Nestled in Maitland, this attractive house for $244 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Fully furnished, charming and comfortable, 4 bedroom - 2 bath, short-term home has new linens, new beds (1 King, 2 queen, 1 single, trundle bed, 1 youth, 1 portable playpen/crib), laundry room, brand new 4K Samsung TV’s and a fully-equipped kitchen. High-speed Internet, over-air cable and utilities included. We’ve gone solar! (Please turn the thermostat to 79 when leaving). Maitland is a beautiful, upscale community nestled between numerous lakes and parks, located just north of Orlando. It’s a perfect location because you feel like you’re in a small town, yet you’re close to everything. Out of respect for my neighbors and because this is a quiet neighborhood, no motorcycles are allowed... Just a few blocks from the Maitland Art Center & Museum and the historic Lake Lily Cultural Corridor. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market, stroll around the many lakes or dine at numerous places including Teak’s Neighborhood Grill. Randa, who lives in the guesthouse on the property, is available to assist you with any questions and advice about the area. The home is located one mile from the famous Enzian Theater and Eden outdoor bar. Dine on great food while you watch a movie! A short 8 minute walk to SunRail Train Station, great when events are downtown! Only a few miles to Winter Park for world class shopping, dining with 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums. If you’re here for a medical-related stay, SunRail drops you off right in front of Florida Hospital Orlando (Advent Health). Very close to Rollins College and UCF. Walt Disney World and Universal are close and yet far enough away to avoid all the tourist traps and traffic. Distance in miles… Enzian Theater 1.3 Rollins College 3.7 Florida Hospital 4.6 University of Central Florida 11.2 Universal Studio 16.6 Walt Disney World 25.6 Before booking, some have inquired as to why we charge a per person fee of $20 per night for any guests over two people. This is because it's a lot more wear and tear on the property with 6 verses 2 (more towels, laundry, water, air-conditioning, etc.). By the time we pay the VRBO fee, taxes, income tax, etc., my profits are slim. The cost of staying here is so much less than any hotels in the area, AND you receive a full kitchen, family room, dining, etc. Most guests, after they stay here, tell me that I'm not charging enough. I want it to be a win-win for everyone. :)

This property is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor spaces. Randa was so kind to our group and we enjoyed the stay. If you are using the Maitland Art and History Museum for a wedding, this property is ideal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house; it was cosy, clean and had everything we needed and more! Randa was a superb host and was always so easy to contact if we did have any questions. Having travelled from the UK to spend time with family, having a place to stay that felt like home made our visit even more special. We will be back!

We loved it. Every amenity (including a coffee grinder and maker for my wife and I who are coffee addicts (how did our host know this??) provided for us including use of a bicycle which I really appreciated. The area was ideal as well - safe, quiet, within walking distances of lakes and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable and our host made herself available were we to have any problems or issues with the property

This place was very clean and comfortable. My wife got lots of much needed rest as it was nice and quiet here, a perfect place to grab a book and a blanket and relax. There were plenty of good places to eat in the area as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it turned out to be exactly what we needed.

The photos don’t do justice to the comforts and space of Randa’s home. We had everything we needed, from tons of towels to lots of kitchen equipment to fast Wi-Fi, and even some toys for the kids. Beds are comfortable, street is quiet, with a small playground across the road. Great brewery and other restaurants a short walk away. The house feels like a home with decor and books, but isn’t cluttered and Randa has left plenty of space for guests to settle in. Huge new washer and dryer helped us keep up with a family-worth of laundry. Easy keypad entry. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The property was perfect for our little family of 5 and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was located very close to a food store and a playground was right across the street. All the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable.

House was roomy and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. Property has private outside space (covered and uncovered) and is in a walkable neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants with easy lake access. About 1 mile from the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey (outstanding) and 50 miles to the national seashore and Kennedy Space Center. House has 4 private bedrooms (two adjoining) and a sleeping area off the kitchen. Photos in listing are accurate. The host was pleasant and very welcoming. It was as if we were staying on the property of close friends. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days. The house is well kept and had all the important amenities for a family of 5, for 6 days. The house is very centrally located and on a quiet street. Randa, was so kind and accomodating. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting family.

