Tastefully furnished, every detail suggests resort-style relaxation at its finest, both inside and outside. We had a great family vacation here. The location is great across the street from the beach. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the rear as well. Place was clean and the layout was nice and open in the main living area. Close enough to walk into the shopping area of the boardwalk.

This is a cute little place in a great location. Very clean inside. The only negative thing I would say are the excessive fees that aren’t listed on top of the nightly rate. For example… our nightly rate was 305 but with Vrbo fees and the property manager fees it ended up being closer to 550 a night. I wouldn’t mind paying that, but I think vacation goers would rather have the actual rate up front 🤷♀️ Would definitely stay again.

Checking in was a hassle…garage door access, front door access and too many different codes.
There were specific instructions about cleaning, however when we lit the BBQ it caught on fire. The neighbors came out of there homes very concerned. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the amazing customer service addressing every issue and our rental reservations..

This property was in a perfect location and at a great price. Check in was easy and quick. The only thing is the garage is to small to park in but they offer a spot in front of the garage which worked for us. Loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

This was a great spot for our family to get away to the beach. The unit is very well supplied with everything you'll need to feel at home. There is not a lot of noisy crowd noise. It is an easy few steps to the beach and you can even see the ocean well from the patio. We loved it and hope to come again!

This was the perfect house for our family! It suited all of our needs, the location was fantastic, the patio and the chaise lounges in the table provided for really great visiting with friends and family as they came by on their bikes! We got to go for great walks and play on the beach. The beds were fantastically comfortable. The kitchen is awesome. We felt safe, It was very clean, and very relaxing! We will be booking here again next year.

Perfect family vacation
This was the perfect house for our family! It suited all of our needs, the location was fantastic, the patio and the chaise lounges in the table provided for really great visiting with friends and family as they came by on their bikes! We got to go for great walks and play on the beach. The beds were fantastically comfortable. The kitchen is awesome. We felt safe, It was very clean, and very relaxing! We will be booking here again next year.

Apt was updated and had everything you could possibly want for a beach stay. We rented bikes for the week and left the car in the garage. Literally one house to the beach- great surf and boogie board beach so we were well entertained. Fans in every room kept temperature perfect- BBQ and outdoor dining on private patio. Tenants upstairs quiet and not distracting. Wonderful week at the beach

We didn't get great weather staying here in November. But the location is excellent. The beach is just across the street. It's very close to some great restaurants and Balboa Island. Kitchen was very well stocked. The sink clogged while we were there and the property manager was there within an hour to fix. It was a very cute condo.Only minor drawbacks. The beds were a little small and not that comfortable for a condo this nice. The TV remote was extremely difficult to operate.

The owner of this property operates under delayed maintenance expecting you to let her know when there is a problem instead of doing any proactive maintenance. And to make matters worse, the owner of the management company hired by the condo unit owner comes over and apologizes for all the bad experiences from long delayed and ignored maintenance issues and promises communication and fairness but never returns any phone calls and offers unfairness. GO STAY WHERE YOU CAN RELAX AND NOT PLAY “FIND WHAT NEEDS REPAIR!” Within minutes of walking in door the inside locking mechanism was so stripped and bent from people “trying” to make it worked it locked us inside. We had to immediately call for repair and assistance!! The next morning upon attempting to use the tub/shower we find it full of bugs, dirt, hair and yuck. Since it was Christmas Day the office was closed so we sent pictures and asked for a refund on our cleaning fee as obviously this unit was not double checked!! The Mgmt company said they feared a bigger issue and needed to come check all plumbing. They found the drain clogged and cleared it but checked nothing else. This had to of been known by cleaners or previous renters as that is how bad this drain backup was. Then upon arriving back to the condo after a fun day out we are hit with an atrocious smell at 10pm!! We find the sink full of horrible smelling old food and grease from the upper unit. The smell was like sewer! We clean this up so we can breath and call for maintenance AGAIN. They come about 10-11am the next day and none of us can shower since there is obviously a major plumbing issue. The maintenance man said the main drain on the outside of the building was completely clogged so all the sink disposal debris from upstairs was running into our unit. He said it looked like it had not been cleaned in months!! Again just more delayed maintenance. We paid almost 40% over normal rates for holiday time and we were refunded zero rental money for all our personal time taken in delays and repairs and inconvenience. They only gave us back our cleaning fee to clean a disgusting tub, a backed up sink and a filthy washer when I needed to wash clothes. I would share pictures of all but it is not possible here. Just go stay where your hard earned money is respected. You should know this unit is below a young local man with lots of friends who are very loud and over all the time slamming doors and running up/down stairs!

The living room couch was very comfortable and their was plenty of seating for the 5 of us. It was also a nice walk through the quiet beach neighborhood to the boardwalk and the pier! We also loved that a good little coffee shop and nice walking trails were only a block away! If we are ever back in Newport we will definitely book this unit again.

Amazing beach weekend!
Everything we needed at our fingertips! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and very clean. Parking is crazy in this area if you have a large car, we lucked out and got a spot as someone was leaving, only a small Honda Civic fit into the garage and the parking pad in front of garage fit a similar sized car. It did get warm while we were there but ceiling fans and floor fans were helpful. Love the area which is north of all the commotion of the touristy traps and much quieter. We were able to bike to the grocery and walk to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Beauty!
Once again we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, better in person actually. The kitchen is well stocked and you have EVERYTHING you need to make a meal. The patio is our favorite place to relax and hangout. Two parking spaces is a bonus as well. We will return again and again.

Great place very very close to the beach
It was great two bedrooms, new kitchen plenty of room - view of the beach was beautiful. Nice to have parking included but really only for compacts. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
