Located in Athens, this charming condo for $243 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This brand new apartment is located in the most upcoming area of Athens, Koukaki. It is few miutes walking from the most important sites and at the same time remains a neighbourhood for locals. The apartment consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have 2 double beds and the 3rd bedroom one double futon sofa bed. The sofa in the living rooms turns into a double bed too. On the back side there is a small balcony for quiet morning coffee. Guests have full, exclusive use of the property It gives us great pleasure to welcome our guests in person and be of help regarding the apartment appliances, and to offer any tips and information regarding the local area, the city center or sightseeing in Athens. We always welcome our guests in person For late check in (after 21:00) there is an additional fee of 15 euros total for the person who will check you in. A formerly low-profile neighborhood at the foot of the Acropolis, home to several service stations and body shops in the past, Koukaki has evolved over the last year in the hottest fun spot in the city, as new hangouts with an alternative character open one after the other. The tour begins from the “Bell Ray” (88, Falirou Str.), which is housed in an old service station that turned into an all-day industrial space, with large windows, tasty snacks, and lovely cocktails, where you’ll find it hard to get a table. The wine bar “Boheme Bourgeois” (36, Anastasiou Zinni Str.) prefers wines from the Greek vineyard, which come with cheeses and cold cuts. Right next door to it (34, A. Zinni Str.), you’ll find the “I Fabrika tou Efrosinou”, namely the factory of Efrosinos – the patron saint of cooks – with plenty of meze dishes and stews. At the “Monsieur Barbu” (59, Falirou Str.) and the “Hops” (10, Drakou Str.) nice, juicy burgers take centre stage, while the “Lotte” (2, Tsami Karatasou Str.) has an air of Parisian bistro. The “Kinono” (48, Falirou Str.), which is a new arrival, is a well-lit all-day corner place with a large bar, an inclusive cocktail list, and exquisite accompaniments, well-known DJs at the decks and large areas in the mezzanine and the basement for exhibitions and one-off performances. For handmade jewelry and other decorative items, check out “Psit!” (9, Veikou Str.), and for funky clothes – also handmade – go to the “Lovecuts” (2, Veikou Str.), right across the street. Complete your tour with a visit to the “State of Concept”, a nonprofit gallery found at No. 19, Tousa Botsari Str. The apartment is located in a very central spot of Athens. All the archaeological sites are located in walking distance as well as the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis metro station, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the "Plaka" area which is the most ancient part of the city. We can arrange transfers from/to the airport or port upon request.

Only 16 minute walk to Acropolis and flea market. Not far from the port or airport by taxi. Great place to stay!

It is a beautiful property, very clean and spacious. Anna our host was extremely proactive and answered all our queries promptly. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Acropolis is also not too far.

Great location. Good overall value. Bed and pillows terribly uncomfortable. Both showers low quality and heavily leaked water. One shower had broken parts that just didn't work. Minor repairs and a relatively small amount of money could be spent could make this property near perfect. As it is I had to buy new pillows to sleep. Mattresses uncomfortable. Showers both broken. 3rd bedroom wasn’t a real bedroom. Supposed to be a 3 bedroom and had only 2 towels available for bathing?? Come on..., I hope the owners will spend a few Euros to make an otherwise great apartment comfortable. This is my 5th Athens VRBO that I’ve stayed > than 10 days in. Disappointing that they missed on basic comforts on such an attractive and well located apparent. If the items I described above were fixed than I would rate the property 4.5 of 5.

Overall a great visit to Athens. This apartment worked very well for us. The location was very convenient being a short walk to the main sights. Check in was easy as we were met at the airport and at the apartment. The ride from the airport was arranged by the property manager which was great as we got in late. It is a new and modern apartment as per the pictures. There’s some minor maintenance needed, but nothing serious - I.e. lightbulbs and tightening a couple fixtures. (I sent a note to the property manager so hopefully these will be addressed for the next guest)

The property was wonderful! Costa met us right as our taxi was pullin up to let us in. Great communication from Spyros as well. The unit is exactly as it appears, close to major sites and restaurants.

Licht en ruim appartement met airco in iedere kamer. De bedden en kussens liggen heerlijk. De locatie is perfect. Lekker rustig in een wijk die hip is en niet overspoeld met toeristen zoals Plaka. En slechts 1 metrohalte verwijderd van de Acropolis. Wat overigens te voet ook heel goed te doen is. De communicatie met de verhuurder is ook iedere keer prima geweest, snel en correct.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect to walk to the Acropolis and the Hop on Hop off bus stop. The interior furnishings were absolutely beautiful. Easy to book, and communication was great. We would certainly stay here again. One recommendation would be to have spare lightbulbs available, we had two lights that the bulbs went out.

Very close to all the major sites. Aggeliki met us on our arrival and went over all the details of the apartment. She also gave us a google map of all the amenities close by (very helpful as this was our first trip to Athens). There were plenty of markets close by to stock up on food. Spyros and Aggeliki arranged for our airport pick up and drop off which allowed us to get in and out of Athens easily.