We could not have been happier with this property. It was conveniently located (we had events in Winter Park) and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads. The house was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. Randa could not have been kinder. She was so accommodating to our changes as other family members decided to join us. We rented this home to be close to our son in Casselberry. The house is the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It is also a quick 15-20 min away from all major attractions. The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is so open and roomy. Randa goes above and beyond and stocks the house with all the little extras to make it feel like home. The indoor porch is beautiful and my family enjoyed a cookout while cooking on the black stone. We will definitely rent this home again when we visit!

Randa was super attentive and communicative. Her place is filled with decorations and conveniences that make a house feel like a home. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. It's also central to a lot of things and very close to Winter Park. She even has a bike for guests to use while they're there. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to be back next year! Needed a place near some family in Longwood that was also close to attractions. Beautiful well stocked home with a very attentive, caring owner. Girls loved the home and beds were all super comfortable! We will for sure be back if available next time we visit with family and need to hit any of the attractions. Happy New Year.

The house was very clan and had everything we needed to have a good stay over Thanksgiving. Host was very responsive and accommodating. A short walk .3 mi. to Publix and Starbucks. Convenient to additional shopping by car.

We booked this home for 4 nights and 5 days so we could be close to the Mead Botanical Gardens where our daughter was getting married. The stay was absolutely fabulous! The location is great with a great variety of restaurants and stores close by. The owner Randa was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The home was so comfortable and spacious. Plus there was plenty of parking! Great cozy beds and comfortable furniture all around. The inside was clean, cozy, and elegant. We actually had my daughters photographer come to the house and take photos of here getting her hair and makeup done because the inside of home was so pretty it was a great backdrop. Soooo much better than a hotel! So glad we stayed here and made this VRBO part of our memories with the wedding. I will definitely find a reason to come back and vacation in the area so I can stay here again!

This is the 6th time I've been in the area in the last year (my granddaughter attends Rollins College). This was hands down the best property I've stayed at!!! Randa's attention to detail is amazing! The house is spacious, well appointed and just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and a short hop to Publix, Park Ave, local restaurants and attractions and a Dunkin Donuts (critical for us Bostonians). I had the pleasure to briefly meet Randa. I'm hoping to be able to book here again over the next couple of years.

This was our second stay with Randa and we expect to book more. Her house is closer to feeling like we're "at home" than anyplace else we've stayed. Part of the appeal for us is how close (distance) we are to family, but it's also hard to imagine a host who's friendlier or more responsive. Property matches pictures and amenities listed.

Perfect stay in great location!
We have family members that stay in Maitland and Eatonville so this location was perfect. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child (8 total) that slept comfortably in this space that had 4 bedrooms and an additional full size trundle bed. The beds were extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. Everything was very very clean and had items ready to use (pots, laundry detergent, books, lotion, you name it). Randa was simply amazing. She was extremely responsive (less than 5 minutes, seriously) and accommodating. We plan to stay here any time we visit family in Maitland. A wonderful stay!!

Perfect stay!
We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to fit seven adults comfortably. Randa’s home was absolutely perfect, roomy, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great family getaway
I was extremely pleased with our stay. The accommodations are so warm and cozy! We traveled for a family wedding and needed space for our daughter and my in laws... it was picture perfect! The rooms are delightful and beautifully decorated! Was so refreshing to enjoy everyone in a living room and kitchen rather than stuck in a hotel!

Maitland house
We've been in some nice rentals, but Randa's VRBO is the first time it felt like home. It was an absolute joy. The work, the craft, the care that's gone into furnishing everything betokens a labor of love. The usual phrases of "clean, conveniently located", etc can't describe what we enjoyed. Randa is a welcoming hostess extending every courtesy. I hac injured my knee enroute and hobbling into her home without steps or hard to enter spaces was a major relief. It was cozy enough for my husband and I to stay but spacious enough to have local family visit for a meal and conversation. My husband enjoyed the desk because he sometimes completes work for the online classes he supervises. The only drawback was the cable access did not include any standard streaming channels and it was the NCAA basketball tournament.
