COME TO THE ISLAND TO RELAX SOAK UP THE SUNSHINE This Multi-Level Unit with all new kitchen appliances and fully stocked kitchen is located in the heart of St. George Island so you can stroll to near by restaurants, shops, and lighthouse. The balconies overlook the pool and beach where you can watch the dolphins swim by. This fully furnished townhome is nicely decorated and very homey. Updated living room furniture with electric buttons for reclining on right side of seats. 2 full baths, a washer/dryer, full size kitchen (well stocked), Lrg. screen TV and one mounted in Master Bedroom. The grounds are beautifully maintained with a fish cleaning station and lighted boardwalks. The island offers water sport rentals, bicycle rentals and path, fishing in the bay, gulf or by charter boat, shopping, art galleries and antique shops. Nearby, Apalachicola has fun and trendy shops, restaurants serving local fresh oysters, shrimp and fish, and museums to explore or take a day trip by boat to nearby St. Vincent Nature Preserve. A luxurious home in a fun and relaxing setting.

We like to be very close to the beach, have a beach view from our balcony and also have a nice pool to swim in. This place hit all 3 of those likes. It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. Plus, Jennifer was always available and helpful!

This was our third stay at the Villas and we enjoyed it once again. The condo is clean and is more updated compared to another unit we've stayed in. The location of the Villas can't be beat--beautiful beach, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc, and the lighthouse.
We arrived on the Island earlier than expected and the property manager was able to get us into the unit a few hours early, which was nice!
We were pretty disappointed to lose all of our groceries when the fridge went out. The property manager said she'd notify maintenance, but we were scheduled to leave the next day, so I don't know if /when the issue was resolved.
We'd definitely stay here again!

Great view of the beach and the pool saw dolphins every day nicely decorated living room furniture was great within walking distance to everything plenty of towels and wash rags and beach towels could probably use a new mattress on the bed but overall was a fantastic experience

First time staying in this unit however we visit SGI frequently and often stay at the Villas. We found the unit to be very well stocked and adorably decorated. We always like the easy beach access and quiet location. Thank you for another wonderful stay! We'll be back :)

We came for a long weekend and the property was just perfect! We could walk or bike to our favorite restaurants and the pool and beach were immediately accessible. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Jenny was quick to respond with any questions and even brought paper towels and regular towels the next day to restock what was low. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to SGI.

We loved our time on St. George Island! The beach was not crowded, plus it was a short walk from our unit. We enjoyed renting bikes and walking to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect, low key vacation spot. Super relaxing!

Bath on third floor was a bit annoying. Didn't realize all the bathrooms were upstairs. Will stay at villas again, but on a ground floor unit. We left it cleaner than we found it. Actually found 10 flexeril pills under the couch.

This condo complex is very well maintained and so clean and neat. The pool was great and again very well maintained with lots of seating and umbrellas. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything you could want. Jennifer, the property manager is super and will go out of her way to do anything for you. Property manager (Jenny) is AMAZING as is location. PERFECT
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jenny, the property manager is. We have rented a lot of beach properties over the years and have always had good experiences. NOTHING compares to this, though. Jenny is AMAZING. She's incredibly responsive and just overall wonderful.
The property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We loved staying there.
The unit is okay and we would stay there again. The owner needs to be better about upkeep. It could use a repainting, but I don't really care about that. The shower heads are really bad to the point that they cause leaking that is dripping into the downstairs ceiling. They are now aware of this and hopefully will fix it.
They are very limiting on the amount of toilet paper and paper towels they provide (two rolls of toilet paper total and one roll of paper towels), so just come prepared.
Even with the above, we would not hesitate to stay there again. You can't be the location and proximity to the beach and Jenny takes great care of the guests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhome is clean and attractively decorated and has everything you need. Great location, you can walk or bike or ride a golf cart pretty much anywhere on the island. Super close to grocery and the Blue Parrot. Nice pool, beach view. Also, I really enjoyed the games, videos, and books the owner has thoughtfully provided. Just a little extra! We would definitely stay again, but next time all our kids and their "others" want to come too. ;-)
