Located in The Villages, this attractive house for $151 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Great rates, less expensive than a hotel, and you have a whole lot of space to enjoy your time in The Villages. Our home was built in 2015. Its excellent location is a very short walk to the Dunedin Pool and a short ride to Manatee Rec Center and Brownwood Square where you can enjoy great dining, shopping and nightly entertainment. At the Manatee Recreation Center you will find a family pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and so much more! Our Jasmine model home is ready for you to enjoy. The amenities include: - Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table for 4, can seat up to 6 with leaf. - Dining table with additional seating for 4, can seat up to 8 with leaf. - Master bedroom includes king size bed, walk-in closet, and a 40" TV. - Master bath has double sinks, linen closet, and walk-in roman style tiled shower. - Guest bedroom is complete with queen bed, dresser, night stands and a 32" TV. - 3rd bedroom is set with two twin beds, a dresser and a 32" TV. - Inside laundry has a new efficient Maytag washer & dryer, large closet and sink. - Living room is open with comfortable seating, a 55" TV - Lanai is enclosed and climate controlled with table and 4 chairs - Bed linens, blankets, and towels are supplied for your convenience. Gas golf cart. All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service and internet are included. Temporary resident ID's are not included, the cost is $50.00 payable to The Villages when you arrive. Guest passes are free. Owner will provide potential guests with a quote outlining all expenses as well as the lease agreement. The lease agreement is to be printed, signed and returned to owner. Pricing given is for 2 adults. Only those listed on the lease may stay at the home. All guest require prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Approved guests staying with monthly tenants for more than one week will result in an additional charge of $100 per week. As a reminder, our home is smoke and pet free. Rental policy: Half of rental price (non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented), $125.00 cleaning fee and a $750.00 ($350 for weekly rentals) refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental price due 60 days (30 days for weekly rental) prior to occupancy. Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to stay (May - November); 120 days for (December - April) otherwise refund only if unit is re-rented on equal terms. Security deposit returned within 14 days of departure. Rentals will be assessed a 7% Florida Sales Tax. Monthly Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Check-in 3:00pm; Check-out 10:00am The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

Great house to rent. The house was set up very nicely. It has everything you need in it. It is very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The house felt like we were staying at a family member or friend's house. We will rent it again, if it is still available.

The house was like new and well-furnished with everything we needed. Perfect location, close to pool and short golf cart ride to a number of golf courses and three town squares. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

A fantastic location with easy accessibility via golf cart to all the activities and entertainment The Villages has to offer, while also having immediate turnpike access to Orlando's theme parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful and well stocked and we liked the location. Pool is only a short walk away. We were there when hurricane Ian was making landfall and being new here, we weren’t sure what to expect but the neighbor, Dean, from across the street was super helpful and walked us through it. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is perfectly located to the pools, rec centers, shopping & dining. All the comforts of home are included with this property. Having a golf cart included is a great touch. Even the neighbors were nice. God willing, we will be back here next year!

Property was conveniently located for golf cart access to Brownwood Square, Walmart etc. Manatee recreation center was less than 1 mile away. Property was clean and comfortable for our family.

The house was as advertised. the place was spotless when we arrived and we could go shopping or restaurants or activities or golf on the golf cart provided. everything was thought of, including a notebook that was very informative. Bruce doesn't live there full time but his neighbors were very helpful when needed. Nicely furnished and all household needs were there. I would definitely rent again and Bruce could not have pleased me more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and so well equipped! Paper towels, tp, plastic wrap, foil, ziplocks and laundry detergent were all provided. Did need to buy olive oil and spices. Great location, walk to pool, short drive to everywhere else in The Villages. Owner gave us some extra hours on our last day before we had to check out, which was greatly appreciated. Only downside was the mattress in second bedroom was quite soft and not comfortable for my sister. Golf cart and bikes were nice options. Neighbors were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights. We loved the location and the house! Everything we needed was supplied by the owner down to the beach towels. The furniture is really nice and it's a spotless unit. The golf cart was in great shape and we used it every day. We met some of the neighbors and they were really nice. The community pool is within 200 feet. Golf is great and a short drive to 3 Championship courses. Brownwood square was reasonably close also. We will definitely return to stay at this home!

Loved this rental so much we bought a new house at "The Villages" with the same floor plan! The owner was quick to respond with every email. The furnishing through out the house is beautiful. Very nice sheets, towel and linens. Neighborhood is fantastic! Central to all public gatherings. So pleased we choose this rental to spend our vacation.....It won't disappoint!

Loved our stay. Great location, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed provided. Golf cart ran great and was so much fun to take to pools and other activities. But the best detail was the comfort and cleanliness, which was the best I have seen in a rental house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a very lovely house and it was great to have use of the golf cart, pool toys, and bikes as well as have supplies for the laundry room, bath and kitchen. Bruce was very accessible and helpful. The check-in & check-out procedures were a breeze and he ensured a smooth process for obtaining resident & guest ID's. We highly recommend this rental!

We had an awesome time,! We were on the go constantlly. One thing about The Villages is that there is always something to do—and it’s your choice every day! We enjoyed the food and bands on the squares and danced every night! City Fire was the place we ended up at after the bands finished up. And great little golf cart got us around. Five stars!!!
