Condo A13 was completely remodeled in June 2015. New Mitsubishi A/C in the livingroom keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. Free WiFi in this beautiful and comfortable vacation home. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage. Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations. Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. As Maui reopens and starts welcoming visitors more widely, our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community. A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer. Once again Kihei Sands is our place to stay when we visit Maui. It is a small resort that is well taken care of. Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

We normally stay in West Maui and decided it was best to find a different option. The Kihei Sands jumped out at me while doing my research. We loved that the property is small. It made it easy to be together as a family even though we had separate units. The patio is a wonderful gathering area. It has great outdoor furniture and was very welcoming.

We stayed at Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums. The condo itself was very clean and had all the amenities a you would ever need. It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.

This place is the perfect vacation spot. Close enough to all we wanted to do without the crazy crowds. There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

Although management has changed several times over those years, they are always the best, caring, and professional team. We have been coming to Kihei Sands since I was a child so I've seen it stay the same and have some changes. The current owners do a nice job keeping it up and it's very quiet and peaceful. We love that it's on the beach and overall pretty inexpensive. The one negative we had this time was that they started charging for late checkout since that last time I stayed. It didn't say anything about that in the welcome packet (just to ask if it was available) and so I did and it was $60. Seems a bit steep if you don't have anyone checking in. Other than that possible charge, all was great and our stay was lovely.

This is just a great place to stay. The small complex leaves you just steps from the beach. Coffee on the patio every morning while looking at an empty beach is a real treat. The managers are friendly and the place is kept clean and neat. Our unit was nicely furnished with all that we needed and the AC kept the unit cool and comfortable all the time. Many guests don't want to take their beach equipment home so the managers have a storage spot near the pool where you can find beach chairs, kids toys, pool noodles, and boogie boards for your use. A great feature. We really enjoy the place and have been staying here for 25 years on numerous trips. A great place!!

The condo was in a great location, very well maintained, clean, bed was comfortable and shower was great. The condo itself was small but for two people certainly comfortable. TV was a bit difficult to get going it seemed as though it took 15-30 minutes each day to turn on. Not sure why asked for help but the lady Karrie had no idea what to do. My recommendation is a bit more instructions for this issue. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and enjoy Maui.

The patio area was a great place to be able to meet as a family and eat together. Kids had so much fun in the pool and on the Beach. Was a nice small complex with lots of perks.
