Northern Belle is a charming cottage located on one of Saint Simons Island's favorite beaches. This home has high ceilings, nautical antiques, floor to ceiling book cases, four bedrooms with three private baths, washer/ dryer, cable tv and internet. Neighborhood amenities include two private heated swimming pools and a private beach entrance to a sun deck and pavilion. Coast Cottage Lane has been featured on HGTV and numerous times in Coastal Magazine. Northern Bell is a delightful cottage, fully furnished and ready for your family to enjoy. This home is located in Coast Cottages, one of the best vacation spots on Saint Simons. The master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bath and is located on the second floor off the kitchen/ living area. The next three bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the washing and dryer area. Bedroom two has two queen beds and a full bath with two vanities. Bedroom three has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with two vanities with bedroom number four. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks. These bunks have full beds on the bottom. With a twin bed on the top. Northern Bell has a wonderful kitchen with all new updated stainless steel appliances and a brand new cappuccino/espresso machine. It has a breakfast counter that sits six. It also has a large dining table that seats six. The living area has plenty of sofas and chairs and a brand new 52 inch flatscreen with surround sound. All of this and just a short stroll from your front door to the pool and beach Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.** Each of our properties comes with the following Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwasher soap pods 1 bar of soap in each bathroom Liquid hand soap Liquid dish soap Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. Everything was lovely, but on the fifth day, the dryer stopped working, so, we had issues with wet clothes and getting things dry when we came back from the beach.

We had a wonderful experience. We love SSI and being able to stay together as a family is important. We had plenty of room. We needed some batteries for the remotes and a couple of light bulbs and were taken care of promptly. Our son, parking on the grass overflow, got surprised by a ticket for parking in the wrong direction, but the manager is trying to get it taken care of because that doesn't normally occur.

This property is well appointed with all the essentials for a large group. Our family spent a week here with 6 adults and 8 children 10 and under. It was very clean and conveniently located close the the beach and two pools. The home was located on a private street with upscale Charleston style homes. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great with the house. Location was fantastic, walking distance to the beach & pools. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice park along with a great bbq spot and brewery also within walking distance. If I could make a suggestion would be to provide more than one trash bag for a 3 night stay. Thanks for letting our 2 families rent your home!

In first entering home, I was caught off guard by the smell of a basketball locker room that I use to encounter in high school and college. The Wi-Fi and Xfinity were inoperable the entire stay. I’m assuming the owner and or property management team needed us to bring our own trash bags. Toiletries were extremely limited as well. I have friends who have homes in the Coastal Cottage community and one rents out and I can say from all the others we have stayed in this location was the least desirable. I would recommend to anyone who ask to stay elsewhere and not this location. Hampton Inn and Home2Suite would be a nicer and cheaper location without a doubt.

This was a group of 40-year-old moms getting away for the weekend, so we had the absolute best time! The weather and location were perfect! We just wanted to say that the house has not been kept up with. The electricity in particular was sketchy (outlets sparking and lights flickering on and off), the dryer sounds like someone is jack-hammering, the ceilings need to be repainted, there is a leaky faucet in the front Q room, and the wall is caved in and bulging with bubbled up paint in the bunk room.

The Northern Belle cottage is just as pictured. Our group of 11 very much enjoyed our stay(6 adults, 5 kids). The kitchen and living room are located on the second floor and they were very well appointed. We were able to make fajitas on the grill outside and the kitchen was stocked enough with supplies to make it easy. Would recommend bringing a beach cart when you head to the beach. It’s a little bit of a walk down Coast Cottage Lane to get to the beach.(I think we walked past 15 or so cottages) Hope to return again soon. Would definatley recommend.

Our stay was amazing!!! Great house (very clean). Our property manager (Wanda), was amazing, she was so easy to talk to and answered every question with kindness. The pool area was very nice and the access to the beach was easy. The only problem we had was parking and that is only a problem if you have more than 2 cars. We will definitely go back (we are planning our next trip).

This was a great Floor plan for Grandparents on same level as kitchen and den with children and grandchildren all on lower level. The kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was nice with furniture. Dryer gave us a bit of trouble when the vent was loose and tangled all the clothes in knots. Also the kitchen need some updates on stocking cookware and supplies. Overall, our stay was nice and we had a fabulous time. Thank you, Jean

We really enjoyed our time at the East Beach Cottage! The neighborhood was family friendly, the cottage was perfect for our family with teens! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and the living room adjoining was also accommodating. We rented bikes and the kids road to Starbucks and Chick Fil A as well as downtown to the stores and restaurants. The pools did not feel overly crowded except for the Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely be back to East Coast Cottage!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. We were two families with adult children who like to pair off to do their own thing and then regroup for dinner and games. House is updated, beautiful and clean. Only wish was for both pools to be heated to reduce crowding but that does not reflect on the property itself. Management is true to Southern Hospitality. Highly recommend.

We’ve rented several times in Coast Cottages and always enjoy our time in St. Simons. The communication with the owner and the rental agency was terrific, and check-in was a breeze. If you have a large party, the Northern Bell can accommodate quite a few people in the 4 spacious bedrooms., all nicely decorated. The master bedroom is on the main level off the kitchen and the master bath is the smallest of the 3 bathrooms. Very little room for two people and only one sink. It’s the only bathroom on the main floor which is a bit inconvenient. There are no half baths. All are accessed through the bedrooms; no hallway access. There is a large kitchen with tons of storage;; unfortunately the quality and quantity of the utensils and small appliances were subpar. The kitchen stools need to be cleaned or reupholstered and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall, the property was nice and comfortable. However, with very little effort, a few enhancements could make a big difference and easily make it 5 stars.!

Coast Cottage Lane is a gem! Love the location, community pool and beach access. St Simons island and surrounding area has so much to do and explore. I highly recommend renting bikes and exploring the extensive bike trails. We stayed in this house about 10 years ago, and although its been mostly updated with new furnishings and nicely appointed kitchen appliances, the house is showing its age. I suggest upgrading the bathrooms too. Many faucets leak and the handles and drain plugs are loose. The master toilet needs a new flapper (it constantly runs). Lastly, there isnt enough drinking glasses or silverware for 8 people. Overall our stay was wonderful, and I would stay here again.

Benji was as helpful as possible getting the situation resolved. Would stay again sometime in future for large family group. Heated pool a plus in December!

Location is very convenient and the community pool is a great way to end a day at the beach. The home has plenty of space for our party of eight, three kids and five adults, and we particularly appreciated having enough seating for meals.

We liked the layout of the house and it was in a great location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and activities on the island. But it was very unclean. There was no bath soap or extra trash bags. Pots and pans had cooked on food. Dishes and flatware not clean. Very few drinking glasses, especially wine glasses. Dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker very old and dirty. Found a used wodded up paper towel at base of coffee table in living room. Food crumbs in cabinets and drawers. Bar stool seats very stained and dirty. Really in need of a deep clean and a new cleaning service. For the amount of money we paid for cleaning very disappointed to stay in such a unclean house.

The property was very nice and spacious with great proximity to the beach. The only improvement I would say was that the pool deck was made of a very weather wood that multiple people in our party got splinters from. If they could seal the wood or replace it, it would be much better! Otherwise, it was a great little getaway!
