November 2021 Stay
I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed in 360Blue and their customer services since they changed hands in 2020. This will probably be the last time booking with them our yearly trip. The condo was clean, except for black mold growing in places in the master shower. It was also comfortable and we loved the location. However, we were on the third floor and the elevator was broken when we arrived. Left message with 360 and by noon the next day elevator still broken and no call back from 360. So I called again to be told over and over there was nothing that could be done until property management called them back. I asked what we were supposed to do if someone had issues getting up the stairs and their response was “nothing we can do and I can’t tell you when it will be fixed.” The elevator was fixed late that afternoon, to only break again the morning of check out when we had loaded all our gear up on a wagon to take down to the car. Very disappointed in all my communications with 360Blue.

This is a great flat that is in a perfect location with a great porch for morning reading and coffee. Well equipped kitchen and spacious master bed and bath. We would definitely go back.

This is a place to stay in Rosemary and nothing more. This is a barebones condo. You are not allowed to grill per the condos rules even though there’s a grill outside the condo. The kitchen table top was so wobbly we could barely eat on it. WiFi was in and out the entire time. The trees outside the balcony are so thick that you can see absolutely nothing. There is zero view.

We loved Rosemary Beach! So easy, parked the car and never had to leave. We enjoyed riding bikes, especially on the nature trails where explored from Rosemary all the way down to Alys Beach.
The condo was lovely and very comfortable for my husband and I, and our three teenage sons.

Amazing spot for a getaway. This condo was perfect for my baby, mother-in-law and me to enjoy a Mother's Day weekend at the beach. The location is ideal - close to two of the four pools, short walk into town to enjoy everything Rosemary Beach has to offer and very easy to get to the beach. The home is well stocked with everything you could need, including a pack-n-play. 360 Blue was beyond helpful with ensuring we had everything taken care of for our trip. Can't recommend them enough. We will be back!

My mother and I had to evacuate from Hurricane Florence. We thought we'd take advantage of the "forced vacation" by exploring the Florida panhandle and had no idea Rosemary Beach would leave such a lasting impression! We loved the area.
Our rental home was clean, bright and had a warm and comfortable ambience. We're back home now and happy to say that Hilton Head Island survived intact!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Loved the close proximity to the Cabana pool. The balcony was nice and private which was a great way to unwind from the day. Having the free bike rentals were a big plus. 360 Blue's customer service was top notch!!!

The size is ideal for a couple or small family and the location is hard to beat with it’s close proximity to the Rosemary pools, beach access and town center. My family (Me, my husbad and 2 year old son) stayed at this flat for the weekend and LOVED it! It was so peaceful, relaxing, charming and in the perfect spot in Rosemary Beach. It was our first trip to 30A and we can't wait to come back. The heated pool that's only a block away was a great perk too!

We had a great time and the unit was perfect for a family of 4. The master bedroom and bathroom are a very nice size. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook dinners. The balcony was nice to sit on but it would be great if the HOA would trim the trees so you could actually see the beautiful park and amphitheater directly across the street. Bring cards, UNO and games as that added a lot of fun to our family nights. We ate in some of the nights and the other nights we had delicious dinners at Angelina's, the Mexican Restaurant in Seacrest and a Greek Restaurant in Sandestin. The beaches in Rosemary are white sand and clear water. The people renting the beach chairs are snobby and don't like it if you put your chairs in the same area as their rentals, but there is not much choice because the beach is very crowded. I love that the major form of transportation is biking. Each night we listened to a band in Rosemary, Alys and The Hub. The unit was great and the property managers were fantastic.
