Situated in Sunriver, this attractive house for $187 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Otter Lane 11 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This is a tastefully decorated and spacious feeling, single-level lodge-style cedar home with vaulted ceilings. There are large windows all around that provide lots of natural lighting. You'll love the separate family room with TV/DVD player, stereo with iPod docking station, and a queen-size hide-a-bed. It has a newly updated, generous sized, well-furnished kitchen with a dining table for eight. Enjoy the big screen TV and the gas fireplace in the living room. The large master suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with two sink areas, as well as a large table for a computer station or whatever you need, and a TV/DVD player. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, along with a TV/DVD player. Bedroom number three has an extra-long twin and a standard twin. The home is kid and dog friendly (with an additional fee). There are three decks, including a fully fenced large deck with an oversized hot tub. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac only blocks from the Village Mall and steps away from SHARC (this rental includes eight complimentary SHARC passes). Other amenities include bikes, a gas BBQ, storage for skis in the garage, Ping-Pong tables, and WiFi. This home sleeps eight. In the laundry room, you'll find a private washer/dryer and a set of crib-sized bunk beds for small children. WiFi is available for your convenience. *Please note that this getaway offers an EV car charger 32 AMP system with a J1172 vehicle connector plug for your convenience. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a great time at Otter 11. The layout is perfect for families with kids with the two living spaces and separate hall of bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable and we liked the wood cabin feel. The kitchen is very well equipped and we appreciated the two desk work stations in the bedrooms. We also liked being able to move the carpet runners and shoe trays around as needed, as it was snowy outside, and the multiple hooks for jackets helped us dry out our snow clothes. The hot tub is big and feels great at the end of the day. The house has some nice touches like some DVDs to watch, magazines, games, and books for kids. There had been some updates compared to the photos: there is now a leather loveseat in the main living room, hardwood floors through most of the house, and a different pyramid bunk. There were also mattress toppers on the two twin beds that felt great, and we didn’t have any issues with the master bedroom being too cold, things previous reviewers had complained about. Overall a great stay and we will be back!

This house was perfect. Right by the SHARC and the village, tons of nice new bikes, a charger for your electric car. The hot tub was amazing, and even though this home is close to a road, situated so that it felt private the whole time. We will definitely come back here.

Wonderful Stay!
This house had everything we needed and then some. Our boys loved the ping pong table in the garage and the hot tub was a lovely way to relax each evening. The location is great. We will definitely stay here again!

I have no doubt this house will be rented consistently. Based on the furnishings, gourmet cookware and movies the owners have left for the tenants I suspect they are nice people that care about others. In my mind the most important thing about a vacation is getting a good nights sleep, and this is, in my opinion, where this property falls short. The mattresses are all hard as a rock, with the exception of one of the lower bunk beds, the Master King bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept on, we had to buy a mattress topper at Walmart the next day to make it sleep-able and even then it wasn't that comfortable. The A/C in the house is not very effective, the first two nights were 90 degree days, and did not cool down much, a couple ceiling fans in the bedrooms would make a world of difference in a house like this. What is most frustrating is that a $1000 expenditure for fans and mattress toppers would make this property much more comfortable, but apparently Vacasa does not see the value in this.

I had a few issues arise before our trip and Vacasa provided quick, courteous and helpful response each time. They provided clear and easy instructions for how to access the house, how to use the hot tub & bikes, etc., and what was expected to be done at departure. Located right next to Sharc and nearby Village. Home was great to stay in, very clean and homey feeling. Kids loved the ping pong table and riding bikes. Hot tub was very spacious. Umbrellas on patio were a little wonky and tv’s were temperamental not wanting to turn on or turned off all of a sudden but figured out eventually.

We didn’t mind that the second main bedroom had twin beds (our friends had the Master) because my husband has restless legs but if you want to have a house with two Queen/king beds, you might need to be ready to sleep apart from your significant other. The decks and hot tub were awesome the two living rooms were kinda cool too. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house
The place is dog-friendly, spotless, and is outfitted with more than could be needed. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this a terrific vacation rental. For example, plenty of hooks, places for wet shoes and boots, and blankets. The house is well-insulated and its location is handy to the SHARC and to the village.

We had a nice time staying at Otter 11. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Loved the bike trails. The only suggestion I would make it to check and clean the coffee pot from time to time, as there was a lot of grime in the water basin. Thanks!

Super clean, beautiful rustic home! The kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms have great new updates. Love the gated area outside for our dog.

Family mini vacation
We loved the place, it was as advertised. The only thing we noticed was we moved two couches in the back room to sit and play the wii and there was old food and wrappers an candy under the couch’s. The bikes were great and ping pong fun.

Not my favorite
It’s in a great location. Looks great from the outside unfortunately disappointing inside. Bathrooms are nice. Great to have the bicycles and ping pong. A/C was fantastic & needed on 90+days. However the overall interior tired. It is dark and dreary. Uncomfortable beds. The carpets are worn and dirty!
