The house is a well appointed two bedroom house with ample space. Modern comfortable design. The host is very professional and welcoming and made sure he accommodates our needs, as we were there for a race with bicycles and weird schedule

It was very private with a code at the door. We especially liked the sweet little cats outside. Also the computer with the music was nice. Finally the book with recommendations very practical.

You definitely have to have a car to get there (It's a feature, not a bug :-).

From the start, the communication from the host was fantastic, and he got the apartment ready very quickly at short notice. Amazing spacious, modern apartment, it was kept very clean too. Bed is comfortable and shower is great. Bit further away from other places, such as Gialova, but with a car this isn’t an issue. We basically had the local beach to ourselves, there was barely any people on it, which was great! I broke a lamp on the last day and felt really bad about it, but the host was really lovely and told me not to worry about it. 10/10 service all around

Well, nothing is perfect. But the world's accommodation closest to perfection is definitelly the Riqionian house. If you look for a busy, lively location, where you can be in the centre of nightlife, visiting clubs and parties, this house will not be for you. But if you want to have a rest, to enjoy the local quiet and peaceful nature, if you want to have your privacy, but still with all comforts of our modern world, if you want to have your space, but still in the walking distance to the beach, there is nothing better than the Riqionian house. We stayed here the whole October, 30 nights with my family, and it was an unforgettable October. The house is more than fully equipped - not only with the "usual" things, but for example with lots of toys and desk games for children and families. TV with paid Netflix, so your kids may watch tales of their choice. There is a big box with various cables, reductions, chargers..., which is also a very kind detail. And also a great set of children dishes - cups, plates, everything. Our kids loved that. These are details that you will not find anywhere else. Wi-Fi - perfect, fast and stable, with signal all over the place. Kitchen - perfect, equipped with everything, new, modern. Hot water - perfect, available anytime, heated with modern solar system. Parking - perfect, free and safe, fenced, right beside the house. Garden and olive grove - perfect, you have your own private space, great for children, with a nice swing on an olive tree! Outdoor seating and terrace - perfect, dining table right in front of the house, shaded by a shade. Outdoor shower - perfect, nobody around, hot water in the outdoor shower, so I always used the outdoor shower instead of the one in the bathroom. Great when you come back from the beach with sand on your feet and you don't want to carry the sand inside the house. Panagiotis, the owner, was incredibly helpful. Solved problems with my car, helped planning our holiday. Simply perfect!

The house is really perfect. If I had to write something negative - we would appreciate a grill / BBQ place in the garden. But that's just a tiny little detail. Thank you very much for a great stay in your house, Panagiotis!
