Unit 508 has 2 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen size fold out sleeper sofa in the living room. There is wi-fi and TV/Cable in the bedrooms as well as the living room. This unit has a large balcony. There are tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. We have an outdoor pool, hot tub and grilling area. There is also a gym located on the ground level. We have direct access to a small, private beach. You will be just minutes away from many great restaurants, public beaches, and activities. We are also located less than 2 miles from Pensacola NAS. If you are looking for the perfect place to get away, you have found it. The property is conveniently located near the NAS Pensacola and close enough to Orange Beach, Alabama. We love the inter coastal water way. The property is well kept and the owners are great!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit for the second time. Very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. People in condo are friendly. Enjoyed watching Blue Angels practice.

4 out of 5 stars! Super clean and nicely stocked. It came with 4 kcups for the Keurige and 3 dish pods and 3 tide pods. Everything needed to get you started. Although not located directly on the beach(ocean), the view of the lagoon with it's own little beach was still enjoyable! There were plenty of towels and other beach (chairs, pails, Frisbee, etc) too. Also Target, Walmart, dollar store, and Aldis were together less than 10 minutes away. So was the beach/ ocean. We normally stay in Pensacola Beach and this unit is in our top 5! Also, we were able to watch the blue angels practice right outside the condo! No need to drive to fort Pickens!

This property was great! It is located in a spot where it is not to busy but close enough to drive 10-20 min and do anything you would want to do. We had dolphins swimming every day along with watching the Blue Angels practice from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

View of ocean is wonderful; balcony is sweet on 5th floor. Short drive to restaurants and grocery stores, Walmart, Target. Nice people in the building!

Greg's property was wonderful. It was tastefully decorated. I give it the highest grades for cleanliness and description. In addition to having everything we needed there were extras. We appreciated being able to use the little ice cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. It will be my first choice on my next trip to Pensacola.

We throughly enjoyed our week stay. As travelers who often rent properties, we were very pleased. The accommodations were just as described and shown. The condo unit was very clean, very comfortable and spacious. The owners made it feel like a home away from home with everything you need to just unpack your suitcase and relax. The pool area was not busy at all during our stay and the building is very peaceful and quiet. The location is not near anything to walk to, such as stores or restaurants but that is what we were looking for. There are plenty of places to drive for groceries and restaurants. If we are back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The condo and location were great. The beach is small but perfect for our 3 yr. old and the pool was never crowded. The condo had everything we needed. There is a PANTRY to put your food in! Watching the Blue Angels from the beach was also a highlight. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the nicest condo my family and I have stayed in. It is well maintained and updated. The building is in a more secluded part of the area which gives it a more peaceful getaway if that is what you are looking for.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and peaceful. The beach was perfect for our littles--calm waters for swimming. The unit was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials. The property owners were incredibly helpful and responded to any questions we had very promptly. We would definitely stay again! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! It is in a nice quiet area off the beaten track a bit. Perfect for what we were looking for a nice relaxing stay. The view is great and the blue angels flew over a few times, which was really cool. Ate good food, swam in the pool and went to Johnsons beach. Weather was beautiful could not have asked for a better stay. The pier is still in disrepair but that is the only thing that was a negative at all. We enjoyed Hub Stacy restaurant and Fisherman's corner also Sonny's BBQ was also great. I hope to go back next year!

We spent a delightful week at this condo. Quiet area away from the tourist crowds but very close to great beaches and restaurants. It was lovely to look out over the water to see a pod of dolphins and exciting to see the Blue Angels fly overhead. The condo was well stocked and we weren't concerned at all with it needing a couple of minor repairs. We would certainly stay here again!

We have stayed in this building 4 previous times however this was the first time for this unit. I expect this price for a week, things to be in better condition. Mismatched painted areas where wall repairs were made, torn screen door, ceiling fans make so much noise you can't sleep, old stained carpet, kitchen sink supported with a turnbuckle, drywall tape peeling, and poorly made repairs. To bad photos can't be uploaded for reference. Hot tub was cold for 2 days and grilling area was taped off for repairs and no one was aware ahead of time. Unit did have everything you need for cooking and a huge tv for rainy days.

We loved our stay at your beautiful, quiet condo. It was the perfect getaway from wintery Indiana. The condo exceeded our expectations, loved the balcony view over Big Lagoon and the Gulf. It is a great location. We felt it was easy to get around, unlike southern FL during spring break time. We took our bikes to Orange Beach and rode in Gulf State Park a couple of mornings and really enjoyed. We enjoy seeing wildlife; saw dolphins from the balcony, many birds (nesting heron and osprey). We saw nesting bald eagles and alligators in Gulf State Park. We enjoyed walks on the road and beach at Gulf Islands National Seashore- Johnson Beach, just a few miles from the condo. We took chairs and soaked up the sun! We would love to come back to your condo and highly recommend to all!

I am used to having vacation rental properties meet my expectations. I am not used to having my breath taken away by the location and view. The condo was as nice as the listing showed, but i still felt like pinching myself every time I walked out on the balcony, or down on the beach. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks for the lovely stay.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation this is the place. Harbour Pointe is as described and a very nice place to stay. Check in was very easy. Beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so needs a new mattress. Harbour Pointe is a great place to stay.
