The apartment is located at n°25 via Avvocata, on the corner of Dante Square, an XVIII century square designed by Luigi Vanvitelli in honor of Carlo III Borbone. From the balcony of the bedroom there is a full view of this beautiful square. The apartment underwent full refurbishment in 2005. The remaking environments and new furniture was specifically designed to make place large, comfortable and warm, ideal for accommodating visitors from worldwide. Free broadband WIFI, full kitchen and services. Within 2 minutes walk you can reach Museo Nazionale, Port’Alba, Spaccanapoli, via dei Tribunali, San Gregorio Armeno, the shopping area of via Toledo/Chiaia. Extremely well connected, just outside the apartment you can find: - bus stop from all main city lines - Undreground stop DANTE (Line 1 ) - Taxi At 100-200 m walk you will find: - Undreground stop MUSEO (line 2) - Montesanto Funicular - Cumana train The position is an ideal starting point to visit every part of Naples: Riviera di Chiaia, Castel dell’Ovo, Mergellina, Posillipo, Vomero. The islands, Capri, Ischia, Procida, the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts can be easily reached by boat from Beverello pier, just only 3 bus stops away. The apartment was very spacious and very well located. We were next to the city centre and had just a metro station in front where you can catch a metro that is only 3/4 stops away from the central train station that takes you to Sorrento, to Pompei, ... The hosts were very nice and helpful as well and gave us great recommendations! We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment at Dante
We stayed here with our 10 year old and it was perfect! Christian was a great host. The neighborhood was wonderful - everything we needed for a week’s stay. Come to beautifulNaes and stay here!

The apartment is conveniently situated, just off Piazza Dante (and its metro stop), near Piazza Bellini, the Archeological Museum, and Via Toledo. The accommodations are comfortable and as advertised. Nothing luxurious, but a great value. The hosts were wonderful and responsive: there was a minor electrical problem in the apartment and they got it fixed immediately. When our travel itinerary changed at the last minute, they were super flexible and went out of their way to help us.

The accommodations are comfortable and as advertised. Nothing luxurious, but a great value. The hosts were wonderful and responsive: there was a minor electrical problem in the apartment and they got it fixed immediately. Very comfortable, safe and spacious apartment in good location.
We felt welcomed and comfortable enough to go out and visit the area. It was close to many sites, shopping and food. Apartment was particularly comfortable. Would go back again and hope to!

We thought the apartment was beautiful, but had a bit of an issue getting into the apartment building from outside....we had to jiggle the key. We also only received 5 free gb of wifi, and that is just not enough with two teenagers. Also, one of the neighbors left for the weekend and turned off the gas, so we returned from a long day of walking to no hot water. However, Christian was very accommodating and talked us through what to do to get the hot water back. Overall, Christian (and Giorgio) were wonderful and the apartment was beautiful and very accommodating!!! The biggest negative about Naples was that we had horrible service at the restaurants we went too. We definitely felt like they did not like Americans :(

Great location, great apartment
My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 8 and 5) and loved it. The apartment was so spacious that the kids could have their own loft rooms, and the location could not have been more convenient to fantastic sites, restaurants, and the metro. Christian is a great host and made many useful suggestions of places to see and places to eat. We would recommend this place to anyone! We hope to stay here again ourselves the next time we are in Naples.

