Consigliatissimo! proprietaria molto disponibile e premurosa, casa pulita, e dotata di tutto il necessario, ottima zona in pieno centro, se mi capitera' di tornare ad Avellino tornero' di sicuro in questa casa.

We loved our stay. It is a lovely place to stay, in the center of Avellino, great size, very confortable, the owner Anna Maria was very kind. There were kind touches everywhere ( little snacks, coffee). We would love to come again.

Cleanliness, helpful land lord. Would recommend again.

Place a bit too cold (temperature).

The location is pretty much in the middle of Avellino and the host was very gracious and showed me aro7nd the area

The property is nice with two double rooms each with their own bathroom. It has a small kitchen with coffee machine and dining table.

It is very noisy from the upstairs apartment and you can hear people walking around. The ceilings are very high and so would be worth trying to sound proof it.
