What a beautiful house and great location! We found ourselves doing a one or two things in the area each day but rushing back to enjoy the house. Perfect spot for rest and relaxation with all the amenities one could enjoy for a variety of ages. Our family had a a great time and made memories to last a lifetime!

This house is located in a cute neighborhood on the canal. We are a family of six (kids ages 15 -20) and the house was a great fit for us. Super clean & well maintained inside and out. The pool was nicely heated. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. It's a great little property.

From the minute we started our vacation to the day we left we enjoyed the peaceful beauty of this well appointed cottage. The views are beautiful from morning to well after nightfall. Stu was readily available for any questions or requests we had. We plan to return next November. we recommend the cozy Cape Cottage.

Great holidays in this beautiful house in Cape Coral with wonderful views over pool and garden to the water canals. We have seen manatees and dolphins. The house is very well equipped with kitchen, living room and bed rooms and is also equipped to go to the beach. We rented a boat and have unforgettable memories of driving in the canals and the river. We also drove by car to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers (sunsets are phantastic). We already miss it!

We had the best time stay at the Cozy Cottage. The kids LOVED the pool, crabbing, fishing and animal watching. Every day we saw dolphins swimming in the canal. The house was packed with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend!!!

The house was probably the most well-equipped VRBO home my family and I have experienced. We literally did not have to bring anything. The house was super clean and extremely comfortable. Our 3 kids spent most of their time going from the pool to the game area in the garage. We didn’t have to leave the house to keep them entertained. The hosts communicated very well leading up to the trip, and they made the check-in and check-out process simple and seamless. This was definitely a 5-Star vacation experience.

We just returned from our vacation in Cape Coral. We had a great time at the Cozy Cape Cottage, we have 4 children between the ages of 6 and 12, and the house was perfect! We all loved the backyard pool area, and had fun fishing off the dock. My son even caught a large Jack fish! We rented a boat for two of the days and it was great to have the canal in back. It seemed to be a great central location, we visited downtown Ft. Myers, FMB, and Sanibel. The house was super clean, and communication was easy and prompt. Thanks for the great home to stay at, we hope to stay at more of your properties in the future!

This clean, comfortable, well appointed house is in a quiet, convenient location with beautiful sunsets. The house is fully and thoughtfully equipped for everything from cooking and grilling meals to doing laundry to relaxing in the wonderful pool. Check-in and out was easy, too. The owners truly anticipated every one of our needs and more. Thank you for putting so much effort into the property so that we didn't have to!

Everything about our trip was great. From booking, to checking in, and finally enjoying our stay. We had more than everything needed to have a phenomenal time. The pool was amazing, especially the temperature. My children never once complained of "being bored". They enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and running in the yard. Thank you Stu & Cathy for a beautiful, and memorable family vacation! We hope to visit the cozy cape cottage again soon.

The property was perfect for our little getaway. It was my husbands birthday while there and being from Michigan he wanted to just fish on his birthday but I still wanted pool and warm weather so this place was perfect for both of us. The pool was amazing, the fishing poles for him all top notch. I would recommend this property for everyone. The photos are exactly what the property looks like so cute, quiet and relaxing all in one. Will definitely be back as well as checking their other properties out in the future as well.

Our family of four had a wonderful time! One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at. The place was impeccably clean, well decorated, and we could have spent our entire time in the wonderful pool. Kids (4 & 8) loved the bunk beds and we loved all of the little touches like the kayaks/paddleboards, sand toys for kids, washer/dryer, etc.. Everything seemed well thought out. Great view on the canal as well. We spent half of our days poolside and made day trips to Siesta Key, Sanibel and the western Everglades the other days - all of which were under an hour and a half drive. Would highly recommend for a family vacation and would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area!

The views are amazing! Sunsets are spectacular! The pool, kayaks and paddle board was a lot of fun. The house was nicely decorated and so comfortable. Fully stocked with so many things that we literally were able to cook anything we wanted. Very close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Landscaping was beautiful. Stu was very responsive.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week! We stayed 7 days and never got bored of the pool or the view. The game room/garage was perfect for our 13 & 10 year old girls. The house was very clean and spacious. Tons of extras- keurig, blender, large stock pot, gas grill, fishing poles etc. Plenty of pool/beach towels too. My husband really enjoyed fishing off the dock. We caught plenty of catfish, a gar & a crevalle jack that was HUGE! It was a very short ride to mini golf, escape room, & the Waterpark. Also, only a 30 minute ride to Ft. Myers Beach. I highly recommend staying at this property!!

This property is everything you need & more! Our family of 6 had an incredible week at Cozy Cape Cottage. As with our previous stay with this host, the house was immaculate. We loved swimming in the pool literally all day. Our kids range in age from 12-20 & there was something for everyone. Fishing, kayaks, bikes, board games, etc. There’s a Walmart close by so it was easy to pick up groceries and make meals in the well equipped kitchen & grill. We lacked for nothing the whole time! Any time we had a question about anything Stu was super quick to reply. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Cozy Cape Cottage and as before hated to leave. The lanai is excellent place to soak up some sun or enjoy a swim in the large pool. This time around tried fishing off of the dock on the canal and caught several catfish. I brought my own fishing rod and tackle, but there are several fishing rods and tackle box on shelf in the garage. You can purchase bait at the Publix or Walmart about a mile away. The home is laid out well with places where family can gather and go off on their own, The Cozy Cape cottage is definitely a family favorite. The amenities were good, Gas Grill (clean), kitchen equipped with everything you need if you should choose to cook. The pool and location are as amazing as the photos depict. This home is about half hour from light house beach on Sanibel Island. The beach is great for shelling and for sighting dolphins. Stu and Cathy are very responsive to the needs of their guests. It’s obvious that they have a passion and talent in creating warm setting for families to have fun, relax and create lasting memories. The Cozy Cape Cottage is an experience that I recommend and hope you share with your families and or love ones.

This was a wonderful house and area to spend 5 days. It was in quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from stores and restaurants. The house was nice and clean and the pool was awesome. It was cleaned by the pool man in middle of stay which was great. Also my husband loved the access to the canal to fish just steps away from house.
