"Great beach rental! We had a view of the ocean and a well-appointed property. Perfect retreat with seamless booking and responsive hosts. I didn't read the part about 'no elevator' and it was on 3rd floor. That was the only negative when we were taking our suitcases to the condo. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway!"

If a view is what you want, a view is what you get. Both side of the condo have amazing sunrise or sunset views. This cute place is perfect for a small group and the host goes the extra mile with cute welcome packet. I would book here again!

If you don’t mind walking up 4 flights of stairs (which I didn’t) this condo has 2 wonderful views, one unobstructed ocean view with the sound of the waves in your ears, and another balcony off the back bedroom with another awesome water view. Wait before you go grocery shopping since there are plenty of supplies, condiments, etc. from previous guests. Great to have a washer and dryer so you can take home clean clothes instead of a bagful of dirty ones. Comfortable beds, loved the living room to chill out at night. Best restaurant by far was Soul Flavor. This may not be your spot if you’re not athletic enough for the stairs or to walk to the beach. But I loved it and will definitely stay again. I really relaxed and felt like I was home. Thanks so much!

We so enjoyed staying at this property. The views are amazing. The location is great. Just enough out of the downtown area but still close enough to walk to pier and down to the boardwalk. We love Carolina beach and this condo was a great find!

We were sceptical about staying at a different beach this year. We've always stayed at Myrtle Beach and we wanted to try a beach that was more quiet and didn't have the high volume of people like Myrtle does. Some of our friends suggested Carolina Beach, so we picked the first listing that appealed to us as far as price. All i can say is we got lucky. We had a great view of the ocean from the front balcony and an equally awesome view from the rear balcony. We were close to all the restaurants and attractions and we were only about a 2 minute walk away from the beach. When we got to the condo the first day, there was a gift basket waiting for us with snacks for our son and an adult beverage for my wife and I. The kitchen had food stocked in the pantry and fridge so if we wanted to cook that evening we could have and we would'nt have had to go out. This place was cleaned than any place i have ever stayed at before. We made use of the washer and dryer often and it was very convenient with a 3 year old running around. I would recommend Jill to anyone.

Loved this condo, great views, clean, bug free house, clean pool, easy walk to the beach. There are a lot of stairs, at three months pregnant I was definitely struggling by the end of the week, but still worth it. Beautiful, incredibly quiet spot on the beach, we all really loved it here. The property manager was very responsive, and we were lucky enough to meet the owners who were incredibly sweet and kind. Would absolutely stay here again and I definitely recommend. Our only issue was that most of the pots and pans were put away dirty, but we assume this was an inconsiderate tenant before us, not an issue with the property. A reminder to please be kind to the next guests when you travel.

This Condo was very nice in a great location with just a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the master bedroom and the bay view from the 2nd bedroom were phenomenal!! The three flights of stairs were not bad. Only downfall of this condo is the parking for bigger trucks or SUV’s.

Place was exactly as described! While a bit dated, it doesn't take away from the great views and location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including a thoughtful welcome basket. We had an issue with the pool code but Jill was very responsive and got it squared away by the next day.

We loved our stay! This place is perfect for a small family. My husband and I and our two children stayed for a week. Jill was great at answering all of our questions. She left us a thoughtful gift basket and we were even able to check in early. There was a small issue with the AC that was addressed super quickly. The condo is very close to the beach with the access point only a short walk away. We didn’t mind the steps up to for condo and they were worth it for the incredible view! We loved it here!

This place has it all. Great views of the ocean and of the river. Walk right across the road to an uncrowded beach. Pool is typically not crowded either. Also many fun things to do in the area…Aquarium, Civil War sites, Zoo, boat cruises. And most of all it was affordable.

This condo has a great view up on the 3rd floor with open sky instead of a roof on the balcony. A quick walk to the beach, with an umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards included. The host is professional, friendly, and answers texts and emails promptly. We were showered with a very thoughtful welcome basket. Highly recommend!

It was exactly as described and expected. It was clean and comfortable for 4 of us. We are all over 60, and the stairs were more than we're used too, but we overcame them. Thank you for the complimentary wine, H20 and snacks! Great view of waves on sound and beach. Short walk to boardwalk and beach festival. Great lil breakfast joint within a block. Jill was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond and notify us with pertinent details. Only concern we had was fitting the Tahoe under the building. The spaces are very narrow. We did manage to get a place in the back lot, so all was good. I def would recommend this place again.

The parking was impossible for my 2022 Kia Carnival van. But the condo was very nice. I knew there were lots of stairs but my knees gave out by 2nd day. We are a group of senior ladies. Love the balcony and view.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with two small children. Great amount of space and was very clean. Loved that the owners left a small gift basket upon our arrival. The views were beautiful and we loved the outside areas the condo had. Unfortunately it rained most of our time there but we enjoyed it anyway! They had some games/puzzles in the closets and some infant items in there too. The primary bed could be updated and definitely be ready to walk up 4 flights of stairs but so worth it! We will be back for sure

We booked the property for a last minute girl’s trip! A little snafu getting in but Jill and her husband took care of everything and couldn’t have been nicer! The view was spectacular and a short walk to the boardwalk. Would stay there again!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend, but flexible enough that I want to bring my family (2 kids, 1 husband). The condo is amazing, with views of water from all windows! The front deck is fantastic! You can hear the waves at all times. The back deck with views of the canal and all the boats is so unexpected. The surprise factor for the back deck made it feel even more beautiful. I can't recommend this property enough. Jill was also VERY kind and responsive - an excellent host coupled with a fabulous property!

This condo had everything we needed and more! The check-in/check-out process was super easy! We stayed over Easter and the host hid Easter eggs for my kids and left a super thoughtful gift basket! The view is spectacular and the proximity to the ocean and tons of delicious restaurants is super convenient. We found the beach beautiful and the accesses were easy to get up and down even with a wagon full of chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. We visited the Fort Fisher Aquarium which is also cool and close by! On the drive home we stopped by the USS North Carolina! Overall great stay in a great condo! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Fantastic little find in the heart of Carolina Beach! Minutes away from everything. Very clean, neat, and tidy condo. Nicely stocked with little things. Very comfortable.
