The access road to the house is steep and unpaved. A normal passenger sedan is fine for accessing the property during the summer, however a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required for access during the winter. Access via motorcycle is not recommended during any season. About our cleaning fee: you may wonder why our cleaning fee is so high. Due to the rural location of the property, there are few reliable professional cleaners available, so good cleaners are able to charge a premium. Many competing vacation rentals use spotty cleaners or family members to clean. We do not compromise on cleaning services because we want you to find the property spotless, just like you would expect at a high end resort.