Apartment in the heart of Naples
Just recently my husband and I spent 3 nights in this apartment as we traveled through Italy. Christian met us at the apartment and was incredibly kind and helpful. Spent a lot of time recommending restaurants and sights to see as well as answering our many questions. He was extremely quick to respond to the many emails passed between us before our stay. Just an overall excellent host!
The apartment is located in an excellent area where everything is within walking distance. We wanted bakeries and supermarkets close by and that's exactly what we got. All the sights of Naples were within a very short walking distance.
It is a very spacious apartment with two unique spiral staircases leading up to lofts with extra beds. Great for a family!
I do want to mention that the bed was extremely hard. For us, it was hard to get comfortable and sleep well. If you love hard beds-you will have no problem at all. I just wanted to throw that out there for those of you who would find this to be a problem, well, I am giving you an advance heads up!
It is a noisy location with a main street right outside your window. Horns honking and sirens blaring were heard frequently. I will say that this did not bother us. We felt is was all part of the culture and we were there to experience the culture.
We felt very safe here.
We had a lovely time. Thank you, Christian, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Clean, Modern Kitchen, Great Hosts
Christian was always prompt with correspondence. Carmen greeted us and went over the house information. She also called and set up a Taxi for our early morning departure. The apartment is in a busy Dante Plaza area with shops, restaurants , cafes, Gelato, and the Archaeological History Museum with artifacts from Pompeii near by. The outside of the apartment complex is dated, but the apartment has had some updating done, and is spacious, quiet and comfortable. We were out and about until 11 pm and had no problems and felt safe. I would recommend this apartment, Christian and Carmen are great Hosts.

Great location for a stay in Naples. Near the metro stop and lots of room
Christain was very helpful when we arrived and all through the booking process. Spent an hour with us on arrival. You are right in the heart of things above Dante square. Lots of good places to eat close by. Two bathrooms was huge, and everything was as advertised. It is an old building with thick walls so internet only worked in the main bedroom. Street outside was noisy though out the night so you need to be aware of that. Beds were very firm so it worked great for me. Good value for the money and great location for getting to things and doing things in and around Napoli. We spent most of our time going to sights out of town and that worked ok as it was a 20 minute walk to the ferry and 3-5 minutes to the Metro.

Historic Center Adventure
My family of four stayed here for two days only. We wanted to experience the true "taste" of Napoli! And it was worth it! The apartment is well located and is within walking distance from the Piazza Dante where the metro is one-half block away. You are two blocks from many historical sites and great local restaurants. The apartment has high ceilings, plenty of room and a good kitchen for cooking. Christian was great in welcoming us at the apartment and helping us get situated...it was great. If we come back in the future, we will definitely reach out to Christian again!

Great starting point in Napoli.
This apartment is in an excellent location for visiting Napoli and beyond. Christian and Carmen are very accommodating and eager to respond to any problems you encounter with the apartment or questions that you may have about the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great Apartment in Great Location
My wife and I stayed for 10 days. Christian and Carmen couldn't have been nicer. They met us at the apartment and gave us maps, tour books and great advice of where to eat, shop and get around. Also, they were only an email, text or phone call away if we needed additional advice or directions throughout the visit. Apartment was great. Had all the amenities (kitchen, bedroom, TV (all Italian), washing machine, 2 baths, living/dining room) and great AC!
The location could not be more ideal. Center of the historic district. Easy walk to the Archeological museum, restaurants, shopping and cafes. The subway stop for Line 1 is right in Piazza Dante, as is a bus stop. The sightseeing Hop and Stop bus stops right in front of the building. 15 minute walk (or short subway ride) to the port for water shuttles to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri. We thoroughly enjoyed the bedroom window overlooking Toledo Street and Piazza Dante with all of its pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The shutters and wooden doors nicely muffle any exterior noise at bedtime. Apartment on upper floor and is well secured. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples. Special thanks to Carmen and Christian (and kids) for your help and hospitality!!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!
My family of five stayed here for almost two weeks and it was great! The location is as good as it gets as you have a view of Piazza Dante where the metro is one-half block away. The kids enjoyed watching the Piazza from the window. You are close to many historical sites and famous restaurants. The apartment has high ceilings, plenty of room and a good kitchen for cooking. Christian and Carmella are wonderful, accommodating people that truly want you to have a good stay! Thank you guys...it was excellent.
We will be back for another great time in Napoli!

a great apartment in a fun neighborhood
We stayed in several apartments in Italy and this was our favorite. The layout was great -- big enough that you did not feel on top of each other, great kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was really easy communicating with and meeting up with the owner.He was quite personable and helpful with tips for places to go in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was also fantastic. Great food and bookstores. Easy walk to the waterfront and lovely farmer's market on Saturday. The metro is also quite close.

