Apartment is located in completely renewed Mediterranean Stone Vila, in a center of Cavtat - a small Mediterranean village only 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik Old Town. With just a few meters from the sea and a minute away from the nearest beach, it`s a perfect place to spend your holiday. Apartment is in fact separated in two individual objects and separate object is for maximum 3 adults or totally 6 persons. Each one has bathroom, kitchen, TV set, and terrace in garden with lemon and orange trees. Parking place for your car is available and we can also arrange car hire. Thanks for it`s location everything you need for a great holiday (sights, beaches, restaurants) is within a few minutes walk. To our guests we can arrange transit to/from Dubrovnik Airport. We had a great time in this cozy place. It's simple and has everything you need, the host's are very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better, beaches, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. I can only recommend to stay there if you're looking for a relaxing holiday.

As soon as I saw the photo's of the property I loved it. However, the photo's do not do it justice, it is a stunning old building. Katica is a beautiful soul, I so enjoyed our chats, she also makes lovely cakes and would do anything to help you. She is very knowledgeable of the area and kindly arranged a taxi to take us to the airport at a reduced rate You really need to see this property to appreciate it and it's very generous kind host Katica. An oasis of calm in the heart of Cavtat's old town
We recently enjoyed our first trip to Croatia and stayed at this lovely apartment in the heart of Cavtat's old town. It is just a few steps away from the bustling action of the port with its cafes and restaurants and yet it remains an oasis of calm. Katica and Duje were gracious hosts who provided a warm welcome and could not have done more for us during our stay.
We were looking for a relaxing holiday away from the stresses of our everyday lives and this is exactly what we found. You can take the ferry to the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik which we did, but at the end of the day we were glad to get away from the masses and back to the relative quiet of Cavtat.
We hope to return to this beautiful place.

What can I say, what an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed in the new apartment which was well equipped, comfortable, bright and spotlessly clean. The apartment is just steps away from the harbour which is a fascinating place to sit and watch the yachts. There are numerous bars and restaurants and the beach area for swimming is only a couple of minutes away. Cavtat is a wonderful place and just the right size for there to be plenty to see and do without it being too busy. A boat trip to Dubrovnik is a must. Finally the best part is the lovely owner Katica. She makes you so welcome with a cold beer. She is on hand to advise you about all aspects of the apartment and the area . She serves coffee and cake with a huge smile. She genuinely really cares about your stay in her apartment, a beautiful soul. I cannot recommend these apartments and Cavtat more highly. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing apartment, great location, welcoming owners
Katica welcomed us on our arrival, which we have to thank Duje for organising our transfer from the airport. Katica showed us to the apartment, which was just a few steps up from the harbour front, it was very hot so nice to sit in the cool of the terrace. The apartment is very old and steeped in history, which Katica told us a little about it and her family ties. The owners are close enough to help with fans and advice where to eat. Katica even brought us home made cake and goats cheese washed down with honey brandy, which made us feel like part of the family and very at home. We did not cook in the apartment other than toast and tea, as there are dozens of fine restaurants within a few steps. We thank Katica and her family for making us feel so welcome, we shall return to see our kind friends. Ian & Trish xx

If you are looking for a place to stay around Dubrovnik, this is the place. It is located in the cool town of Cavtat away from the crowds of Dubrovnik. The accommodations were perfect for us on our honeymoon. The host was very welcoming and was a pleasure to talk to. She made our stay memorable. From this location, there are plenty of places to eat/drink within short walking distance. Also, it is an easy bus trip to Dubrovnik from this location. This apartment and town are highly recommended.

Lovely apparment, lovely setting, lovely welcome.
From the arranging of the taxi from the airport (at a discounted rate), through a cold beer on arrival, to occasional cake on the terrace, and to the taxi at the end Katice made us very welcome with no fuss. The apartment is literally 15 steps from the main harbour-side at Cavtat but is very quiet owing to the very old walls. It was clean, very well equipped, comfortable (although the linked single beds were a bit unusual), with loads of character, and the terrace was a super place to spend time. We also enjoyed Tom and Sophie, the two tortoises in the garden area - and maybe one day we will see a little tortoise too! We will come again!

Very Traditional Croatian cottage
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful apartment mid May 2017. Our host Katic was one of the nicest ladies you could ever hope to meet. She made us feel so welcome and always had time for a chat. Nothing was ever to much trouble and wee even had some of Katic's home made cake. Our location was fantastic just metres from the main street which overlooks the small port. The restaurants were of a very high standard and the local people very accommodating. Wee will most definitely be traveling back to Cavtat very soon.

