Situated in Key Largo, this attractive house for $900 per night is a great option for your next trip. This fully renovated town home is located in Key Largo in, a gated community with 24-hour security. It is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. It is the only location in Key Largo with a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish specimens for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing. Amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), ocean-front access, 24-hour security, boat trailer parking, a saltwater lagoon, 2 heated pools, a playground, a small sand beach, and tennis courts. Guests can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, fish, or just relax in the tropical sun! Access to the marina ramp is free. If you need a boat slip, please let us know we will provide you with the marina's information. Our spacious three-story, three-bedroom, three-bath, two- living room town home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with attention to every detail with a modern flair. Two living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) offer a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large counter with 6 stools. In either living room you can kick back on our comfy sofa in front of the new large flat screen Smart HDTVs with many channels with free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size LG front loading washer & dryer. You can relax in one of our three newly tiled showers each stocked with bath towels. The waterfront, master bedroom offers a king bed with fluffy linens and a private balcony overlooking the salt water lagoon. You can wake up and enjoy coffee while sitting on the screen-in balcony with a one-of a kind view. The second bedroom also has a luxurious queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom, also with a queen bed is located on the first floor. Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. You will find cookware, small appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. You will usually find some spices, condiments and canned goods in the cabinets - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use. Each of the three full size bathrooms is equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have provided Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals nourishing Coconut Mango body wash, 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Paraban and Sulfate-Free. Ginger Lily Farms Salon Formula 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil Shampoo & Conditioner, Sulfate Free, Phosphate Free, Paraban Free, 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We ask that you do not take the refillable bottles with you. If you really like them - they are available on Amazon. Extras: Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, small ironing board & iron, some toiletries, first-aid items, and games. As always, every single line item is being washed between guests. If you will need extra linens, please let us know in advance. If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use, child toys, floats, tennis equipment (at the guard house), 2 pickleball rackets and balls, 2 junior size kayaks and 1 adult kayak. Take in the fresh air on one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort has a kids playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp and where renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Acquatic Center with olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away. We are close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way. LICENSED VACATION RENTAL. What a wonderful trip we had. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and was even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Great location and beautiful property. The property manager went above and beyond for us and was very quick to respond. We had booked another unit. The complex but due to some parking maintenance the complex was doing we were contacted by the manager to inform us and she offered this unit. We could not be any more happier. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation which is updated and clean Host very thorough and prompt to respond Stairs are very narrow and steep Has 1st floor bedroom and bath with shower along with mini kitchen with sink and refrigerator which was ideal for my wife who on this trip required a wheelchair The Keys are beautiful and drove to Key West

We travelled to Key Largo for a wedding. 3 couples stayed at P6 and enjoyed the unit as it was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and the location was perfect for our event. We enjoyed walking around the property and out on the jetti, laying out in the sun, and riding bikes the owner provided. We would definitely book again if we travel to the area!

Good for family’s with children our Grandson loved feeding the fish in the lagoon. The grounds were quiet everyone respectful of each other. Location of the unit was one of the best in our opinion. Close to restaurants some walking distance some a short drive.

We really enjoyed our stay Very clean with lots of supplies to use which we replaced what we used Grounds were very nice with 2 pools and a lagoon and short walk to beach The 3rd floor bathroom is shared by both upstairs bedrooms The other 2 bathrooms are very small The stairs have narrow dark steps. We limited how often we used them The first floor bedroom has no windows and is very small

We had a great time. This was perfect for our family of 6, but would be great for all ages. One of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve had through a rental. So many towels (both bath and beach) were available to use, which was great for our big group. The property manager was SUPEr responsive.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful house close to the heated pool and lagoon. All of the amenities and supplies were beyond our expectations. Many restaurants nearby that are fantastic. We went snorkeling, sunset cruise and kayaking during our visit. Would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing, clean location.

We stayed here on our first family vacation and it was wonderful! The Kawama Club is quiet and friendly. The location of the unit is right near the pool and the playground. The owner was easy to talk to and the unit was clean! The pool is protected from the wind, so the pool was an excellent escape on a few of our days when the weather wasn't perfect for the beach. We would love to stay here again. Just wonderful.

Excellent location for getting around the keys. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the lagoon each morning sipping tea or coffee. Snorkeled in the lagoon, seeing many colorful fish. Friendly community and beautiful weather in mid 70s. Owner responded quickly to every need and the condo was great. Thanks!

We had such a great stay here and we are already planning our trip back for next year! This is a beautiful property and community, home is comfy and well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved the open space and seating for all of us comfortably. Beds were also very comfortable. Community has so many amenities you never need to leave! It was a wonderful trip for all of us and a nice break from the MD/PA winter! Thank you Dania for opening your home, we will be back next winter!
