About this cabin rental
Situated in Pinetop-Lakeside, this attractive cabin for $311 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Ziggy's Hideaway is a real log cabin with beautiful log beams throughout situated on two and 1/4 acres bordering the Reservation in the tall pines of Lakeside, AZ. Our cabin sleeps 8 on high end mattresses in 3 bedrooms with additional sleeping for 4 on 2 twin air mattresses and 1 queen air mattress. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and large dual head shower. The Family Bathroom has a bath/shower combination. There is a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, full size fridge with freezer, ice maker, and filtered water as well as everything you need to cook a full holiday meal. There are dishes and silverware for twelve and seating for twelve at the bar and dining table. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's; in total we have five flat screen TV's. The upstairs loft is perfect for the kids with seating for 5+ and TV with XBox 360 and limited games. Sitting in the loft you have great views of the Reservation to the front and to the rear are the tall pines on the property, it is like being in your own tree house. There is a private deck off the Master Bedroom complete with Adirondack Chairs for relaxing and listening to the sound of the tall pines. The front fully gated deck encompasses the front of the cabin and provides unobstructed views of the Reservation where you can see wild horses, cows, Jack Rabbits, deer, elk and bears. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen sponge. We also have a hospitality tray which includes your first night's coffee, assorted teas and some sweet treats! Ziggy's Hideaway is an awesome place to stay. We have stayed here twice and had a very enjoyable experience both times. It is a beautiful a spacious cabin for our family of six. It is in a neighborhood, but kind of on the outskirts. It is located on a gravel road and the scenery is peaceful and beautiful!
Working with the property manager was so easy. They were friendly, helpful and available. I really appreciate how quickly they responded to any questions or concerns.
All in all I would highly recommend this vacation getaway!

My family had such an incredible experience at Ziggy's Hideaway. The owners were so kind & made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond by sending us a welcome letter with suggested spots, restaurants, & overall guide on how to enjoy our stay even more. The cabin was so impeccable & definitely up to my standards as a "clean freak". It was secluded but still close enough to alot of the stores & restaurants. This place will make you day dream about retirement & all the ways to spend your days in peace. Me & my family will absolutely be coming back again. So grateful to experience this space amongst family. Thankful to the owners for hosting us!

The whole experience was great. The cabin was was beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked great. I know it was great for four adults but I also think it would be wonderful for a family!

I found the while experience very enjoyable! I didn't want to go back home! The cabin was so cute and well stocked. The only downside I had was there were lots of spiderwebs on the deck chairs, which discouraged me from sitting on them (Im not a fan of spiders). But it's the woods so I'm not surprised they made themselves at home.
Overall, this cabin was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted woods and a comfy cabin, and that's exactly what I got! Definitely will be back!

Extremely private and quiet
Very secluded area. Only 1 bedroom has a closet or chest space. Not suitable for an extended stay. Open space across the street is in fact Fort Apache Tribe land and is not accessible, so there was no pleasant place nearby to walk. Owners were super responsive and helpful.

Great Location
Far enough away from town to feel like you are in the wilderness, close enough it is a short drive to anything you need. Loved sitting on the porch with undeveloped Apache land right across the street. Owners are super helpful, checking in and sending up to date travel advisories before you travel. Great place to stay!

Wonderful family getaway!
The cabin is beautiful, clean, and cozy. We felt "at home" right away. The property and neighborhood are very peaceful...surrounded by nature and wildlife all around. Brett and Nicky are wonderful hosts! They are extremely responsive to questions and were so sweet by leaving cupcakes for our son's birthday. Our family agrees this is one of the best cabins we have rented over the years. We can't wait to return! Thank you, Brett and Nicky, for helping us make lasting family memories!

Love Ziggy’s!
My children and I stayed a week and enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Sunrise. It snowed while we were there and the kids had so much fun. The hosts are great communicators! They provided a beautiful cake for my twin girls’ 10th birthday, and when I accidentally left my Kindle, they arranged to have it shipped to me. We will be back! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends. Property is in a great area close to everything. Drove about 40 min to the bottom of sunrise slopes to take the kids sledding. Plenty of space and board games enjoyed by all the kids. We will definitely be back!