A Most Accommodating and Kind Family
After staying on Korcula for a bit, we began our 5 day stay in the modern apartment in Cavtat. Our hosts were most gracious. He arranged for a car and driver to transport us directly to the apartment from Korcula and this made for a stress free transition. The apartment was clean and cheerful and had all modern conveniences for our little home away from home as we explored the area. We learned about the history of the building where we stayed, as well as learning about life in Croatia. It is because of these exchanges and these conversations that we travel as travel broadens the mind. I would also like to add that our gracious host went out of his way to accommodate us when I messed up on our departure date. When it was time to leave, our host once again coordinated transport to the airport for us. A very nice place to stay.

A fine rental in a great location
We stayed in this unit for 5 nights in June 2016. The space is comfortable and quite functional. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. The kitchen was quite usable with a stove and oven and we made our own breakfast there most days. A washing machine is available within the unit and a drying rack is available for drying your clothes. Unfortunately while we were there, Cavtat was unusually rainy so it took awhile to dry clothes and the unit was a little damp due to the high humidity. Still it's awesome to stay in a place that is 500+ years old.
The unit is about 15 steps down to the sidewalk along the edge of the harbor and many nice restaurants and bars are available within minutes. The harbor brings in a number of larger yachts and it's fun to observe "how the other half lives". There are two peninsulas on either side of the harbor and each makes for a nice AM or evening walk. Boats, taxis or buses can take you to the nearby Dubrovnik in short order. The boats take 45-60mins to get to Dubrovnik but it's a nice, scenic ride.
Kate, the owner is as nice a woman as you'll ever meet. She was very sweet and made us Sunday cake one morning. She also left a nice chocolate bar for my wife and shared a drink with us one evening. Her friendliness and helpfulness only added to an otherwise pleasurable experience.

Amazing Property in Dalmatia
Property in 500 year old building with modern amenities. Host was amazing during our stay, providing us the history of the property and local attractions to see in Cavtat, including amazing hiking paths that take you to the coast. Located just steps away from Cavtat city center and the sea. Perfect location to explore other locations in Dalmatia (Dubrovnik) while getting away from much of the crowd.

Special Place
Such a special space-just over half a century old. Very peaceful, lovely outside courtyard where we sat and read in the morning. Sea is beautiful host provided large beach towels, we swam in the sea daily(as do most of the locals) and watched the sunset from the rocks by the sea. Well located but quiet. Hostess was lovely even brought us coffee and a cake one morning! No internet so you need to go to local cafes or restaurants to get wifi.

My girlfriend an me spend a very nice week by Duje and his wife.
They were very friendly and helped us to discover the region of Cavtat.
Only few metres from the promenade but a quiet place. Central and in the same time refuged.
Very comfortable, the direct bootline to Dubrovnik.
Only a small disadvantage is the airport, not so far away from Cavtat.

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt ganz zentral aber trotzdem ruhig.
Die Vermieter snd ausgesprochen nett und sprechen sehr gut englisch und deutsch.
Wir waren bereits mehrfach in Cavtat, da es uns da sehr gut gefällt, hatten aber noch nie eine so schöne Unterkunft und so nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Amazing place
My boyfriend and I stayed there to visit Dubrovnik, which is very accessible by car or boat. The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean, located in a great area.
Duje and his wife are very sweet people, and Duje was very helpful for everything we needed (he speaks at least 4 languages!). I really recommend this place.

Cozy little castle
My husband and I and our adult children rented both apartments in this wonderfully charming home which was part of a castle from 500 years ago. Both apartments were comfortable, clean, and with so much character. Although close to the promenade, the property was very quiet and seemed like a little oasis, where we could all gather and sip wine and the end of the day, before dinner. Boat rentals, water taxis to Dubrovnik, excellent restaurants, beaches, everything was at our fingertips. The owner, Katica, couldn't be more delightful and welcoming. She is the kind of person you meet that you want to return to for another visit. Cavtat, itself, is THE place to stay. Dubrovnik is a must see, but at the end of the day, it's far more relaxing to stay in this lovely little town. Dubrovnik is only a short boat ride away and can be visited easily from here, as well as other islands. I highly recommend this property! I also recommend Cavtat Kayaking, Dubrovnik Boat rentals, horseback riding, walking the walls of Dubrovnik.

Stayed here for over a week and was very pleased with the accommodation. Katica was extremely gracious and helpful. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
