Unit F-202 is the ABSOLUTE NICEST "fully remodeled" CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONED unit at the relaxing Kaanapali Royal condominium resort. ...And reasonably priced !!! This very quiet unit has wonderful Ocean, pool & Hawaiian landscaping views. The "partial ocean view" can be seen from the lanai (see view photos). Unit F202 was completely remodeled and professionally decorated just a couple of years ago. The remodel was complete!!! - Everything in the unit was replaced and is "brand-new" including all new appliances, new high-capacity washer and dryer, all new "high-end" furniture, new linens and pillows and all new housewares. Please see the photos - simply impeccable... Unit F-202 is a 2 BR / 2 BA luxurious AIR CONDITIONED unit boasts roughly 2,000 square foot of living area (plus an extra-large lanai -roughly 35 feet long by 9 feet deep). Additionally, Unit F-202 is in the most ideal location, the unit is on the second floor which gives you the perfect combination of privacy, security and view. Also, first and second floor units are considered to have the best floor plans as everything is on one level with an "open floor plan".. Very clean and well maintained condo in a great location. So close to the beach and many shops and dining spots. Jim is a wonderful host and made sure our Maui trip was a memorable one. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting 🏝️

My family and I enjoyed staying here at the condo. It’s in a very quiet and gated condo that I feel safe with my family there. We can walk to the mall and around the golf course. Thank you for hosting our family.

Loved the condo and the location was great! Can walk to Whaler’s Village and dine, shop or spend time at the beach. Jim was so nice and welcoming. Spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub. Saw lots of rainbows from the lanai.

This place was beautiful and comfortable. Large open space, comfortable beds and a huge closet of beach necessities for us to use. I came with my husband and cousins and a couple of our children. The description matched the place accurately. Unfortunately, the Maui fire happened the day after we checked in. It was nice to have the lanai with the outdoor grill to make our meals while the power was out for all the days. We checked out days earlier than planned. Praying for Maui and the people that has lost their homes and lives. Hoping to visit again soon. Thank you for opening your place for us for the time we were there Jim, I wish we were able to enjoy this unit longer.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Condo is updated, clean, spacious and has everything you need to have a great vacation. I appreciated all the added details throughout the house letting us know how everything worked both in the house and at the property as a whole. Lots of extras were included —a whole closet of things to make going to the beach easy—coolers, chairs, etc! We would absolutely stay at here again!
