Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. The grounds feature well-manicured tropical plants and scenery, as well as a relaxing gated pool, and spa. This quiet complex offers a great value to those who would like to spend time exploring the Island or to those who simply enjoy lying out in the sun. ** Important Notice: Dryer vent cleaning is scheduled for Monday, May 27, 2024, from 9am-12pm. Management will need access to the unit for about 30 minutes that day. The pool will be closed June 3-21, 2024 for pool deck resurfacing. **

Our stay here was so much more than we expected. We were able to cross the street to the whale museum where we could stand on their porch to watch the sunset; walk on the beach right across the street; walk into towns either way even avoiding the main strip of N./S. Kehei Street; and there was a clean pool and hot tub for our use always. The room was large with cozy bedroom, good sized bathroom, very accessible kitchen and large living room off of which was a sweet porch to watch the ocean. The only drawback was upon arrival there was a flood right next door to us, and our last day as well there was a flood through the parking lot. It's natural, perhaps unavoidable considering the placement of the property, but we lived through the experience unscathed. The property managers kept us all safe, and absolutely knew what they were doing. It can happen anywhere. We loved this place and recommend to others.

the unit is very clean and recently updated. It has ocean view and the pool is very close to it. The grounds of the complex are very well kept and it really gives you a tropical feeling. I will go back again. However, there are some cons to the resort; extremely small parking stalls, it doesn't have good signage and it's difficult to find the place, and not within walking distance to stores or restaurants.

Especially for the price, it was worth it. The room was clean, easy to access and met all of our needs. The location of the condo was not the ideal location that I would like to be in, but it was at least close by. The view from the patio was great. The pool was very small for the resort, and can get very full very fast.

Very clean and comfortable. Updated nicely. Fully equipped kitchen. Across the street froma nice beach with sea turtles every night at sunset. Highly recommend this condo and Kehei. You'll save a ton on money with your own condo, plus it's just minutes for numerous shops and dining.

Overall a nice property in a great location. The suite could use some upgrades and a bit of maintenance. Window blinds in the bedroom are terrible and allow far too much light into the room. Some of the windows were very dirty. Otherwise the unit was clean and is well stocked with amenities. Carpet could use a cleaning as there were a number of stains on it. Nice view and great lanai. We have stayed in this unit 2 years running and have rebooked for 2023.

Great condo, with a great view from the terrasse! Bedroom is spacious, lots of room for our clothes and luggage, well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc.

The unit was very nice, clean and recently updated. It was well stocked, it had everything we needed. We had a good view of the ocean and the pool. I was pleasantly surprised with the pool, the water was warm, perfect! Unlike most pools in the area that the water is so cold you don't want to get in them.

Prefect stay for an island getaway
This spot is centrally located with great food and beach nearby. A short walk to the beach will offer turtles in the morning and sunsets at evening. The condo grounds are well kept and the the condo itself is well stocked with beach accessories, a cooler and full kitchen. Prefect amount of space for three people. Would stay again!

Awesome Kihei Property
This property is awesome. I'm a former Maui resident and found this place ideal for our visit. The pool was just off the lanai for easy access. The beach is just a short walk as well as local shops and restaurants. The Tradewinds made our stay comfortable. Will book again. Mahalo.

I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place. It was so perfect having the gorgeous beach across the street and a lovely pool and spa right outside of our room. Its close to restaurants and shopping too.

This was the nicest most well equipped condo we have stayed in of all our trips to Hawaii. The property is well kept and directly across the street from a beach and turtle sanctuary. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Maui!!!

We couldn't be happier with the place! It had everything we needed to enjoy our one week stay in Maui. The location is perfect to explore every side of the island and yet it allows to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at the beach, hiking or driving around beautiful Maui. We had a small issue with the WiFi router in the unit but the property managers took care of it really fast. The kitchen is very well equipped so we had no issues cooking our meals there. The pool and the hot tub are a very nice plus to have. All in all, the perfect place for an extended stay in the island. We would stay here again if/when we come back to Maui in the future! Highly recommend place!!!

Too many people in this complex do not pay attention to the pool hours. Almost every night there was group of loud talking adults sitting in the hot tub well past the pool closing hours and even well past midnight on occasion. Keep us awake many evening.
