Nestled in Hudson, this charming condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sip wine from the gulf-front balcony and enjoy the dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and other incredible wildlife that frequent the lagoon. Take a stroll on the private nature trail surrounding the island, fish from the bridge, or just enjoy a relaxing swim in the heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on one of the well-maintained courts at the resort. Other wonderful resort amenities include a clubhouse with game room, pool table, ping pong, dance hall and fitness center, which overlooks the lagoon. The fitness center has both men and women's locker rooms, showers, and a sauna. The private community beach is the perfect place to relax or cook up your catch of the day. This stunning gulf-front condo features a completely upgraded interior and new furnishings. The master bedroom overlooks the water and features access to the private balcony where sunsets can be enjoyed or ocean life can be viewed in their natural habitat. Both the master bedroom and living room feature flat screen tvs with high definition cable. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and toaster are provided. Towels and linens are provided as well. The unit will comfortably sleep 4 with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom suite and two single beds in the guest room. If you're a group of 5, the couch in the living room is comfy enough to sleep on. This is a private gated luxury resort community with 24 hour on site security guard. There are numerous restaurants and shopping centers in the area for your convenience. The hospital is only minutes away for your peace of mind. Per the association's rule, the following are not allowed in the complex: RV's, Boats, Jet Ski's on Trailers and Kayaks on Trailers. Please note that for winter months, a two month minimum reservation is required for January and February. The booking should start from January 1st or 2nd and run till February 28th. One month minimum reservation is required for March. The booking should start on the 1st or 2nd of March and end on the 31st. You also have the option to book all 3 months starting from January 1st through March 31 or longer. We also have a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the unit.

Cute and cozy unit, VERY clean! Kitchen was well stocked but we didn't cook since we spent time at Family's houses. Recliner and couch are super comfy!! Appreciate the Box fans. Safe and Secure, appreciate the guard shack.

My wife and I decided to make our first trip ever to this area. Condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. We drove to Epcot for a day and then just hung out in Hudson the other 2 days. Great little place to stay

It was a very peaceful place for me to go and just relax. I love the fact that there was a 24 hour person posted at the gate to monitor who goes in and out. The only negative for me was that the pool was not open. Apparently the pump was broken (which can't be helped) but it had been closed for 4 weeks. The only thing I said that I wanted to do when I went there was visit my friend, and go in the pool. I didn't want to do anything else but those two things. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was closed. Having said that, I still relaxed and enjoyed my time there. I loved the condo which was clean and perfect for me. You really can't beat the view. The host was quick to respond to me when I told him the AC quit working on my second to last day. I am planning on returning next year. I will just call and check on the pool status before I go next time.

Enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Island condo. The Gulf view from the balcony was outstanding. We saw dolphins daily and several manatees during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The bed was comfortable. We would stay at this condo again.

We stayed from Thursday through Sunday. The view was very nice to wake up to and enjoy while there. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable and we enjoyed our coffee while looking for dolphins and other wildlife. The condo had everything we needed for a short visit. There were some things that needed updating in the condo, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall, very happy with the condo. Thank you!

Property is as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The combination lock was very convenient as there were no keys to keep up with. It rained every day that we were there so we did not get to walk the trail around the lagoon, but we enjoyed the beautiful view and enjoyed watching the wildlife, including dolphins at high tide. It had everything we needed and we loved the recliner and reclining sofa. Would definitely consider renting this again if we are ever in the area.

The condo is perfect in every way. The entire property is clean and beautiful. The pool and beach area most relaxing. We were content to primarily sit on the balcony and decompress. Aron was quick, polite, and very thorough with his responses. I look forward to my next trip.

Amazing views, huge outdoor pool, nice walking trail where we encountered neat wildlife. The actual condo was exactly as advertised. Easy communication with the owner. You have to drive a short distance to actually enjoy a beach, but we thoroughly enjoyed this escape.

We rented this property for 5 days and it had everything amazing. The view was great and relaxing and the kids loved the pool. Aron was super to work with. We will definitely rent this condo again when we are in the area.

Great condo for the price, beautiful view of the Gulf! Good for 4 people but not any more. It’s about an hour drive to most attractions like clear water beach and Busch Gardens. The best beach is CALADESI ISLAND at Honeymoon Island, absolutely beautiful place to go. The master bedroom is only a queen, a king would be great to have but for the price the place is wonderful. The condo is well maintained and secure. No issues at all. Thanks so much…..

We had such a great vacation! Condo is roomy and peaceful with a tremendous view from the balcony. Critters galore: birds, crabs, dolphins, ducks, manatees, sea snakes and more. We actually caught crabs right on the property. Security at the gate was friendly and helpful. Close to the beaches and attractions. We took a dolphin tour boat & bought sponges in Tarpon Springs. Toured the swamps in an airboat at Lake Panasoffkee. (Got to hold a live, good sized alligator!) Explored the springs on a glass bottom boat in the Silver Springs State Park. Hated to leave and definitely will be back.

Property was amazing! We enjoyed excellent communication with Aron throughout the process. The views were incomparable. The neighbors we met at the pool were so friendly and the pool itself was awesome. Excellent restaurants in the area, and we saw dolphins and a baby sting ray from our balcony. We fell in love with Gulf Island last year and booked another condo within a week of getting home. It was a great two bedroom, two bathroom. Plenty of space, big kitchen, nice patio overlooking the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. The pool is huge and warm and there are lots of chairs and tables. The fitness center is pretty decent although two out of three treadmills were out of order. The property is absolutely gorgeous and quiet, minus the barking dog upstairs from us 😂
