Oasis 2801, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2801 This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthWest corner with incredible sunset views!!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, custom art work and modern decor! We've added curtains in the living room to block the afternoon sun! Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!! The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, as does the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms while the 4th bedroom has a Queen. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the baby sitting! The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. Must be 25 to book

Everything was great as usual. Only issue was that they had several floors of parking shutdown and we were there for 2 weeks and saw no work going on. This is the busy time of year for the fall and it seems scheduling for parking garage could have been during a better time frame.

First of all the elevators are absolutely horrendous! Had to wait 45 minutes for one on move-out day, 20+ on mornings and evenings. The unit was good, but the HVAC was terrible. Two units and two thermostats and we couldn't figure out which one controlled what area! The living space would be warm (balcony doors closed) and the bedrooms would be freezing. Also, glass table tops are not a good idea for families with small children. We couldn't find a remote for the living area TV that would control both the volume and channels, so had to go back and forth with two different remotes. Everything looked nice though.

We had an amazing stay! The host was always available to answer questions and the check in process was very convenient and easy. The only issue we had was the construction on the parking deck. The entrance was used for two lane traffic since the exit was closed for construction. Orange Cones were placed to separate the exit/entrance. When Coming out of the parking deck, while trying to avoid all the orange cones that separated the “make shift lanes” my daughter hit the wall. My car has a huge scratch all the way down the right side. When I went down to take photos for insurance purposes, the cones were moved and a cone placed by the wall as warning. The cones needed to be there but with proper spacing for larger trucks and SUV’s to be able to swing out to a avoid the wall. I’m Definitely not happy about this. When we arrived we had to use the exit for the entrance /exit as well. At some point one side or the other was closed off. Although fun, It will be a very expensive stay.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. Four in our group ended up getting Covid the day before our stay so they didn’t come with us. And thank goodness because the two sofa beds were so thin and gross that they wouldn’t have been able to sleep on them. Please market this unit as sleeping 8 not 12. Every thing in this condo was good overall. The view is magnificent. There are several places to sit. There was some crumbs on the floor and sand (understandable) so maybe could have been cleaned a little better.

The elevators were a nightmare. Took 1 1/2 hour to find cart and get into room.
Except for elevators it was fun. Unfortunately that experience will keep us from coming back.

Overall, our family was pleased with these accommodations. We had six adults and three children with us. There was plenty of space for all of us. The views from our unitwere exceptional. We were disappointed that construction was underway at the time and some of the amenities were closed off. I.e. barbecue grills and some of the play areas. There was plenty to do for all of us, nevertheless. One of the only challenges of staying there was periodic long waits for the elevator. Otherwise , everybody in our party appreciated this location.

This property is AMAZING, the views are absolutely gorgeous! The customer service provided by the property manager was excellent. The property was clean and well taken care of. Sad that some of the outside amenities were closed, but nothing we couldn't live without. We loved time on the beach, at the pool, went to The Factory on a rainy/stormy day, ate at famous LuLu's, hit the outlets, and even spent some time at Fat Daddy's Arcade. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and location. We would go back in a heartbeat!!!

The condo was nice and somewhat clean. It did need a lot of updating. The couches and the rug were dirty. The bedspreads were cheap and looked several years old. The tons of painted palm trees on the walls were a bit much. But, we did have a wonderful time. My daughter did say that the other condos she went in were much nicer.

Good location and great views. Needed a little more detail to cleaning. Headboards of beds were dusty. Countertops looked clean(granite color hides the stuff that was stuck to it) but when you ran cloth over it you could feel the sticky stuff.

Over all great experience! We were able to watch mana rays and dolphins from our balcony. Only thing I felt was not accurate was every room had a balcony. We were under the impression we could go out on our own balcony but you couldn’t but overall it was a great, clean condo and we had a great time.
