Situated in Carolina Beach, this lovely condo for $381 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sand Pebbles A30 is a 2 BR/2 BA updated oceanfront condo. It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well- maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals. Please note: Sand Pebbles does not have an elevator. The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc. The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar. The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, Smart TV for streaming with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. A stereo w/CD player and DVD player is available in the unit. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available. Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake. Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park. Wilmington is a 20 minute drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Stay was very comfortable. Unit was clean and neat except we had to clean hair out of bathtub, walls, faucets in master bedroom. I was a little nervous when I didn't hear from property manager two weeks before the trip. However, one call was made to her and she responded the same day with an apology for the delay!!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The Roku smart TV helped a bunch so we could watch our own streaming services when it rained outside. We had great nights of sleep, the showers had descent water pressure, and there was plenty of variety of kitchen cookware and utensils. The amenities were better than average compared to other places I've stayed along the beaches in the Carolinas. The use of the owners beach equipment was definitely a plus. Although this condo is not directly facing the beach, the angle is plenty sufficient to get a broad ocean view. The covered patio to soak in this view was a pleasant place to eat breakfast or just relax.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was fully stocked and we were so close to the beach and pool. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stopped here on the way to my daughters dance competition and wished we had more time to enjoy the beach more! The condo was beautiful and clean. We all had the most comfortable sleep and beds and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and listen to the ocean waves with coffee. Great communication with the host and was able to check in early which helped us out so much with getting to a dinner show we had booked. The condo was steps to the beach, had beach chairs and noodles etc on the balcony for guest use, and games on the inside for days you wish to stay in. We highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Location is A+. Balcony has perfect view of the ocean. Beach access is right there, and secured from rando’s coming and going in our location. The condo was stocked with snacks for us (thank you!) and had everything you could want for cooking. Host was responsive to questions we had. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

This was the perfect solution for my reunion with long time friends in the area. I brought my oldest grand daughters along and they were delighted with this beachfront 2BR 2B condo as our home base while we got reacquainted with Pleasure Island.

A lot of PROS: great location with easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Beach chairs and toys provided which is a huge plus since we flew into town. A well stocked kitchen. The ocean view was nice to have. CONs: it didn’t feel that clean. The outside table hadn’t been wiped down, a used sponge was left for us but very stinky and quite a few things we took out of the cupboards needed cleaning first. The place could use a good deep cleaning. 4 chairs for the outside table would have been nice too. overall our stay was great and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved how close it was to the beach. Prefect for getting up and starting our day with a walk along the beach. Also close enough to walk to the boardwalk with the kids at night. Condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Hope we can come back again soon. When there was one minor issue, Linda was responsive and had it quickly taken care of!

We loved our 2 nights in this cute condo. The location was wonderful. We had the beach to ourselves at the condo’s beach access. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Loved the ocean view also. Would love to come back!

The condo was homey, relaxing, well cared for. Had all the little conveniences and you can tell the owners take pride in it. Great patio to see the ocean. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens...close to everything. Would definitely go back.

The condo was clean and just the right size for the two of us with room left over. It was also very close to the beach. The balcony picture is a little deceiving because it does not face the ocean but you can still sit and see it. Also you have to walk up and down three flights of stairs every time you leave and come back. We went in March so it was quiet and peaceful.
