We provide Bed Linens for all beds including the sleeper sofa for the entire house. However, guests must provide their own Beach Towels to use outside or on the boat. Guests are welcome to use washer/dryer if any sheets or towels need to be cleaned (detergent is provided). AMENITIES: Explore the lake on our 2 stand-up Paddle Boards and 4 sit-in Kayaks (just don't forget to wear a life jacket!) We provide tons of high-quality neoprene life jackets of all sizes. We want you to use them!! Be safe out there :) There is a huge comfy patio area right outside the family room complete with seating, outside dining, and a large stainless steel propane grill (be sure to check it when you arrive, if gas runs out - renters are responsible for replacing at any of the nearby grocery and gas stations). AT&T U-verse TV (1000+ HD and 4K Channels including HBO, Cinemax, and all ESPN channels). The house is equipped with High-speed Fiber Wi-Fi internet that works all the way down to the beach. Or get some relaxing outdoor time and teach your kids how to fish with the 2 full fishing rods, and 2 children's rods with the provided tackle box!
