This luxurious and spacious (1906 square feet), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo is situated in the Playa building of Las Mañanitas. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Our unit is fully furnished and designer appointed, offering you every luxury. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE NETFLIX and APPLE TV INCLUDED!!! The beautiful master bedroom features a king sized bed with designer down comforter and bedding and private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. This room features large sliding glass doors with black-out curtains. There is a safe provided in the master bedroom to keep your valuables protected. There is also a small sitting area in the master bedroom where you can relax. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with designer down comforters and bedding and its own full bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy views of Palmilla Point from bed through large glass doors, complete with black-out curtains. There is also a full sized sofa-bed in the living-room if required. The Living Room and Guest Room feature flat screen televisions with American Dish Network. The living room also features a Blu-Ray/DVD player featuring FREE NETFLIX. For your listening pleasure, there is a deluxe audio system in the living room and out on the private balcony where you can enjoy 4th floor panoramic views from Punta Gorda to Palmilla Point while sitting at our custom granite bar top. We feature 2 dining areas to entertain and gather for family meals. Enjoy eating in the beautiful dining room at a copper topped table that can seat up to 6 or take your meals out to our balcony dining table for 6. For a special treat we can help you arrange to have a private chef come in and prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests. The living-room and dining areas are very spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features all brand new STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES as well as a state of the art coffee maker and large blender for your margaritas! There is a laundry room inside the unit and we provide the detergent for you. The large patio, featuring a beautiful granite countertop, overlooks the pools and hot tub area, the beach, and the sea. Everything is provided from dishes to beach towels. We have a set of GOLF CLUBS for your use at some of the finest golf clubs around! There is a SURF BOARD, a large supply of beach and pool toys, wet suits, snorkeling equipment, etc for your enjoyment. We had the most amazing, relaxed, stress-free stay. The location was perfect and the views did not disappoint. The property was as described. We had a great time and would stay again! Everything was perfect!

Beautiful place. Very clean has everything you need and if you forgot to bring anything, there are two amazing stores just up the road. About a 5 minute walk. We tried a local bakery and some taco places as well as a brewery. We enjoyed walking around the old town San Jose and driving upto visit Tamarindos. Our favorite was Taqueria El Paisa.

Very nice property on a quiet beach and complex. Super market within walking distance and some good restaurants close by. Also enjoyed Georges at marina sjdc. Great place for a walk if you enjoy large boats. Really disappointed with Baja brewing worst meal here. This complex has pickle ball and few pools on the beach , it is not Cabo and if looking for the boom of loud music San jose is not for you. Bbq is cleaned so quick after use it made our head spin. Great vondo for a couple or family.

We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years but this property stands out. It was not equipped as a rental but rather as a home. ANYHING you might need was there. In addition the view and the gigantic balcony were amazing. Great location. Especially convenient to airport and San Jose del Cabo. Lovely stretch of beach.

The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The view from the 4th floor was fantastic. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the pool and grilling area. We were traveling with adult family and we all agreed our favorite was the large patio. It was a great place to relax and read, have meals or just sit at the granite counter enjoying your beverage of choice while looking at the Sea of Cortez. We are hoping for a return visit:)

We had an incredible stay at Nina’s condo at Las Mananitas. Waking up to the view of the blue sea and beautiful pool never got old. The condo is spacious and the strong air conditioning was welcome every time we walked in from the hot outside. The beds were comfortable and our toddler had a wonderful time running around and peering through the balcony.

We loved our quick little stay at this great property! Can’t beat the views!! Gorgeous!! This condo has so much to offer and well equipped with all your needs especially for a family!! Quiet and safe area!! So many little extras that you don’t always find at a VRBO!!! So close to many great places within walking distance!! Make sure you stop and eat lunch at Cynthia’s too! This condo is a little gem in San Jose!! 💜

Wow! We had such an amazing stay. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by icy, cold AC and the smell of clean. The condo was well stocked. And the view! It could not have been more perfect. Nina was very helpful and answered all our questions in a reasonable amount of time. Location was absolute fabulous with a huge grocery store less than a mile away. Property was beautiful and quiet with a spectacular view. Loved that the property had everything you need like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, golf clubs, laundry detergent etc. Definitely my go to when staying in Cabo.

Facilities are well cared for, lots of walking areas, and beachfront. 4th floor unit has good ocean views, elevator for those who need it. Unit was clean and well amended. There is traffic noise, but if you close the road side windows at night it makes it quite bearable to sleep - you can leave ocean side patio doors open, or close them to make it more quiet for those light sleepers. Counter on terrace is very useful, we found ourselves using all the time for gazing at the ocean, looking for whales.

Such a great location, property, condo and amenities. Condo had everything we needed. Beautiful views and pool. Owner put us in touch with a chef, Elizabeth, who came in to prepare dinners for the 4 of us. What an amazing meal—better than any restaurant meal for a fraction of cost! Will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at this condo. Great location and the view from the condo has improved substantially since they pruned the palm trees out front. The condo owner is very accessible and responsive. We recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.
