Great position, lovely, clean and comfortable. This home has 3 bedrooms with 4 queen/double sized beds so great for family. Some extra full sized coffee cups and some cereal bowls would be useful. Definitely recommend this unit.

lovely little apartment in a nice quiet area. our family really enjoyed our time here

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the proximity of the water we spent most days swimming. The apartment was spacious we were a family of 5 with plenty of room and each child had a double bed of their own.
No major issues, just be careful when coming out of the bathroom after showering as the hallway is very slippery if your wet, I had a fall it was quiet dangerous.

Put in an elevator, bit hard carrying all the luggage to the top floor (3rd floor) but overall good.

Easy and beach across the road. Beds really comfy. Lovely amenities left in the bathroom
Some globes missing so could use a couple of lamps. DVD wasn't working & the clothes airer is rusty and broken.

Great accommodation clean well equipped and great view easy access to everything
Cupboard needed fixing and ice trays small instructions for tv and DVD wouldn't go astray but fumbled through.

Great place to stay great location. Well done on the inside. Very happy staying there. Right across from the beach. Great communication with premium realty would definitely stay again
Only one little thing fan in first bedroom only went on one speed which wasn't great but did not affect our stay in any way

The location was awesome close to shops and water. The room layouts great and the beds very comfy. 4 large beds in all rooms. Wine upon arrival was a nice touch and plenty of toilet paper, washing machine and dryer, even had laundry detergent. these small touches were lovely
Very dusty everything was covered in dust. The air con was full of mould.
One of the doonas had dirt and blood on it this was a big turn off.
One of the windows in the bedroom was about to fall which could be extremely dangerous. Rusted and hanging on one side. Maintenance def needed.
Chair on verandah was broken and unsafe to sit in another guest reported this in the book shame it wasn’t looked at.

Difficult to contact for checking in. Value for money was poor. Some essential items were not there or not working

Nice updated interior, awesome location, main bed super comfortable.
During the day it got a bit warm as it only has 1 small aircon in the living space, nights were cool so didn't bother us much

Close to rsl as we were attending a wedding
Lipstick on supposedly clean glasses,which we did not use.Unclean vent above oven, No Wi-Fi as per booklet instructions (had to work this out ourselves) and a ant infestation in the kitchen.
