Centrally located in the most beautiful and charming square in Cordoba, this house caters for up to 8 guests. It has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on each floor as well as excellent views to a landmark square of the XV century. Our neighborhood is home to Cordoba most important museums and attractions so if you visit Cordoba, you´ll love this house. Besides the amazing location this house is full of charm. It is a traditional Cordoba house tastefully and recently renovated with the beauty of the antique architectural features and character together with modern amenities and confort. The house is bathed with light and there is the relaxing sound during the day of the water coming from a XV century fountain in the square The ground floor has an entrance hall and the stairwell. The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and balcony Windows. The second floor has a similar layout, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and a small kitchen. This floor has Windows.

We LOVED this apartment. It was in the heart of Cordoba close to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is close to all tourist things to see within a short walking distance. We loved it.

100% recomendable
La casa es tal cual se ve en la fotos. Es muy espaciosa y confortable. Además, está muy bien decorada. La ubicación es ideal tanto si vas a hacer turismo por dentro de la zona antigua ( ya estás en ella) o como si vas en época de feria, (apenas son 10 min andando).
Francisco ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en todo.
El parking que ofrecen está muy cerca y bien de precio.
Recomiendo la estancia 100%

Ideal para familias numerosas, incluso para varias familias ó grupos de amigos, con 4 habitaciones dobles en dos plantas gemelas y con baño y cocina en cada una, proporciona confort e intimidad a los huéspedes, cuando lo deseen.

This was an amazing place to stay!!! the courtyard is so pretty and we had the entire place to ourselves. The first floor is just an entry and staircase. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a nice shower, a small kitchen and a small living space. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms, another bath, kitchen (with washer) and living space. We were traveling with our 2 adult sons and daughter-in-law. This was perfect as the married couple had the top floor but access to our level for visiting. The town is small and you can walk to everything in just a few minutes. Our host recommended several restaurants just steps away and all were wonderful. Don't miss the 2 art museums across the courtyard from this apartment--both are worthwhile. The grocery is not right around the corner but in the Alcazar area which was a 10 minute walk--not an issue, just an FYI.

Great small apartment located central to all the shops and restaurants.
I was with a group of 6 we each had our own bedroom. It was comfortable and central to everything.

We stayed in the apartement for three nights. We enjoyed the apartment, and very much appreciated its location, at the edge of the centre of the city. The Plaza de Potros turned out to be a nice place, with a good selectiof of restaurants nearby, as well as a series of shops at walking distance. The only downside of the apartment, if there was any, was that it was rather small, particularly the kitchen/dining area/sitting room. Nevertheless, a great place to stay if you are aware of this!

We enjoyed having a comfortable bolt hole from which we could stroll out to explore the sights of Córdoba. It's situated centrally in a quaint and quiet square with cafes and eateries nearby. A hire bike allowed us to explore the lovely riverside and further afield. The Mezquita is not to be missed. We only met Francisco once but he was very friendly and helped us get luggage up the stairs to the apartment, which we appreciated.

I highly recommend this apartment for its location,comfort and amenities. It has the best shower I have ever experienced ! The sitting and kitchen area is small but cosy. The beds are comfortable with light duvets for cooler evenings. The windows open onto the courtyard, so fresh air is available at all times. The heating and cooling system was very efficient. The apartment is located near the river walkway,the Roman Bridge,very close to the Mezquita and other ancient structures. The owner Francisco was very friendly and provided suggestions which helped make our stay most enjoyable.
If you are a light sleeper,you should know that sounds from the street may keep you awake if you like to sleep with your windows open.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location as well as the lovely surroundings of the apartment. Very easy to get to from the highway, and Francisco had arranged for parking not far from the apartment.
The apartment itself was lovely designed and extremely comfortable for our stay. Francisco, the owner, was very helpful from the beginning to the end.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location as well as the lovely surroundings of the apartment. Very easy to get to from the highway, and Francisco had arranged for parking not far from the apartment.
The apartment itself was lovely designed and extremely comfortable for our stay. Francisco, the owner, was very helpful from the beginning to the end.
We would definitely return to this place - and can only highly recommend it.

We loved this apartment! Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. All of the interesting sites were within easy walking distance. The choice of restaurants in the next block all had a very relaxed ambiance and delicious food! Give yourself a treat and walk to the Turkish Bath and Spa to relax in a beautiful Moorish atmosphere.

We Loved this cozy Apartment!!!
Located in the heart of all the wonderful experiences Cordoba has to offer! The apartment is beautifully decorated with tasteful colours and artwork. This makes a difference as it creates a warm ambiance in which to relax after a long day of walking and touring.

Charming place with excellent amenities (e.g. a shower with jets!) and appointments. Location is close to many good restaurants and tapas bars. Francisco is most helpful with advice on restaurants and markets. One of the bedrooms is next to an alley, so bring ear plugs in case of early morning noise. Two flights of stairs to the third floor. I would stay here again.

A Hidden Gem
Superb experience staying at Francisco place. Location was great, and the apartment itself felt more like a home away from home where you da relax and just enjoy the life in Córdoba.
Francisco was a great host and showed us the best places to go in town with our limited time.
Must do's: check out Francisco art gallery below the apartment.
But fresh seafood and have it cooked fresh at the nearby markets.
Ask Francisco for the bamboo stick and drink fresh water from the fountain like a local.
The apartment itself was located around the quiet part of town full of local restaurant serving great food and drinks. Short distance to all the 'must see' in Córdoba.
Would rather keep this a secret as to not miss out on staying here again when (not if) I come back again.

Great location, great apartment
Francisco was very easy to communicate with and provided helpful arrival and dining information. The apartment was just as pictured and is located in a beautiful setting. It's easy to walk to all the main attractions in Cordoba. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Schöne Wohnung an attraktivem, verkehrsfreien Platz, im wesentlichen ruhig, sauber. Gute Ausgangslage für die touristischen Ziele in Cordoba. Die Nutzung des angebotenen privaten Garagenplatzes (12 €/Nacht) in der Nähe ist zu empfehlen mangels Alternativen im öffentlichen Straßenraum.
Die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Rückgabe Garagenschlüssel ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Für Gäste, die mit dem Flugzeug reisen und nur wenige Tage bleiben wäre es angenehm, Duschgel und Shampo vorzufinden. Eine Teekanne fehlte.
Da das Touristen-Büro nicht immer geöffnet ist, wäre zum Empfang touristisches Informationsmaterial (Stadtplan, Öffnungszeiten) hilfreich.
