Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , cable TV .Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, cable television.Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes to MCarran International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. Easy highway access. We rented this property to visit with our son, who lives in Henderson, for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect for us, only 6 minutes from his house. The 6 of us were very comfortable. The beds and pillolws were great! There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

The accommodations were excellent. The home was clean and was well stocked with the basics. Very convenient location to the south point casino.However , the neighborhood is filled with barking dogs. Unfortunately, the owner has no control over it. And that stubborn bedroom light keeps coming on all by itself.

We had a family wedding at The M Resort. It made more sense to rent a home vs. 3 separate rooms. This rental was conveniently located less than 10 minutes away.

This place was perfect for a long weekend spent hiking. It was quiet and close to what we needed. Thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, but overall a good stay.

Property's location was also very convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, general shopping. Beds were excellent as was AC. Kitchen was a bit sparse though had adequate items for casual/light meals...not a problem if dining out. Marika was definitely available by text and responded quickly as needed. I would rate this stay more than 5 stars if I could. The beds were very comfortable. Three large beds to fits three larger guys. Near almost everything. No more than a 15 min ride to the strip. Easy access when checking. WiFi and cable was top tier. I would definitely book this property if I’m ever in Vegas again.

The property was very clean and centrally located for where we needed to be. The only issue that we had is that one of the ceiling lights in the front bedroom nearest the bath kept coming on at 4:10 am. It was also very hot in that room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

The property was beautiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the interior was warm and inviting. The host responds within an hour to any question you may have. If I ever return to the area, this is where I would want to stay!

Not to close to downtown but not far either. Easily accessible to the airport and anything else you would want to do. The beds were very comfy, place was clean and nice, overall great experience and much cheaper than a hotel.

Marika was an excellent host and communicated quickly on all questions I had. The house itself was in a great location just east of Southpoint casino which was perfect for our stay. The property is very easy to locate and the house is very clean and well kept up. Will definitely look to use this property again on future trips!

This was one of the best VRBO properties, I have vacationed at, so far. Location is 10 minutes from the strip, in an new subdivision. Three very comfortable king beds, which are a must for my family. The home is more modern than what the pictures show, (LVT Flooring throughout, Nest thermostat, etc.) Entry was easy, and the host was very responsive.

My husband and grown sons stayed at this property for a quiet but central location to attractions. They had 3 motorcycles that fit perfectly in the garage. Amenities were as advertised, clean and owner was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. We’ll be back.
