The exit out
184 unity receptionist, rude and basically called me a liar, no help whatsoever, Maintenance guy was really nice though and very helpful
The caravan was ROUGH considering it was £113 a night. Loads of things are broken in there, tatty furniture, the TV only works when it wants to and the bathroom turned into a night club with a flashing light.
The bed was very comfy once you slid up the wall and got in it. Rubbish chucked up the side of the caravan, boiler has no cover to stop a small inquisitive child sticking their finger into the pilot light, serious h/s issue.
To be honest I should have been paid to stay in the caravan and I'm glad I didn't take my dogs, very poor for money

The caravan was spotless clean..
All was good. Caravan was dated and worn. But it was spotless clean. I did descale the kettle,as it was pretty bad. Kitchen was well equipped.

It was very close to the beach. The garden was ideal for our little dog. Communication with the host was very good.

clean and tidy plenty of utensils and cutlery to use short walk to beach path on site lead you to it a bar on site and amusement arcade short walk to main shops in brean private garden so great if you have animals or children
the single beds mattresses need replacing old and can feel the springs the tv not good reception so no tv most
evenings carpet needs replacing only a 8 star rating on the basis of the single mattresses and poor reception in the caravan which can be improved to get 10 star rating

Very clean, brilliant location
The single bed was extremely uncomfortable the springs are as good as poking out the matress. Annoyed I was asked to leave a ten star review without finishing my trip and poor communication on the safety deposit refund, still waiting for the money.

Lovely location,stones throw from beach,short journey to Burnham,van was cosy ,apart from fire there was two oil filled radiator s for use if needed,we had everything we needed for our 3 night break,the little garden was enclosed really good for someone with a dog,good outdoor furniture.
Nothing to dislike,only problems we had was no working light in bedroom and only one in kitchen worked,smoke alarm needed new battery,I did find it difficult by the side of bed as there is not much space but I am 66 with knee arthritis,none of this would put me off booking again.

The caravan was very clean inside . Bedroom is small but the double bed was very comfortable
On site bar restraunt was very good and had entertaiment on saturday night

Great location, 50 yards from the beach, on-site pub/restaurant, caravan had all of the things you need, including pots/pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Parking for one car next to the caravan.
Owners really helpful and easy to contact and we were able to add an extra days holiday using their online facilities.
Liked everything.

The property is on a nice clean quiet camp with a really nice club/restaurant on it.
The caravan itself was adequate but no more than that. It needs somewhere to hang towels/ clothes in the bathroom as the tiny hooks on the door are much too small to hold anything. The beds and all of the seats have seen better days too.

I had trouble with the double mattress. It was too soft for me. Slept on bed in living area which was better.
There was a hole by path as u came down steps, probably dug by a dog.
