was big room with (small) fully functional kitchen and lots of accessories like toaster, toastie maker, hob, big fridge/freezer. Clean nice bath room with nice shower. Lovely host who was really kind and helpful and available to us at any time. Really good air conditioning. Lots of nice restaurants very close and supermarket directly opposite. 15 min journey to Sami port and lots of taxi drivers available.

Very good

The restaurants, shops and the sea were very close to the place. But far enough to always find a parking place for the car. The owner was very kind! The bathroom was cleaned and the towels were changed every 2-3 days. It is a great starting point to visit multiple places on the island.

The neighborhood was very loud, and people were honking all the time in the early morning hours. The doors and windows were a little bit hard to open and close.

Absolutely wonderful.

The apartment was larger than expected after reading some of the reviews. It was darker but this was absolutely fine as it made it cooler, a welcome relief on hot days. We were welcomed very promptly and the owner was really lovely. It was cleaned after 3 days and we had fresh towels every 3 days. Good cooking facilities and a lovely bathroom (shower isn’t overhead which wasn’t a problem for us). The apartment is close to all the amenities, for example there’s a supermarket just a few steps away. Air con works well. All in all, a lovely, relaxing stay.

We did sleep well in general but just be aware that the apartment is on the main lane into the village. There is the odd passing truck or over enthusiastic moped rider at night or in the early morning.

It was fine for one night but would not have been suitable for a longer stay

Great position and nice and clean

There was no common living space other than the balcony. The kitchen was minute and literally in the passage leading to the bathroom.

Exceptional

Close to the heart of agia ephimia. Fresh towels every 3 days. Exceptionally clean and good value. Maria the owner of the apartment was really helpful

A great base to explore

Superb

Queen sized bed (rather than two small beds pushed together). Large apartment with large kitchen and fridge. Plenty of storage. It would be easy to stay here for many nights. Free Parking directly in front of the apartment.

Balcony is narrow. A sea view would be preferred. The shower is small and not ideal.

Wonderful host, very very clean, great A/C and comfy beds

This property was so so clean, well looked after and right in the heart of the restaurants. We had other accom booked but need a night earlier due to flight cancellations/rebooking. Kitchen bath were small but the comfy beds and cleanliness exceeded our expectations

Kitchen was tiny but didn’t bother us, we had plans to eat out anyway. If you are looking to self cater it might be a little tougher.

Homely, traditional apartment in centre of town.

The apartment is lovely - having 3 separate rooms set off entrance hall. The kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of plates, glasses and equipment. The main bedroom is dual aspect so it's bright, airy and has 2 handy balconies. The bed is the most comfortable we have slept on! Wifi, TV and air con all work well. There is plenty of free parking on the road nearby and the apartment is minutes from bars and tavernas.

Nothing - we really enjoyed staying here.

Basic accomodation, spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean and excellent value for money.

The photos of property were slightly misleading because they showed photos of two different appartments so we thought we were getting a bigger apartment than we did. The apartment we got was very compact with only one communial area outside of one of the bedrooms. Slightly difficult when 2 couples sharing. There was a strange smell (moth balls ??) when entering hallway and the beds couldnt be pushed together because of the headboards. That said, this would not stop us from staying again and was excellent value for money.
