Welcome to Sunset Breeze, located in the West End of Panama City Beach. This two-story house is in the great neighborhood of Sunnyside Beach about 2 blocks from the beach. It is a 4 bedrooms /3 baths home that can sleep twelve people very comfortable with still enough room for the entire family to relax. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and a private bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with the guest bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have a sliding screen door that opens to a private balcony allowing you to enjoy the fresh beach air and breeze. The open floor plan upstairs offers a large living room, kitchen and dining room allowing everyone to be together for meals and quality family time. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The living room has an over-sized sectional sofa and chair with a Smart-Tv with Xfinity cable. Downstairs has a futon and two full bedrooms with a full bath. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a washer and dryer which will let you clean your clothes, so you can travel light. The futon is in additional living area with a mini fridge for your use. and a smart-tv to enjoy. The backyard is equipped with a privacy fence making this a pet friendly spot. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to wash off the sand from the beach. There is a new gas grill for your grilling needs. Do not forget the nice golf cart with a blue tooth radio and a roof rack to get your family and all your toys down to the beach. The beach is only a few blocks away, but this helps to make your life even easier. Three beach cruisers/bikes are available for you to enjoy biking around the very quiet side of the beach. You will also have access to Xfinity wireless Internet and digital cable/smart-tv’s. In case you need to do a little work on vacation or to just catch up on your shows. One of the great things about being on this side of the beach is, you are so close to everything. We are only a 5-minute drive to Inlet beach and about a 10- minute ride down to Rosemary/Seacrest where you can browse shops, ride bikes, or go out to dinner. If you are wanting to stay in and explore Panama City Beach, we are 10- minutes from Pier-Park. This house is the best of both worlds close enough 30A for half the price and a vacation at enjoy our unique, pristine, sugar-white sandy beaches known as one of “The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

Michael was an excellent host! He reached out ahead of time to set up door access that was easy for my family! And answered my call several times when i had questions about places nearby! If you love home cooked meals like my family, there are plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils for everyone! There were some spices available which was perfect! The place was really clean and beds were very comfy! Golf cart and video game downstairs were a HIT with my adult teens! There are 2 main grocery chains 5 min away and Walmart is about 10min east which was also perfect! Ladies, there was also a nail salon about 10min away which was also great! On a budget and needing quick simple things... well there is a Dollar Store on the main road (right before Walmart) by Pier Park. So much to do around the area! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the not so crowded beach on Sunnyside!! Overall my family and I really enjoyed our time @ Michael's Vrbo! Highly recommend! We'll definitely stay again when back in PCB. THANKS FOR HOSTING US MICHAEL!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The golf cart was very useful to get us and all of our stuff to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. The house was clean and had a great layout for families. Great communications from owner. Thanks again!

Arrived at the house and everything was clean and put away. Beach was a short walk but the golf cart made it easy to get there in 2 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone!

Rented for 3 week stay. Sleep accommodations were fine. Kitchen and cooking utensils limited, not for 10 person meal plan. Black mold,heavy dust in vents. Backyard weeds past our knees until we notified host. Microwave was replaced after reporting it had mold. Food and hole burnt through back panel. Burnt pladtic

The house itself is a little outdated, but felt clean. The neighborhood was great, I would have liked to been a little closer to the beach, but I am lazy! The golf cart was awesome! We were able to use the kitchen to cook dinner a couple nights, we also used the grill. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Michael was great to deal with, he responded to my requests in a very timely manner!!!

We had a couple of minor issues but properly owner took care of us as fast as possible. He was very kind and helpful. The golf cart is very helpful and a nice perk. We look forward to staying here again

We enjoyed staying at the house for a week! It was plenty big enough for 8 of us. The golf cart was a HUGE hit with the teenagers. The listing says small ping pong table on porch but it was actually a full size one(I think) in the garage! About 3 blocks from the beautiful beach!

Overall very relaxing stay. Owner is quick to respond, good communication, close to beach. areas needing attention, mold in bathroom and we seen roaches everyday we were there, just needs some pest control, firat really cold night so not a surprise. Lights in back yard couldnt figure out how to get them working and very sandy on day 1 when we got there. All could be do to the fact it hadnt been used in a while. Would stay again. We came last minute also! Overall satisfied! Very relaxing week

My experience was awesome. I went with 7 family members for my birthday and this was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The house was clean and spacious. It was walking distance away from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. My only issue was the dog poop in the backyard. I was not able to cook outdoors because of that. But overall a great experience.

The property was clean, and had plenty of room and amenities. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, and laundry detergents. The electric golf cart was a nice touch. Nice master bedroom shower with two seats in it. Stairs can get tiresome for some, so take that into consideration. Nice TV(55" ?). Refrigerator was clean, Washer and dryer clean. Mattresses too firm for our taste, so bring a topper. Screened in front deck was very nice. Both upper bedrooms have balconies, but we didn't use them. Would I stay here again? Most definitely. The reservation was easy and the property agent was always fast to respond to any questions we had, every thing in the house worked great and made the trip fill like being at home. We had the entire family along for this beach vacation. The check in process was seamless the area was beautiful and the golf cart made trips to the beach so much easier. The house had everything you could need and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us plus the baby. We would definitely stay again 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
