Clean, great option for kids to play and to walk our dog. Perfect location by the public market!!
Pool was a nice to have but was sooooo chlorine filled it burned our eyes to sit in the room. They need better ventilation in the pool area.

Upon arrival the room was quite large with plenty of room. We were going to be in our room waiting for an event. There was only one chair and we asked for another. No one responded so, after an appropriate amount of time, we asked again. We were told that it was a fire hazard but they would talk to the manager and they would get back to us. They never did. Upon our departure, I noticed that other rooms had more than one chair. I consider this very poor customer service and, in my opinion, I was lied to on this account.
In the morning I went down for the included breakfast. As I was sitting eating an employee contacted me and asked if the buffet was included in my reservation. I responded in the affirmative. He went and checked and returned to advise me that it was not. I was informed that the breakfast buffet was $16.95. I was taken aback at, firstly, the price of the buffet and, secondly, the limited choices in the buffet. I advised him I was not pleased with being ‘shaken down’ for this buffet but I would pay for it as I was not going to argue it. I also noticed that another man and his young son had gotten the same treatment. To his credit, he did tell me to “Just forget about it then.” I returned to my room and got my reservation status from my wife which showed ‘Breakfast included’ on her phone so I returned to the buffet and showed the employee. His response was “I just work here.”
Although the room was spacious and the beds comfortable, these two interactions made for quite an uncomfortable stay. I expected a staff much more accommodating to my needs and request. The lack of a chair made the stay in the room quite uncomfortable. The majority of the places I have stayed, even low-end accommodations, provide breakfast included with a stay. I generally not write reviews, good or bad. The time required to do so is my time. I expected much more from a Hilton. I don’t see myself staying at one again.

The staff were very friendly!
Loved being next to the river walk and Pybus market!

We loved the bridge into downtown and we loved being close to the market. There was a charger close by for our EV. The outdoor area by the river was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
The bed was too hard. We both had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up feeling sore and not rested. We loved the hotel and would come back except for the bed.

Beautiful location and loved that it was right next to the PYBUS market.
They did not have our reservation. Not sure if that was a bookings.com problem or there problem yet but it became our problem. I reserved our room using my "wallet" credit but ended up having to pay out of pocket, luckily Steve found us room.

The view from the room was beautiful
The breakfast buffet wasn't that great. No flavor and not a lot of options

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We were exhausted and it was very quiet when we went to bed.
I didn't see on the 3rd party app when we booked that breakfast was $17.95/per person so that was disappointing to find out when we arrived. Also, when we checked in we were told the pool was open until 10pm. Our daughter wanted to go swimming right away, we got to our room and got changed and went straight to the pool to find out it had been closed and would remain closed for the rest of the day because ?? ....we weren't told why, it was a secret I guess. Also, the pantry area to buy snacks/drinks was outrageously expensive-$13 for 2-20 oz. Sodas! That's quite the mark up.
The rooms were nice, but the TVs are very small for an upscale hotel.
Also, we arrived back at the hotel later in the evening and it was so full with cars and busses parked that we had to park a ways down the road in road construction and walk with a young child. I didn't feel safe doing so. My husband is disabled, but we couldn't find any closer parking. For what we paid for 1 night I expected a little bit more.
Definitely recommend checking around for similiar accommodations for less money when booking in the area.

The river view :) Also, the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the check in/out was quick and easy. It's pet friendly so it was awesome to see people with their pups.
The bed was pretty firm so we ended up leaving early. We got the add on breakfast package which was a basic continental breakfast. Otherwise it would have been $15 per person. They do have other breakfast that they show in the pictures, but that's not items you get with the package.

The early morning guy and staff were glued to their cell phones most of the time .Pool and sauna were not open and are advertised as part of amenities .Would like adjustment in my charge .Booking.com sucks ! Priceline is much better!
