About this house rental
Situated in Spring Valley, this charming house for $1,188 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Location! Location! Location! This custom home sits on over 1/2 acres in one of Las Vegas best neighborhoods. just 3 miles from the action of the Las Vegas strip. The house is also just minutes from the airport. The freeway ramp for the 215 is nearby, so anywhere you want to go is just minutes away. This beautiful home sits in an area where all the homes are all at least on 1/2 acre lots, with many on lots of 2 1/2 acres or more. I can help you out with reservations for Vegas golden Knights tickets or any other events you may need You can email me for details Don't get stuck in one of the hundreds of rentals that are stacked on top of one another in a housing track where the homes have no personalities. This is a great area and a great house The location is just minutes from all the action on the Las Vegas strip but feels like you're out in the country. This is a also great house to hang out in. There is an indoor spa, a pitch and putt golf green (clubs provided if you don't have yours). A built-in grill area sits by the pool that's set up like a lagoon with a waterfall, Doggie friendly There is a dog area-kennel that is fenced Dogs welcome with refundable dog deposit Also have a pool table and dartboard to enjoy along with 9 different TVs with direct TVs sports and movie packages. (If you decide you would like to use the propane heater to heat the pool there is an extra $500.00 deposit required this is not part of the security deposit.)There are 2 ponds and a 180-gallon fish tank. There are four bedrooms, and also the guest casita that is included!! bedroom one is set up like a kid's room with a full bed and a set of bunk beds, A master suite features a sliding glass door out to the spa/ pond room. A third bedroom is a traditional room very comfortable king size bed. The fourth is on the other side of the house. It has 2 full beds and is set up like a hotel suite. It has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and looks out on to the pool area The way the house is set up with the one bedroom set on the far side of the home comes in handy if there is some late-night socializing going on, but someone needs to get some sleep The casita Has a kitchen and king bed and a full bed. Also, there are many couches and a fold out beds. The televisions in the house comes with Dish Network with the Americas 200 package, so if you do decide to spend a night at home there is plenty of shows to choose from. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. We can help with any needs you might have. There is always someone available 24/7 We can help you with any issues or questions you might have during your stay, The owners live next door, so we can be right there, ready to address any and all problems. You can call anytime night or day. There is is no rave events or parties allowed. This will be strictly enforced. The goal is to make your stay as hassle free as can be! There is an onsite manager and security cams that face the driveway (there are no cameras inside the property) The pool/spa area is a real great place to hang out. fire up the grill and enjoy your vacation. The money you can save by enjoying your meals at home, sitting by the pool, will more than pay for your stay here at the house. The house is pet friendly. The house looks exactly like the pictures!!! We had multiple families stay here for a thanksgiving celebration and the house worked out well for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room served as a nice gathering area. Pretty chilly but the crazy kids still made use of the pool (without us heating it, although that was an option) and they spent lots of time hot tubbing. Jack, the owner, was super responsive via phone and texts. Checkin was easy and checkout was great, we didn’t have to do anything!

Jack's house is more than we expected. Beautiful pool, hot tub, pond. More than enough space for our party. Jack was so accommodating. We had some small changes in our initial plan, and Jack didn't hesitate to adjust his schedule.

The property was a short Uber ride to the Vegas strip .
Stores for food shopping were only about a mile away easy walk. Jack the owner was very helpful, Jack does live on property in sperate apartment but never a bother.

Perfect place for family get together or for sports teams coming for tournaments. Host was very nice and kept away from us for privacy, great job. The owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Jack was great to communicate with. It was a great place for my whole family to gather before and after our daughter’s Vegas wedding. The pool and hot tub was perfect to keep every age happy. So much space for everyone to spread out. Thanks so much Jack!!

This was a very great stay for my group and I. this was my first booking on Vrbo and I could not be happier with the stay. the home is very spacious with an east and west wing, hot tube and mini golf. we loved how close the listing was to the strip and to the airport. Jack, the host, was great at communicating with us and helping and accommodating us with what ever we needed. will call on this listing again when traveling to vegas with a big group.

Great Bachelor Getaway!
Our group was in Vegas for my buddy’s bachelor party and this house was perfect. Had everything we were looking for, and the AC and pool were life savers in the record breaking heat!
Jack was awesome and easy to communicate with, and his two dogs were excellent companions as well!

SOOO MANY THINGS TO ADDRESS...
1. House is shaped around the pool. The owner/manager (Jack who is a nice guy and I believe means well) lives in part of that with 2 large dogs that he lets run free with him in the back and front of the house. The dogs chased my husband and our little dog in the house in the back and chased him in the vehicle out front. He was terrified and very upset by this!! Jack seems to think it's ok to come into the back of the property at will with no heads up of any kind accompanied with his dogs!
2. Garage was separate rental! Locked off. No renters.
3. We FROZE while our stay especially in the master bedroom area as the thermostats are covered with a plastic encasing and locked!! The heat was set at 68. He did tell my daughter (whom arrived prior to us) that he could change it but that would mean he would have to come in and physically do so as it is old school and not smart wifi. With covid or any time who wants someone to be in the house constantly to turn up the heat during day and turn down for night sleep!?!
4. He has a fish aquarium in the dining area and turtles and fish out by the hot tub. He literally asked if we could feed the fish daily. I was shocked as I didn't pay to take on this responsibility. My daughter prior to our arrival found a turtle floating in the hot tub and had to rescue it. Luckily it survived! Turtles carry diseases so there's that to worry about!
5. The pool was not running and had a major amount of debris at the bottom and old half inflated floats in it as well.
6. We got some lovely steaks to have a bbq. Upon inspection of the grill it was filthy and had to have a major cleaning prior. Once that was completed we managed to light something on fire to light the grill as the log matches provided were wet and no longer usable. Once we went to put the steaks on we discovered all the propane was empty. during the process of cooking in the kitchen everything had to be cleaned ahead of using it!
7. kitchen sink was totally clogged! Jack was aware of issue and suggested using a plunger with baking soda and vinegar.
8. sheets and towels stank sour like when you leave them in the wash too long. There were only 4 washcloths for entire rental. Asked Jack for more and he was courteous enough to go to the dollar store and purchase new ones. So I washed them all. Could not get the swell out of towels however.
Pros: big yard. good location.

Jack was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this property. Especially at a time of year when the outdoor amenities could be enjoyed even more. We had five adults, two kids, two dogs, and a cat there for 10 days for rodeo events going on in town during the NFR. There was plenty of parking inside the gated driveway for two large SUVs and the Western Hauler Truck. We were able to get Instacart deliveries and cooked most of our meals right there at the house. Great place!

The house was everything we had wished for and more. We came to celebrated my dad's birthday and mine in Vegas. The house was the perfect distance away from the strip while being spacious enough to accommodate friends and family. Everything was clean and orderly. The back yard with the pool was such a hidden gem. To top everything off the host was the best. Jack is a very friendly guy who seems like he would give the shirt off his back if you asked. Needless to say we will be back again!

We arrived and where greeted by Jack, he gave a great tour of the house and yard and instructions and told us he was right next door if we needed anything. This property is amazing and lots of room there was 9 of us and we all had our own space and never felt cramped. Jack was amazing and very helpful. We can’t wait to rent again
