About this condo rental
This lovely 4th-floor villa at The Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has everything you need for your next family vacation. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom with two double beds is perfect for guests! The living area and fully equipped kitchen offer plenty of space for the whole family. The private balcony provides beautiful ocean views. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack! Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views. *** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting. SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES. We love Hilton Head and enjoy The Sea Crest location. This room was clean and spacious. The view of the ocean is nice from the living room and master bedroom. We would definitely recommend this location

I love this property and all it has to offer for a family vacation. Our condo had great views and was very clean and offered amenities just as if we were home. I highly recommend Seacrest Condos!

2nd time staying at Seacrest. Cannot beat the location in relation to the beach and shops/restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Condo was comfortable and as described with all the amenities. Our only issue was the strong mildew smell in the master bedroom. Carpet looked worn and speculating that it was the source of the odor.

Awesome location. Within walking distance to Piggly Wiggly and restaurants and boutique shopping. Steps to the beach. Spacious condo. Well equipped. Beautiful view from the living room.

Everything was beyond what I expected. The room and view were great. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was a bonus. Many places to eat within walking distance. Really enjoyed Pool Bar Jim's as well. I vacation on the Jersey Beach as well as Marco Island Florida and this was the best of both. We will definitely be back.

Great unit. Clean and convenient. Walking distance to many things. Having the plaza across the street was super convenient. No need to drive anywhere if you didn’t want too. Will definitely be back !

We’ve been to Sea Crest a few times and love the location because of the proximity to Coligny and the grocery. The King bedroom in the unit was always damp due to the humidity. It didn’t matter what we tried, the bedding and our belongings felt wet all week. Our dishwasher was also falling out of the cabinetry but other than that everything was as you would expect. We haven’t had either of these issues in the past which is why we would likely choose a different unit in the future.

Love Sea Crest, wouldn’t come back to this unit

We took the lamp shade off of the lamp for better lighting. There should be more washcloths supplied. Most people use a new on each day. We had two per person.
The washer problem was corrected on Tuesday of the second week. Thank you for helping us get to another location to do the wash. We appreciate it, but we should not have had to do this. Thank you for the adjustment.

Another great SeaCrest property! The villa was clean and comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

I loved the unit - beautiful views and the layout itself worked out great. We loved having access to two pools; a big hit for the kids! And having the beach right there along with ice cream across the street was perfect. It was one of the best vacations I’ve had! Lots of clean towels, starter sets for washing machine and dishwasher. Loved having some cable to unwind for an hour before bed. Strong wi-fi. Also, No noise issues! It was a quiet unit. Hope to come back! Thank u!
Only tip that would help families with young kids, is that a step stool would be awesome for the second bath! The vanities were beautiful, but a little high for my 4 year olds.. we had to turn on the faucet for them ever time they needed to wash their hands, but a step stool would solve that easily. But that’s not a complaint, just a thought for making it more convenient for young families.

Perfect location
Perfect location - close to beach, shopping, dining etc.
Comfortable beds, good shower, had everything you need if you wanted to cook (we just did coffee/breakfasts but kitchen was well stocked) Beach towels and having the w/d were a plus!
I had reached out to property manager to see if we could extend our stay a day and never heard back -- it is a company not an individual...
The key code was nice so that we didn't have to keep track of a key on the beach etc.
The only heads up I would give is the numbering of the units in this property is odd... 2408 is actually on the 4th floor... not sure what the 2 is there for... we ran into a lot of people who had same issue so it wasn't just us that thought it was odd :)
Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Nice place & location
We enjoyed the location and quality of the property but unfortunately the building was replacing all of the guard rails and the construction was really noisy which put a damper on our stay. Would have been nice to know about this prior to booking.

Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great view, great location. We loved being able to walk to almost everything, the bar and grill at the condo was really great on the way to the beach. We also rented bikes at Wheelz and that was such an incredible experience.

Loved the accessibility and location of the property. Super comfortable beds and pillows. My kids actually wanted the same pillows for home! Nicely equipped kitchen and laundry!

Very nice property
Refrigerator was set at 25/59 and we didn’t realize it till all food was melted and ruined. Reset it at midnight and was correct temp by morning but all food was ruined. We didn’t put food in there till
Around 8pm. No reimbursement for food. Quick response by
Maintenence but they couldn’t due anything on weekend Also not happy we had to leave because of hurricane. Would stay here again

This room was very nice and the pool bar and pools make it very convenient as well. We love it at Seacrest and will return in the future.
