About this house rental
Convenient 1st floor, 2 bedroom home in Great neighborhood. Very comfortable. Close to everything including being just blocks away from colleges, hospitals, shopping, grocery and airport. Just 3 blocks from a Starbucks. Kitchen, Queen Bed, Full Bed and a Futon Couch. Free WIFI also included. This home is perfect for traveling nurses or visitors of any local hospital or college. If you are conducting business downtown then this home is minutes away from downtown but is in safe quiet neighborhood.

It served our needs very well

My mother and I traveled from the East Coast to stay here for 3 nights while attending a funeral in Billings. After a long day of traveling, we arrived to this property which was not only inconsistent with the pictures but also inconsistent with good prior reviews. The place smelled like urine as soon as we opened the door, the bedroom had dog food scattered on the floor, the sheets has stains, furniture was falling apart and so on. The owner was immediately notified that we refused to stay there, and that we had relocated due to the above issues. Our request for a refund was declined by the owner, he stated his housekeeping/maintenance employee sent pictures and said the unit was clean, so I'm guessing he didn't even check the property to verify. We didn't expect this place to be more than the pictures but we did expect it to be consistent with them and a place we could rest comfortably while grieving and traveling. Arriving to this property in this condition coupled with the owners unwillingness to work with us... this is by far our worst experience traveling.

We loved the full kitchen and appreciated the pots and pans for cooking dinner. The check in process was SO easy and seamless which worked great for our unpredictable schedule. The house was no frills but had nice wooden vintage furniture, comfortable beds, a TV, and kitchen. We feel we got a great value paying half of what we were getting quoted at hotels the weekend we came through.

This rental had everything we needed for our long weekend. It is in a lovely location and easy to get anywhere with plenty of eatery and coffee options within a 10 to 15 minute walk, 3 to 5 minute drive.

Great property!
Communication with the owner was great. House was clean with everything you needed. Mints on pillows were a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay!

The rental was everything we could have asked for - Comfortable, convenient, and clean.
We were there for minor league ball games and the apartment was close to everything (town) and a straight shot to the ballpark.
My husband and I agreed that the bedding (mattresses, pillows and sheets) were the most comfortable we had ever had in a rental.
I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Very nice place.
My daughter goes to Billings for Drs appointments. When she stays overnight I get her this nice place. My wife & her enjoy it very much. They will definitely be back.

Convenient and easy
Great little place and great price point! Had everything we needed and made this weekend stay so easy! Close to coffee, food and shopping, easy to get to, plenty of parking..... Convenient! Will look for this place again for the next stay.

Clean, roomy, comfortable, and great for our family!
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the property was clean and perfect for what we needed. Karim was very responsive to questions and great to work with. It was bitter cold weather outside, but warm and inviting inside.
I gave this place 5 stars, although the listing needs to be updated to more accurately reflect the number of beds. Karim accommodated our needs nicely, however.
My father-in-law said they could have used more blankets in the unit they stayed in, but I'm sure Karim would have quickly addressed that, had they asked.
The futon in the living room is hard to sleep on, but as I mentioned, the beds in the rooms were fantastic.
Overall a great place to stay!

Clean and Comfortable for the Price
The home was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. No weird smells or anything like that. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
