Spacious affordable refurnished and redecorated condo, located 4.5 miles from Disney, in a luxury resort that sits on 50 acres of magnificent landscaping. As you enter the condo, a large living room, one-bedroom, and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a balcony are welcoming you. The condo is equipped with a large LCD flat-screen in the living room with cable television, a DVD player and a choice of several films, for you to enjoy. The ambiance, the spacious living space, and the comfort will let you feel right at home. For more privacy, you can enjoy a flat-screen tv in the bedroom as well! Our stay was from 11-30 July 2023: Unit is as described with the exception of unit being on the 3rd floor (parking lot view) with no elevator, 40+ steps to climb. As with most tourist areas there’s a daily medium to heavy traffic flow on U.S. 192 (main travel route to theme parks, eateries/restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops etc.). May want to allow yourself an additional 15-25 minutes' drive time for traffic each way. The unit comes with two flat screen televisions but navigating through the channels could be a challenge due to no on screen TV guide showing what’s playing at what time, challenging to go directly to a specific channel of interest without going through each channel to get where you want to go and/or see what’s playing). Host is responsive to inquiries.

This is a great property and is in a gated community, which is nice. Sylvie was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend. However, it should be noted that this unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

Everything was great except the listing should say there are 40 steps up to condo. Also we did not know rules until morning of check in, thus we were toilet paperless on arrival.

We loved our stay at Sylvie’s condo, it was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed. The community her condo is in has a beautiful pool, and despite a lot of people being there, it’s very peaceful and quiet. Sylvie herself was always prompt when responding and always so helpful and a joy to communicate with. We will stay here again and again! So very perfect 😊

We loved our stay at Sylvie’s condo, it was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed. The condo was very nice and clean. The area was great. The only problem that we had was the stairs! I didn’t know it was on the third floor and no elevator. For younger people that might not be a problem, but my husband has medical issues that make it difficult to climb stairs.

Nice condo in gated community. The place was clean and accommodating.
The smoke detector battery died our first night (chirping) so I called the owner. It was too late for anyone to come fix it, so I removed the battery. It was replaced the next day when we returned to the condo. There were 4 TC remotes (2 were the same) with no instructions on how to use them. I asked her while on the phone and she didn't seem to know?
I'd suggest writing up some detailed instructions on how to turn the TV/cable on? I figured it out, but I'm fairly good at electronics. Guessing some might never have figured it out. And lose the duplicate remote (that didn't have power).
One other suggestion along those lines. The TVs are very outdated and small for this day and age. Granted, don't spend a lot of time in the condo, but I'd estimate the living room TV was maybe 36 inches in diameter? It's a nice sized room; could use a bigger screen.
Other than those two small observations, I'd recommend this property to anyone. For the price, you can't beat it!

Practical but basic
Problems with getting check-in details not resolved until just a short time before our flight and only via Home and Away.
Property was acceptable, air-con was noisy. Bathroom really needs a makeover. The bed also wasn’t a good sleep - low base, mattress had been topped with a spare duvet beneath the top sheet in a vein attempt to make it acceptable. Very limited TV channels - not even CNN - streamed from our iPads instead.
Washing from previous guests had been left wet in the washing machine - we re-washed it, dried it and put it away - probably explained why there were few towels before we found the washing!
The size of the condo is fine and the kitchen had what was needed. Communal areas are good, nice gym and pool area. But not in a location where walking out somewhere is really achievable - you have to take the car. Disney parks all very accessible by car in 10-15 minutes.

Anniversary trip
The place was nice and clean. The bed was hard so I didn't sleep well. Our key card didn't work and we had an issue with getting into the gate. I couldn't reach the host. Someone ended up buzzing us in. I did get a new card the next day when the clubhouse opened.

Nice little condo
There was a lot of our Florida trip that had to be budget conscious, but this condo didn't make us feel like we were scrimping. We felt right at home. Owner was reachable and fixed a couple minor issues that we had right away. Pretty good location to everything and easy to find. Thanks Sylvie!

