The property was as advertised and worked great for our purposes (my friend and I were there for a golf trip). We booked our own place to we could have a room of our own away from all of the others to get some rest each night. Winding through the complex and going over all of the speed bumps in and out wasn't great, but no fault of Maria's of course. I would recommend it to others that wanted a place to relax in the evening that is central to beaches, golf courses, etc.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. We weren’t in the condo most of the time we were at the beach but when we were, we were comfortable. The owner is awesome with communication and handles any text or message quickly which is a huge plus. I would advise them to hire different cleaners though. The place was reasonably clean but corners are being cut and if this were my condo I would want it to be perfect every time. I would still give it four stars because of the communication and the place was nice and affordable. The location is also perfect.

Maria was wonderful as a host and the house was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive throughout our stay and very accommodating. We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was great to come back every evening to a place that truly felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and hope it’s available next year when we return.

Place was exactly as listed. Inviting and comfortable, immediately felt right at home. Maria was quick to respond with any contact made. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

I have stayed at the Magnolia and Myrtlewoods villas multiple times and this condo was the best yet. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. Very spacious and exactly like the pictures. I would definitely book again.

Beach and restaurants were under a 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood which was nice to be close to vacations spots without all the noisy neighbors. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. I do wish there were more bath towels for 4 adults, we ran low.

I would definitely stay here again, the place was just what i needed, very peaceful, clean and neat. The owner was very kind, and her response time to any concerns i had were on point. Property was nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect location near a lot of attractions and restaurants. My only complaint was the water pressure; there could only be 1 shower taken or the water pressure would go out almost completely. Other than that, I would still return to the property.

This was our first time trying a VRBO. We were so blessed and grateful to have picked Maria’s condo. It was very much like home with all the amenities and comforts you would expect. My husband and I took our first vacation here. We had two of our family members with us which was suppose to be a suprise proposal. at the beach, however, we were having so much fun that he proposed to her at the dining room table. I recommend this condo estate. Marie was very hands on. She answered all of our questions and was reachable if we needed anything.

Maria’s place at Myrtlewoods is absolutely amazing! It was our first time using VRBO so we were of course unsure of how it would be but Maria told us to make ourselves at home during our stay and that’s exactly what happened! We traveled to Myrtle Beach for our first time for our son’s baseball tournament at Grand Park. Her place is very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are a great size, as is the walk in closet in the master bedroom and the kitchen was surprisingly big! The pull out couch was great because we could seperate the kids and had a bedroom to ourselves. When the listing said fully stocked kitchen, she wasn’t kidding! Literally everything you need in a kitchen was there. We brought a pan and a few kitchen utensils just in case and never used them. There was plenty of bath towels, extra bed linens and pillows. The condo was very clean and neat. The balcony overlooking the pool & grill area was beyond ideal. I could make lunch or do laundry while the kids swam in the pool and could be still keep an eye on them. The condo is in a great location. Literally 5 min to the beach, 2 min to a CVS and grocery store, 8-10 min to Broadway at the Beach/ Myrtle Waves/ Broadway Grand Prix/Boardwalk which we spent a lot of time at, and 15-20 min to the baseball fields at Grand Park at Market Common. The only little negative I can say is that I booked the place seeing all the open grass area by the pool thinking the kids would have plenty of room to play outside but the maintenance staff at the golf resort came and told them they couldn’t play on the grass which of course has nothing to do with Maria’s actual condo but I thought I’d mention it. Other then that, we 100% would return. We fell in love with her place and Myrtle Beach! We really felt right at home! Thank you for making our first time such a great and memorable experience!
