The nightmares of staying in a overate hotel.

The location is near to local amenity. Next to Starling Mall, easy excess to Tmn tun dr. Ismail, Bandar Utama, Damansara Jaya, SS2,LRT station.lots of food stall, restaurant 24/7

The noise and cleanliness of the room. The noise because facing a busy road but easily tackle with installing double glazing with the window or a shuttle. Will make hell lot of different. The toilet mold can easily tackle with mold spray get from Mr DIY or supermarket. The pillow need washing in washing machine because it was stain and mold. Disgusting.

The price is very affordable for a longer stay for business travellers.

It is easy access and the location is very near to my destination on the next morning for meeting.

The room is rather small for 2 pax and the amenities provided are very basic.

Overall its good for just normal stay and the price worth it.

Cleaniness might need to improve, there is some blood stain on the bed and even lipstick mark on the shower head.

My stay was absolutely awesome! Thanks Sovotel!

The hotel room is clean and affordable. It's also close to the town center so it has easy access to everything one can possibly need like food, groceries, shopping, etc. The staff was also super friendly so I will book them again if I will have the opportunity.

I couldn't think of anything I don't like. It's probably because for its price, I think the hotel has already provided great value. The staff are most accommodating and there's even an area to iron clothes. What is there to not like, right?
