Situated in Nuevo Vallarta, this charming condo for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This one bedroom condo with two twin beds , two bathrooms at the first floor, just in front of the elevator has magnificent pool view at the small terrace and NO ocean view, with two flats tv's 50" and 32", air condition , fans, dinning room for 6, two sofas the kitchen has coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all set for 6 persons, my property is not elegant right know but is comfortable, this resort has a Beautiful Beach and great pools with not heather for adults and kids, if you want to spend a relax vacations with your couple in private if this is the right place you are looking for, came to this property to relax from the stress of the city, we are just next to the paradises village hotel and Occidental Hotel, the condo has a small terrace and you can see the inside pool , with exquisite design of gardens and awesome Beach with palapas ! Located across the street is Paradise Plaza Mall with Mac Donalds, Pizza Hut, Starbucks coffee, Subway, Restaurants, Bar, USA Consulate, Nuevo Vallarta marina and so much more... if you want to visit PUERTO VALLARTA is just a short walk to take the shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 15 minutes!!! No need for a car . Free Wireless internet in all the Resort. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, a/c in all rooms, satellite with over 80 English 7 Spanish channels! Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. Head downtown by taxi ($35.00 us) or Bus ($4.00 US) just outside the Condo, the airport is 15 minutes by taxi. There is a Daily mandatory cleaning Fee of $3.50 usd per person, Beach Towels are optional, Guest are expected to comply with all resort policies

Complex has great pools, extensive beach front, excellent on site restaurant, helpful staff. Could use some updating in unit bit owners were very responsive to issues

This condo is excellent location on the beach but is in need of a few upgrades. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms good with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is old and rustic which doesn’t matter if you are eating out. The furniture in the living room is not comfortable if you are staying long term. The resort staff and maids are great although their English is limited.

The apartment itself was very rustic, but clean. The area was very nice. The restaurant’s in the area were very good. The only thing I struggled with was I don’t speak Spanish and this is a pro dominantly Spanish speaking area

Our stay at Marina Fiesta was very enjoyable. The unit furnishings are a bit dated but our stay was great. The unit is well maintained and clean. The location in Nuevo Vallarta is excellent. Beautiful, well maintained grounds, pools and beach. The staff is mostly Spanish speaking and they are very gracious and helpful. Daily maid service is very good. We would definitely stay again.

Don't get me wrong Marina Fiesta is a great place and well kept and so is the beach. However, the hosts Victoria and Daniel have not kept up the apartment. One of the AC remotes is a replacement that does not work (maintenance could not also) and the AC in the living area rattles so loud you can't sleep. Their filters have not been cleaned for a long time(very dirty). The sink and bathroom fixtures in both bathrooms are badly corroded and missing in one shower. The toilet seat in main bathroom is so old that it's yellow and rubber bumpers worn out. The shower doors stick together and badly needs cleaning and the paint is peeling on the wall of one bathroom. Both bathroom showers drains were blocked after one week stay had to call maid and maintenance to clean up mess and unblock drains. Had to have the 20 liter bottle water dispenser fixed as the faucet leaked. Some pictures or decorations have been taken off the walls but the nails and screws are still in the walls. The main bedroom had no drapes only a heat shade blind. Had to improvise a curtain on the installed empty curtain rod so as to sleep in early morning light. Since we stayed there for a month it would have been great if the we could get the oven to work.

The condo was comfortable for my husband and myself. The two full bathrooms were nice to have. The complex is very well cared for and laid out. One pool was warm and the second pool was nice as well. Very friendly staff. Very close to a number of great restaurants. Daniel responded very quickly when we had question. Thank you. B & S

We were very satisfied with this place. It has 2 large beautiful swimming pools as well as a beautiful beach with palapas , wi-fi, palm trees for shade., and a restaurant The condo has 2 flat screen tv's with many channels and the wi-fi worked perfectly. Marina Fiesta is a lovely place with courteous and professional management as well as well maintained gardens. We hope to return to Mi casa es tu Casa another time.