This condo was amazing! It had everything that you would be looking for. The condo was very clean and it felt just like I was at home. The owner was very quick to answer whatever questions I had for her.

Overall a Good Time !
We spent 5 nights in this very affordable and well appointed condo.
This place is perfect for for 2 people but can sleep 4. The condo is clean and well kept, with everything you might need. It is in a location close to Disney, very good restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets. It's in a gated community with swimming pool and club house. The only drawback would be if you can't climb steps. The condo is on the 3rd floor. Overall we had a great time!

Met our needs perfectly
This unit met our needs perfectly for our quick trip to Florida for Disney's marathon weekend. A previous guest had accidentally taken the parking permit, but the owner was quick to respond and contact the clubhouse so that there was no trouble with our parking within the complex.
We did not make use of the kitchen or laundry facilities, as most of what we did was sleep at night and leave during the day. The kitchen looked clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils.
We had not been to Disney World before, so we originally planned to just Uber or shuttle around as needed; but on the recommendation of the owner we rented a car, which ended up being much cheaper and more convenient because we didn't realize the distance between the parks and other places we needed to be. We appreciated her input and consideration.
We did not visit any of the complex amenities like the pools or athletic areas, but everything looked tidy and well maintained.

Nice condo and location, would stay again
My wife and I stayed at Sylvie's condo for 5 nights. We found the condo to be in good shape, very clean and bigger than expected. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate staying there again in the future. Thanks Sylvie!

The unit was as described! Clean, everything provided
We had a difficult time getting in the security gate and the apartment door code! Once in the unit we’re pleased with the accommodations! Ample for 2 people ! Wonderful pool! Would recommend! No WiFi or cable!

Close to Disney, nicely furnished
My daughter, husband and I had a great stay! Although the TVs were on the small side and the sofa bed as comfortable as can be expected everything else was great. Bedroom mattress was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, adequate toiletries for 3 night stay, many amenitiies that we didn’t get to take advantage of, washer/dryer and 15 minutes to Disney. Easy getting into complex and badge also allows access at Entry gate. key code entry to condo was convenient. The grounds are quite pretty and well-maintained. We would be more than happy to rebook for our next stay. And last but not least, Sylvie quickly answered emails and was a very gracious host.

We loved our home away from home!
My family loved the accomodations! It was very clean, quiet and comfortable! We loved having a washer and dryer and coming home from our vacation with clean clothes! The pool and gym was great! We would definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Our stay was great except....
Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for our short getaway. The only issue we had was it took an hour and a half to get inside the complex. Our flight got in late and the instructions were to call but nobody answered to get into the gate. We ended up sliding into the gate to get to the condo to get the parking pass. My recommendation would be to fix this issue because individuals could have late flights like we did and they wouldn’t be able to get into the complex. Overall, it was great!!

Weekend get away was a success!
The property is in great condition. It feels very warm, comfortable and homie. We had an AC problem. It wasn't cooling the apartment enough. The landlord send out a tech on a Saturday night at 7pm and he thankfully came right away. She also has the best movie collection. Not an overwhelming amount but the top 20 movies in my opinion. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinners. She has the kitchen fully equipped with anything a person might need. I mean, it was just great! She also refund my deposit right away which was nice.

Clean easy drive to Disney
Had we known this was a third level apartment without an elevator we would have stayed elsewhere. The unit is clean neatly furnished ala Ikeya. Our stay started off a bit rocky. The entrance gate keypad was not working properly a call to the owner and a resolution was quick in coming. The tv remotes all had no batteries or non working batteries a kind young neighbor helped us discover after he helped us lug our luggage up the three flights of outside stairs. He sorted out the remotes gave us batteries for 1 remote We didn't use the second remote for the bedroom TVA sweetheart of a guy. The owner was responsive and apologetic. I would recommend this unit only to a young couple.
