would also be great for small groups. The master is on one side of the house, and the bunk room and additional bedroom were on the other side. Wifi and cell coverage were great. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect home with all you need
I brought my six and nine year old daughters for a week during their school break while my husband had to work. It was perfect. The pool is warm and beautiful. We cooked a lot of fun recipes from their Disney cookbook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing games on the screened in porch. We enjoyed eating dinner on the dock while watching creatures in the green light. We loved riding the scooters to beach. House had all the beach chairs, towels and toys you need. Girls especially had fun in the bunk bed room. They used all the beds and made forts with the bottom ones. We had a great dolphin tour with Florida Adventure Rentals. 10-12 dolphins swam with us in our wake for probably 20-25 minutes total. Ralph was always responsive quickly and helpful. One of our best VRBO experiences if not the best. Owners are very generous in how they share their home and belongings with strangers. Thank you!

We met up with our kids and grand-kids for a week at this charming beach house and enjoyed it very much. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. Loved the bikes, beach equipment, games and the pool. Ralph and Linda were very responsive to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience
Ralph’s home was perfect: super well-stocked, comfortable and conveniently located. Kids loved the pool and fishing pier in the back. Beach access was less than 10 min bike ride away (bikes for the whole family available in the home), which was great considering there is no beach parking. That part of the beach was relatively empty compared to the one further south, so perfect for social distancing. Ralph was a great host, providing us with many great tips and suggestions. He even ordered a blender when we told him we couldn’t find one in the house, had it in 2 days. We can’t wait to stay here again, truly!

Fun Stay
Great location. Well equiped. Kids loved the pool and pool basketball net. The bikng path right outside the door was much appreciated. Our 13 year old grandson biked to a little local shop every morning for bagels and coffee. The owner was very responsive to every problem -- broken wine opener and lack of tea kettle. Over all, it was a great choice. Our only suggestion would be to fix the bunk beds which were wobbly. A heavy slat fell on our granddaughter during the night. Had it landed on her head instead of her feet, it might have caused an injury. But it was nice for everyone to have their own bed. Thanks for a great week!

4th of July on Marco!
We've been coming to Marco with our children for the past 13 years! Our beloved condo was not available this year so we opted to choose a "home" away from home! This Marco home was definitely a great choice! We felt at home immediately. We spent the majority of our time in the pool, of course! The outdoor amenities were awesome! During high tide we took out the kayaks, in the evenings we enjoyed stargazing and viewing the sea life activity under the green light and our meals tasted even better outside at the large table. This home was in a perfect location to walk to the beach for the 4th of July Fireworks! Marco sure puts on an amazing finale! WOW! Overall, this home met all our needs and then some! You can't go wrong booking here! High-quality service from initial booking to departure! (Thank you Ralph & Linda!) . We can't wait to return!

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We saw tons of wildlife (including dolphins and even baby dolphins) right from the pier. It was a great location. The house had every type of amenities, including beach stuff, a Bluetooth radio for outside and a great basketball net for the pool. The only complaints we had was both sets of bunk beds seemed to be in need of some TLC and needed some repair as did the fishing poles left for use. Other than that we loved the house and would definitely return!!

Loved our family vacation at this well-equipped home!
This home was centrally located on Marco Island and very clean. Easy bike ride to many activities, enjoyed fishing off the dock, swam daily in the heated pool, and played many family games together around the large table in the screened porch. Kitchen was fully stocked, ample towels, very comfortable setting. Would definitely stay here again!
