About this condo rental
Come stay at our totally remodeled and beautifully updated condo. The kitchen has brand new cabinets with greater storage and all brand new appliances. A wall was removed to make the bedroom larger for your comfort. But the star of the show is the new spa-like bathroom with a new walk-in shower with huge 12-inch rain shower head and hand-held shower hose, awesome wave tile and beautiful new tile flooring, along with new vanity and fixtures! The condo also has brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. You won't want to miss this beautiful condo with so many added amenities! Location, Location, Location!!! We are steps to the beach, no streets to cross and located a five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza, which is considered the "downtown" of Hilton Head, with lots of stores and restaurants. Sip a drink on our balcony as you enjoy our ocean view! Relax on Sea Side's sundeck overlooking the beach, great for sunbathing and stargazing. When you come from the beach, there's a new shower area to shower off the sand and clean all of your beach toys and equipment. Enjoy two pools on the property, along with a swing overlooking the ocean. There is a barbecue grill area with picnic tables. Our condo is stocked with many of your favorite amenities. There's nothing extra you have to pack. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and bikes! Perfect rental for couples, girls' getaways, and families with small children. Bike on the beach or the 100 miles of bike trails on the island. As you sunbathe, watch the dolphins and pelicans. Our beach, South Forest Beach, is considered Hilton Head's favorite beach. Any local with tell you that. You'll enjoy the easy access to our villa via an elevator located on the parking level, making all those trips to the beach and shopping a breeze. Come and enjoy our freshly renovated condo featuring a beach theme and colors! The queen sleeper sofa is commercial grade (not flimsy and no bar at your back) and has a 7-inch memory foam topped mattress, unbelievably comfortable!! Definitely NOT your typical sleeper sofa! There is one bunk bed perfect for a little one. The bedroom has a queen size bed with all brand new linens to sleep on. We fell in love with Hilton Head (and you will too) on our first trip here in the '80s and have been coming here ever since. We bought this condo because of its proximity to Marriott's Grande Ocean, which we own a timeshare week at, and are able to use its facilities being an owner. We also own other weeks of Marriott timeshares that we rent out. Not only that, we have many weeks on deposit that we can exchange to other timeshares anywhere around the world and also rent those out. We had a wonderful time here for a 4 night stay over our anniversary weekend. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and we really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, and cooler being available as we didn’t want to pack a ton of stuff for a short trip just for us two. (Also, we forgot entirely to even considering bringing those things. Ha.) The updates in the condo were lovely and made it a pleasant stay, and the information the owner provided was also very helpful.
It was a short walk to the Coligny area where we had several dining options, and the walk from the condo to the beach was very convenient (just through the parking lot and you’re at the boardwalk). I will say that the beach was much busier than we expected, especially for the end of September, but if don’t have much stuff and want to walk .5-1.0 mile south, you’ll find it much less busy (we figured this out our last day). Regardless, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this particular condo.

Irene made our stay extremely pleasant by giving us local’s insight and providing everything we could need for our stay, including beach toys, chairs, towels and blankets. The kitchen and bath are well stocked, and plenty of linens available. We did not get to avail ourselves of the bogey boards and bikes but plan to next time. The space is small but efficiently used and didn’t feel cramped. It’s decorated very cutely. The view is lovely and the beach is just a few steps away. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Our host communicated clearly and easily which we appreciated. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

The condo was very cute, updated, and clean! It was well stocked with everything we needed and more! The bed was comfy and I loved the rainforest shower! Irene was very responsive and helpful! She even texted us a time or two during our stay letting us know of fun things happening on the island we may enjoy! The condo is within walking distance to Coligny which has many restaurants to choose from and places to shop! There were several options for live music around Coligny as well! The owner provides several bikes. We had a great time biking and site seeing and didn’t have to move our vehicle until we packed up to leave. The “Tiki Hut” is a short walk and they have the best drinks! We also loved Amigos! The beach area was not overwhelmingly crowded since it is a little further down from the Coligny public access. The ocean view was a little farther than I wished but I knew this upfront because of the reviews and pictures. The pool and pool area was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Nice condo for a couple. It was nice that we did not have to bring beach chairs and it was close to the beach. We used the beach towels and was told to have them washed when we left. Laundry only used quarters which was a pain to try to find quarters.

