Nestled in Caswell Beach, this charming condo for $423 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Be part of a unique small town. Live oaks, historic homes, shopping, restaurants, all contribute to the uniqueness of Southport NC. But what really sets it apart is that all roads seem to lead to water and that's where you will be. Fireworks on the 4th, Stede Bonnet Regatta,and the U.S. King mackerel Open, are examples of what can be viewed from the deck. One king size bed with private bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom, provide sleeping for four. Fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, and open floor plan lead to living easy. Cook dinner and watch the boats go by from the deck or take a short 30 second walk to the marina. Several great restaurants can be found via a beautiful 3 or 4 minute walk down the waterway. These include the Yacht Basin Provision Company as well as Fishy Fishy Café – Restaurant & Bar. Both of these restaurants have great seafood and you dine right on the dock with the water just below. For a cocktail, head to the end of the dock and the Old American Fish Company which occasionally has live misuc and watch the boaters watching you. The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the water and downtown Southport. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and along the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with about check-in and check-out. Always a great trip.

This was our fourth time in Southport and this place has become our favorite. The unit had everything we needed and felt like home. The deck was wonderful place to relax and watch the boats. And it is so close to downtown. Will definitely be back

The property was great. The owner communication was awesome. Before I even realized there was a hurricane threatening to ruin our plans the owner had reached out to let us know and that he would keep us informed. Which he then followed up on. Luckily it didn't overly effect the Southport area and we were able to proceed with our trip.

The condo was immaculate and the views were gorgeous. We loved staying here and this property allowed us to do everything we wanted in Southport and it was a great jumping off point to other parts of the NC coast. We couldn’t ask for more and the host was amazing to deal with.

Guest house was perfect for us. Spotless and everything we could possibly need while we visited the charming town of Edenton. The refrigerator and freezer were even stocked with beverages, snacks and ice cream bars!!

Southport is a charming, low key place. This spacious, well appointed condo overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy the pleasant scenery and have walks along the water and over to the quaint places, and tasty eateries along Howe and Moore Streets in Southport.

My wife and I love Southport and we wanted to take a spring trip to relax and recharge. The accommodations were excellent. Great views, great location and a great host. Butch responded to any questions very quickly and made sure that our stay was pleasant. We will be back for sure.

Our stay here was fantastic. The host provided us with all the information we needed and was very reachable and easy to communicate with. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed, including a very well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and they had extra nice touches such as providing log in information for apps on their smart TV. The location is great, with a large porch with a view of the river and a short walk down to many restaurants by the water. The place itself is on a very quiet street even though it is so close to the restaurants and downtown area with shops. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was beat our expectations - it was perfect for our four night stay. The deck is spacious and you can not beat the views! It was a quick walk to shops, many dining options as well as to the river front. Butch was excellent to work with and we are looking forward to returning soon!!

I had a great experience in this perfectly located condo in Southport. Beautiful views of the Cape Fear river and the Caswell Beach portion of Oak Island. The condo was very nice. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Although my friend and I ate out for most of our meals, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals or just a cup of coffee. The back deck was my favorite place to spend time at the condo while we weren’t exploring Southport by foot. We didn’t require much communication with Butch, as everything was in good order during our stay. If you are considering staying in Southport for a week or even just a night, I highly recommend this condo!

Loved the location, beautiful view, and the condo was exceptional. We loved sitting on the large balcony watching the water traffic on the Intercoastal waterway and Cape Fear River. Such a delight to be able to see Bald Head Island and Oak Island in our view. Loved everything about the condo, and it was the perfect location for our few days away from home.

This is our third stay here and, if possible, I think there were even more nice touches than before. Well stocked, clean, easy checking in with Butch - just felt like coming home! Loved walking through the neighborhood and sitting on the porch. Ate at some new places this time and enjoyed every one of them. Can’t recommend this condo enough for convenience and enjoyable space to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Southport--the condo is even nicer than the photos! Very clean and everything was welcoming and comfortable. The deck was fabulous--ate all our meals out there and spent evenings there as well. A lovely spot, quiet but close enough to talk into town for coffee or ice cream. Don't miss the croissants at the Cheese Shoppe! Thanks for a lovely getaway.
