The master bedroom with private bath has a king size bed and a 42' color TV for your comfort and enjoyment. It also has a patio door leading out to the screened lanai, Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning in total privacy in your lanai or courtyard area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. This courtyard villa is located in Tamarind Grove which is coinventiently located to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Private country club, seabreeze recreational club. We are a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square and Paddock Square. Here you can enjoy resturants, shops, cinema and free live professional entertainment nightly all village squares. The villages is a golf cart community with approximately 50 golf courses (executive and championship courses) to enhance your stay we provide a 2016 Yamaha gas golf cart with your villa rental. You will find with the many scenic and well marked golf cart trails that you will want to go everywhere in the Villages with in your golf cart. Charlotte had an amazing organizer of all the areas and instructions close at hand. The golf cart was great and even though located between Brownwood and Lake Sumter it was still easy to get to Spanish Springs. Home very clean and comfortable. I hated to leave!

The villa was wonderful. Spacious, clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. Located in a quiet and friendly residential area of the Villages, it is conveniently located to all of the market squares that are the signatures of this unique, active community. Plenty to do and see and the villa made for a perfect place to call "home" during our stay.

There was supposed to be 3 of us, but one got pneumonia and insisted we go on. Found the place easy with Waze app in car. Lovely, comfortable, and well kept home. The Hostess, Charlotte, left good info and was very helpful when we called about a small concern. It has me considering a move to FL. We spent our evenings in various, awesome restaurants, and then hit the Sumter Square for 60’s music. We took in a movie; watch trivia night afterwards; with boozy bingo and blazing pianos on the following nights. ALL WERE AWESOME. I would be interested in knowing about places in the villages away from the golf courses as that’s not my thing. I do plan on recommending seeing the Villages and using the VRBO app.

My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our two week stay, even during the torrential downpours. We found this beautiful home to be spotless and very clean. The kitchen is complete with every amenity one could think of needing. Our host, Charlotte, was quick to respond to questions. We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The gas golf cart is an added bonus. Thank you Charlotte for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

When we arrived, the villa was spotless. We certainly had enough room for both of us. The king size bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The pools are close by using the golf cart. Also, we played golf and there are plenty near the villa. We stayed for a week and loved our experience at the villa and the Villages!

We enjoyed both the decor and comfort of this villa, as well as the included amenities. Enjoyed our morning coffee in the lanai, making meals in the well equipped kitchen and availability of golf cart for running around. Unit is close to neighborhood pool and central within The Villages, which enabled trips to various town squares. We took advantage of exercise classes as well as ping pong, table shuffleboard and putt-putt golf. After a full day, found it relaxing to return to 2243 Vassar Lane. Plan to return!

We had use of the golf cart and all amenities the Villages had to offer! Actually, quite overwhelming initially! I highly recommend this vacation Villa. Will definitely seek a future stay if ever returning to the area.

Perfect private getaway! Each bedroom had en-suite bath. Swimming available at neighborhood pool. Entertainment every night at the town squares. Multiple levels of golf play available from putt putt, pitch & putt, par 3 and championship courses. We did them all! The villa itself provided grill with tank, screened in porch and sunbathing patio, and a golf cart! Interior provided smart TV, dvd and variety of cooking utensils that covered all the basic needs. Where some rentals I’ve been to don’t provide anything in the way of consumables like dish soap, this villa owner provided dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soaps and even laundry detergent. Everything lasted the whole trip. The only thing we needed to buy was TP. THIS VILLA OWNER IS VERY VERY THOUGHTFUL, and very responsive when we had a question. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again. Thank you for a great stay!

First of all, the owner is wonderful and left specific instructions for everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. Due to personal reasons I only stayed 2 weeks but definitely plan on returning to the Villages and this Unit, if available. Thank you for the best part of my summer vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Vassar. The house is very comfortable. The weather prevented us from enjoying any outside activities. No golf, no pickle ball,no pool and no use of the Golf Car.It rained the whole time we were there. We did drive throughout the Villages and surrounding areas. Spent much time shopping and dining. The weather really stopped us from enjoying the area as we had planned.

We really liked the property and the owners. Would stay in the Villages again with the knowledge of how things are going to go. Residents of the Villages were very accommodating. The owners were especially prepared for guests and were quick to answer any questions.

Our stay was ok, but could have been better. We had asked if paper goods (TP, etc ) were included. We were told they were. When we checked in to the property, we discovered they were not. The owner was very nice, and said the cleaning lady had to go to the store, and would be there shortly with the supplies...she never showed up. The owner was upset when I told her the cleaning lady never showed up with the products, so we made a trip to the store to buy extra. Secondly, the contract says to please leave the golf cart with at least 1/2 tank of gas. The previous renters left it with barely enough gas to get it to the gas pump. Thirdly, the previous renters had disengaged the Amazon Fire Stick to the point the TV would not turn on. (All of these things took 1 day from us, because we had to stay there to wait on a friend of the owner’s to come reconnect the Firestick App. ) The villa, itself, was beautiful, and clean. It was just a series of crazy events that should have been taken care of from the beginning.

Great place. Loved the location. Great communication with owner. A few issues arose but nothing to do with the owners or the actual stay. The owners were quick to respond and fix the problem. Would stay here again.