Condo was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Location was close to the beach, pool was right outside the door on lower level, having a grill to use was an added benefit, having restaurants and shopping close ( walking distance) was convenient, and we loved having access to the bikes. The bike trails are very nice and mostly shaded.The whole process with the renter was very easy. It's a great condo, especially for a small family.

The condo worked out great for what we needed...and easy and convenient place on Hilton Head for a weekend getaway. The unit has easy access to the beach and is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. We also enjoyed access to the extras like bikes and beach chairs.

The condo is so cute and has everything you could possibly need. Just an hour to Savannah. We visited the town of Beaufort which is like a mini Charleston which is also an hour from the condo. Thanks for sharing this little gem!

The place was small, but definitely well appointed and utilized. There was ample sleeping space even in that tiny unit. It was clean, plenty of towels- and I have never had that at any place I have ever stayed, a very short walk to the ocean/beach, security with a gate and ocean view and you’re right there at all the places to eat and visit with just a short ride. You can’t go wrong with this place!

We had a lovely stay in Hilton Head and the weather was perfect. Irene’s condo is beautifully remodeled and the rainfall shower is amazing! We primarily booked with Irene because the bicycles and beach toys were available for our use. Everything was clean and the towels high quality, the main bed mattress was comfortable. We have a couple of things to note, based on the listing. The ocean view from the condo is farther away than the photo in the listing. The photo I took without zoom is obstructed by a palm tree and the ocean is very distant. Don’t expect to hear waves crashing from this condo balcony. You should, however, expect to have large families gathering for a cook out right outside the condo (at the Sea Side villas grilling area), loud cars driving in the parking lot, a really noisy garbage pick up in the early hours of the morning (woke us up), and a squeaky entry gate that you hear each time it opens. The noise is minimized if you stay inside with the balcony door closed and a/c on. The sofa bed is also not as luxurious as it was described in the listing, it felt like a standard sleeper sofa mattress. The kids slept fine, but the adults wouldn’t have. Despite these unexpected experiences, we did enjoy our stay and the kids had a blast. The location was perfect. We did have to rent 1 bike for my 7 year old as Irene’s bikes were only suitable for older kids and adults. We did appreciate having the bikes there, so convenient! Just know what to expect when you rent the condo and you will not be disappointed. Irene is a great host and provided so much helpful information for our visit.

Our Hilton Head visit was wonderful ! The condo is on the beach and has bikes and chairs/umbrella to use. It is within walking distance of an assortment of restaurants/bars. We did not use our car for several days.
The remodeled bathroom is great and the kitchen is well supplied. We are already thinking about returning here !

We spent 4 lovely nights at Irene’s condo. It’s beautiful , clean and it’s in a perfect location . We parked and didn’t use the car until we left . The bikes are great , lots of trails to follow . We walked a ton too. There’s nothing that we found to be missing to have a great stay . Beach right there and even though it was cool out we walked and biked the it daily . Thank you Irene!!

Irene was one of the best hosts that we have experienced when using VRBO. You could not ask for a more friendly host. The location of the condo is great! You can easily walk to Coligny Plaza to grab some food, ice cream, and adult beverages. The bikes that Irene provides free of charge are a great perk to explore the area or ride on the beach. The condo is well stocked, very clean and in great condition with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo in a great location. Irene was very informative and helpful with her communications. We didn't need to ask her for much because it was already in her text and email. The condo is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. The walk to the beach is beautiful and easy. We mostly drove, but you could also walk to the Coligny beach area. Very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this trip to HHI. The property is exactly as pictured and described. Loved how close to the beach it is...just out the door and parking lot and you are on the beach! Having the beach wagon and umbrellas and chairs/loungers was great too...along with the bikes. It was so nice to have bikes to ride everyday without having to rent them. Great location in South Forest Beach. Great communication from the host! There were so many extras here that we didn't need anything! Perfect for 2 people! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a very nice, stress free stay in Hilton Head. One of the reason for the stress free is because of this unit; it's loaded with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Plus, the location is great for us; the tourists - close to dining, beach, outdoor mall (Coligny plaza), moo ice cream. Didn't get to use the bikes, but wish we did. Irene's instructions and suggestions were also great! Thanks for the excellent info, Irene! They were very helpful!
