Superb

I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to relax with their family. the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the ocean and many attractions in the city of llandudno. it is pet friendly which gives it additional advantages. I am very pleased with my stay in this apartment. I had a great time.

The only drawback that bothered me is the air conditioner outside the bedroom window. it went on every 15 minutes and was a bit noisy. Let me just emphasize that this air conditioner is not owned by the owner of the apartment.

Location is very close to the beach. paid parking is available just behind the property. You can park the car on the street at free of cost

There is no washing machine available.

Good place for a small family

Location, Cleanliness, Facilities, Room sizes

Toilet seat is in a congested place and a bit inconvenient to use. Also the heating system doesn't seem to be working. Had it been a colder night, it would have been a bit of an issue.

Helped my husband and I have a relaxing few days away from our shop in Amlwch, Anglesey.

Loved the lay out of the apartment and that it was on the ground floor. I could easily live in an apartment like this. the location was an added bonus as we parked the car out side and didnt need to use it till our departure.

GO BACK IN TIME AND READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS. ....................................

This place could do with a professional Deep Clean. Also should be inspected or taken off Booking.Com as suggested by a previous review. Under AMENITIES it clearly states that there is a fire extinguisher There is not.Owner says this is not a legal requirement.Back bedroom window is a child proof type of window,however there is nothing telling you this and we found it impossible to fully open. When you look out of this window the backyard is disgraceful.Full of rubbish furniture and filthy If there was a fire you would struggle to escape.In previous reviews the words Not clean.Damp patches covered up by plastic squares.Furniture Charity shop standard.Musty smell.Doggy smell.Not my words but those of other people.However i absolutely endorse them. This place could be lovely but sadly it is not a place i would recommend to other people.Far too many issues that need to be sorted. '

not the best!!

place wasn’t as clean as I would expect. we found a baguette behind the microwave. crumbs everywhere. the shower was broken as water was coming out the side so went everywhere. plug socket coming off wall. and walls covered in pieces of wood to hide damp. water coming through walls so puddle on floor as you come in front door.

Not clean ,ripped bedding ,stained towel ,sweat marks on pillows , no freezer box in fridge , furniture very tired ,shower head damaged

Beautifully clean very comfortable bed ,excellent location ,would highly recommend

Slight problem couldn't put tv on remote control didn't work so bought some batteries replaced them , remote won't switch tv on, but once batteries changed it does change channels

HVe been in better places

It was warm and close to all the amenities

Shower too hot cold tap didn't work. Cooker ignition not working Kitchen cupboard near hob needs replacing Carpet in bedroom smelt when we arrived we had to spray it with disfectant spray

Location, ground floor, front garden .Dog friendly .

Needed to be cleaner ,no lamp in living room lights very bright ended up taking lamp from bedroom. Bathroom bit tight on space and storage ,also bottom of shower door wasn't very clean.tv needs updating no catch up also I'm dog owner and had dogs with me but it smelt doggy .But the location made up for niggles ,one last thing front of flat flooded tried to get out we were ankle deep in water happened every time it rained heavy reported to landlord he said it was councils responsibility not helpful when trying to get through water with two dogs and I'm disabled .

Great place

Close to shops and pub behind us. Cleaned well 2 beds were used Would I return definetly Was down to see family only Couldn’t park outside but on the same road yes Felt very comfortable in Want to thank the owners for a fab stay Will define be back

Very disappointed it didn’t live up to description on website or it’s name it wasn’t snug for us

The location was very good. The towels were lovely and clean also the bedding was very clean.The outside was nice and big.

The cooker was very dirty full of grease on inside door and bottom of oven. No tea towel to dry dishes nothing to make coffee in. Only two large plates and one small one. White cups had stains on them and we had to wash glasses before we used them. Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. No plug for bathroom sink. The bedroom had a damp and musty smell in it. We should of stayed two nights but only stayed one as it wasn’t very pleasant and could do with a thorough clean.

Location. Simple, clean and very useable.

Just needs a little updating. One plug was dodgy, heating system was complex. As non-UK residents the front door was unusual to lock.

very pleasant, perfect location

perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and centre, really comfortable bed in main bedroom and great bath, owner very friendly and accommodating

a few small jobs that need doing to make the property perfect e.g. floors need levelling, shower squirts water out, side of the sink in bathroom needs fixing, to the rear of the property very noisy at night time

A great space for a family of 4 or a couple

Location is great. We also really liked having access to our own outdoor space.

The bedroom backs onto a small courtyard next to a butchers. Every 10 minutes or so, there would be the sound of some kind of refrigeration or air con system that would last for a few mins every time. This seemed quite loud at night and not ideal for light sleepers.

Will be back in Llundudno but defo not in this apartment

The location was excellent, having the garden was advantageous. Clean sheets and towels

Sofa bed very uncomfortable, bed also uncomfortable, no filter in cooker hood, crockery grubby, kitchen cupboards tired, shower head burst at one side, bedroom window view was horrible. Tv had fallen caused by some fix up glue job on one stand and had lines at bottom, back missing off remote which meant everytime you picked it up the batteries fell out. Could smell dog and over all smell from chairs and sofa. Only 3 dining chairs. Plug hole in bathroom sink badly rusted. Toilet is thee most awkwardly placed one i have ever used, toilet seat broken

The location was brilliant! The best selling point for it!

It needded sprucing up a bit, the cushions and seats in the dinning area were dirty. The toilet seat, kettle and TV were broken and the rubbish behind the fire door needs shifting. They also need more glasses and cutlery.

Very good

Great location, near a nice pub and the pier. A short walk to The Great Orme and lots of other attractions. The garden was great for our dog and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook breakfast and meals at night when needed.

Parking was a bit hit and miss. On the first day we had to park a few streets away. We only used the car again on the last day and got a spot right outside the apartment.

Served fine for a couple of days, host was helpful and responsive ahead of our booking

Very good location although the on-street parking was all taken up.

Standard of finishing around cupboards and splashbacks could have been better. Cleaning above the eyeline wasn't great with cobwebs on lightfittings and accumulated grime on the bathroom extractor

we liked the location

the apartment was full of damp, the bedding was damp and the whole air felt damp. There was waterproof sheets on the bed which caused the bed to be too hot in the night and were unable to open the window due to the generator from the butchers right outside the window which turned on every 5 minutes. There was 4 of us plus a baby and we all developed a cold following our stay, probably related to the amount of damp! A couple of us stayed on the sofa bed which was ridiculously uncomfortable, it was uncomfy even as a sofa. Would not recommend and would not stay again

Location was perfect! 👍😊

No heating on a very wet and cold weekend and no response from the number supplied for any problems even after leaving a few messages. Imagine being soaked through and unable to dry your clothing or get warm. A few little snags that need addressing, nothing drastic but things that can easily be corrected ensuring a pleasant stay.

Was noisy at night from butcher's fridge behind property and resident above into early hours. There was one tea bag and filthy table coasters for tea/coffee facilities and no hairdryer.

Close to all amenities

Very close to centre. Had everything we needed.

The sofa bed in the front room is very uncomfortable. I rebooked as we can last year, it shows a different one on the photo. Place is looking like it needs tlc. Parking not great-although not an issue. Butchers at back noisy fro. 6.30 onwards. Out of the bedroom window is a lot of rubbish from the butchers. Alot of weeds in the front garden would benefit from a weed killer.