Great location
My family of 5, 3 adult children and my husband and me had the pleasure of a long vacation in Italy. We were only in Naples for 2 nights and stayed at Le Stanze Di Dante. Napoli is a busy city and a bit crazy compared to other Italian cities. When we arrived at the train station and tried to get a cab, I realized that none of the cab drivers spoke Italian (which I do speak) only Neapolitan which I don't speak! There was also confusion about the address of the apartment, something about historical street names versus newer ones. I called the owner of the apartment who spoke to the cab driver and made sure we arrived safely at the right place. He even spent a bit of time orienting us to the city and providing information about places to see, very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well organized. There was even books on speaking Italian which my children found helpful. It is centrally located so you can walk to anything you may need, including the best pizza place and a grocery store. We only stayed for 2 days and needed to coordinate day trips so for us not having internet was problematic but if you are staying longer and seeing Naples it is probably ok. For the price of a coffee at a local restaurant you can use their wifi. The only other drawback is that it is extraordinarily noisy. You are in the middle of a big the city. Bring ear plugs. We did.

Nicely situated
We could arrive at the apartment an hour earlier as planned and Christian welcomed us at arrival. He gave us also some useful tips of the city. Thank you Christian.

The apartment itself is good enough, mind that the noise of Naples street life and the other residents of the flat is audible. See it as part of the Naples experience.

Great apartment in the centre of a great city!
We loved our stay in Christian's apartment in Naples. It was a spacious apartment with a lot of character. My sons (11 and 14 years) loved their loft bedroom, and my husband and I enjoyed having a small balcony off our bedroom. The apartment was well stocked with a good kitchen. Our only minor issue was getting consistent hot water in the shower, however, we assume that is probably normal in the old building of Naples. Christian was very friendly, helpful and when we arrived he gave us some great information about the area and the sights of Naples.
The location of the apartment was perfect - 5 minutes to a supermarket, 2 minutes to the metro and bus stops, 5 minutes to the funicular stop, and 5 minutes to Piazza Bellini where there is a number of great bars/cafes (some with free WiFi). There was also a fantastic take-away pizza/focaccia shop only 25 metres from the apartment.
We would definitely love to stay in this apartment again. Together, with its location and the vibrant people of Naples, it proved to be a highlight of our trip to Italy. Thank you Christian!

L'appartamento è perfetto per un comodo soggiorno, ben arredato e completo di tutte le attrezzature, felicissimo dal punto di vista logistico.
Napoli è splendida, al di la di ogni aspettativa, c'ero stato, di passaggio, molti anni fa e quindi l'immagine che ne potevo avere era derivante solo da informazioni mass-mediatiche in buona parte fuorvianti e distanti dalla realtà, certo criticità ve ne sono, anche per questo il plauso per gli standards raggiunti è ancora più convinto.
Abbiamo visto cose e luoghi davvero belli e di grande interesse, il Cristo Velato e le Macchine Anatomiche a San Severo, su queste ultime, in vero, qualche perplessità mi sorge, le Catacombe di San Gennaro e di San Gaudioso al Quartiere della Sanità, il, per molti versi inquietante, Cimitero delle Fontanelle, San Gregorio Armeno ed i suoi Artigiani, san Domenico, San Lorenzo, tutto il Complesso di Santa Chiara, siamo stati alle Solfatare di Pozzuoli, al Vomero, nei Quartieri Spagnoli, sul lungomare, a Castel dell'Ovo, al Maschio Angioino, a Piedigrotta, nel parco dove è sepolto Giacomo Leopardi e forse Virgilio.
Dopo aver cenato al Leon d'Oro, e poteva bastare per tutta la vacanza, abbiamo mangiato una buona Pizza all'Antica Pizzeria dell'Angelo, 'o Cuppetiello alla Passione di Sofì in Via Toledo e, posto incredibile, da Nonna Anna al Mercato di Piedigrotta, genuinità, calore ed anche qualità ad un prezzo eccezionale;
caffè e sfogliatelle, dove capitavi, non sbagliavi!
