Location is good, people was nice

I waste about 2h to get keys I must to go on other side of town to get keys, chairs is in bad condition

Very practical with everything you need.

Good location

The apartment has a strange smell

I had a roof over my head

1. First of all, they asked me for a damage deposit of €50 2 days before my check-in. They said I will get the money back when I check-out, but that did not happen. I had to talk to customer service to find out that they will give me my money back in a week. 2. The apartment is very old and it smells really bad. We stayed there for a night only and our clothes/bags started to smell like the apartment. Good thing is,that now i can take this smell with me back home and share it with my relatives. 3. The location is not central at all. We had to take an uber/bolt to get there and come back from the old town. 4. The bunked bed is not safe at all. We could not sleep there because it was shaking and moving in all directions. Probably it is just for kids. Found 3 screws loose and some were missing entirely.. 5. Everything was sticky and and the apartment was not clean at all. 6. We were not able to close the door between the room and kitchen because there were a lot of carpets one on top of the others. 7. The owners were quite aggressive and they asked us for the exact hour of our arrival. They threatened us that for each hour we are late we will pay €10 (even though in the description it says that the check-in can be done anytime between 14:00-19:00 with no extra charges, and the fine will be applied ONLY if we do not arrive between these hours). 8. When we arrived at the location they were washing the clothes and the lady was not speaking English at all. 9. The intercom was not working. 10. They had a lot of sofas (3 to be exact) and it looked like the owners brought all the unwanted furniture into that apartment. 11. The apartment does not look like the pictures. 12. We did not take a shower because the bathroom was not clean and also it wasn’t safe either because the sealing was loose on purpose in order for the fan to extract the air (note that this bathroom fan sounded like a 1996 2 litre Diesel engine)

The location for what we wanted was perfect. The transport links to the areas of bratislava were perfect.

Close to the city center. Very good communication with the owner. Okay for one time stand.

Just above the main street. Very loud. We were asked about departure at 9:40 (phone call) even though time was till 10:30. Cleaning lady came when we were still inside. Several damages in the apartment not visible on the pics. Wet dishes in the cuboard (with crumps on them), towels in the dryer.
