Situated in James Island, this lovely house for $1,502 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Breath taking views are what this luxurious, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, beachfront home has to offer! The roof top deck has 360 degree views of Folly Beach, Folly Island, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Sullivan's Island and Morris Island lighthouses. All families of all ages are welcome to come and create memories at this one of a kind, spacious home. This house does have a service elevator that reaches all floors. This property is newly renovated and can comfortably sleep 12 people! The beach is just a few steps away from your own beach access walkway. After enjoying a long day on the beach, come relax on one of your many balconies! Or if you prefer, there are several local restaurants serving up fresh local seafood! Bring your surfboard or your rod and reel and enjoy everything this property has to offer. What an amazing pace to stay!!! So much room to spread out! Comfy couch, dolphins playing in the water as you relax on the deck!! Great kitchen, roof top deck and a bar area with commercial ice maker for cocktail hour!
Seven of us on a girls trip had a wonderful time! Thank you Sarah for your great communication and ease with our check in/ out process. We loved Folly and will be back!!

As some of the other reviews have said, the pictures do not do this house justice. The house is spacious, rooms nicely decorated and spaced out, and had all of the amenities that you will need. We loved having our own little slice of heaven right in front of the house and, due to the location on the island, the beaches were never crowded and felt like we had our own private beach early mornings and in the evenings. Just be aware that you will need a car or golf cart (or bike) to get to the main part of folly beach. We never had issues finding street parking downtown, even during peak hours but YMMV. Sheryl was always very responsive when I had a quick question. We hope to book this house again.

The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It perfectly fit the needs for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Everything we possibly could need was here. It made for a relaxing and wonderful stay. The "amazing rooftop deck" gave us a spectacular view of numerous cities and towns 4th of July fireworks displays that could be seen in the distance. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This house is right on the beach and walking distance to the lighthouse. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the rooftop. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want. There is plenty of room for multiple families.

This house was the perfect getaway for our group of three adults and five kids, 8 and under. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful and safe balconies, lovely oceanfront views and fast beach access. The beach is flat and safe for littles. High tide comes all the way up to the beach access stairs, so the sand stays wet- perfect for sandcastles!
The house had absolutely everything we needed, from kitchen items to extra throw blankets for the unseasonably chilly May weather. It rained for two solid days of our stay, and if we had to be stuck inside, we were thankful that it was here! There were board games and several tvs inside, plus the covered balcony for wave watching even during the storms.
We had one question for management during our stay, and the response was quick. Very professional and helpful.
A huge thanks to the owner and manager of this beautiful home! Our family absolutely loved our stay.

This property is perfectly titled Piece of Heaven. Everything from the accommodations, spacious interior, well-stocked kitchen, and walk out to the beach was perfect. This is our second year staying here and will absolutely be back!

Steps from the beach
This was our first stay directly on the beach, and we could not have been happier. The views were tremendous! The house itself was beautiful. All the supplies we needed were there. We liked that it was on a less crowded part of the beach. We enjoyed watching the surfing classes. We would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

Folly Fun
This house was perfect for our group and had comfortable furniture and beds, which you don't always find at a beach house. The porches helped our teens find some private time when they wanted and some of them could stay up later and talk and chat on the roof while the older crowd went to sleep! The location near the end of the island was great to see dolphin's at the point near the lighthouse almost every time we walked down to that area. Sarah answered any questions right away. Our daughter took surf lessons and it was literally one minute down the beach from the house and she loved it. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Would stay here again!
Beautiful home right on the beach. It is towards the end of East Ashley so you get the benefit of an almost private beach but can still easily get to the great restaurants and shops of downtown Folly. I would recommend a car/golf cart. The bedrooms are the perfect size and everyone said they slept comfortably. I couldn't ask for better communication with the manager and instructions were clear regarding house access/rules etc.

It was a wonderful place for my family to honor the life of my Mother. We could be together eating at the long dining table or watching slides on the family sized couch, or off at the beach, or in our separate bedrooms, or on one of three balconies. The time was grand.

Beautiful beach setting w sunrise and sunset views. Spacey home. Unfortunately the wifi, cable and elevator didn’t work the entire time of our stay and wasn’t fixed before we left, quite an inconvenience as some of our group had trouble w all the steps. Traces and smell of mold found in the bedroom on the main floor.
