About this apartment rental
Located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this large 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor unit has been renovated throughout! These renovations include new kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth top range, new master bath with walk in shower, new guest bath with soaking tub, new vanities and quartz sink tops. Flooring throughout the unit and on the lanai has been replaced. A new HVAC system was also installed. Renovations were just completed in December 2021 This turn-key unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with both a Keurig and a coffee maker, dining area, a screened lanai, and washer and dryer. There is wireless internet access and a 60 inch Smart TV in the living room. The master suite includes a queen size bed and bureau, large walk-in closet, full private bath with walk in shower, and a 42 inch TV. The second bedroom has both a new queen bed and twin bed, a large closet, and 42 inch TV. Runaway Bay has the largest heated pool on the island, a fishing pier with bay access, exercise room and sauna, lighted tennis, picjleball, and shuffleboard courts, and charcoal grills. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, great restaurants and shopping areas. A free trolley can take you anywhere on Anna Maria Island. Golfing, boating, fishing, bicycling, and swimming are some of the amenities island life has to offer! A great place for both couples and families!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Even spoken by two 15 year olds! First time in AMI and staying here was so close to the beach and so many beach items to use, including a wagon and cooler! When we come back we will stay here again

This could not of been a better place to stay. Nicely updated, clean, and awesome location! The complex was so clean and quiet. Our family enjoyed the pool, tennis courts & just few steps to the beach! Can’t wait for our next stay there!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was even nicer in person then the pictures showed. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in was so easy. The parking spot right outside the unit was very convenient as well. It was a super quick walk to a beautiful beach. We loved the screened lanai and all the beach equipment available to use. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus. We can’t say enough how much we liked this condo!! We hope to visit again.

The condo was clean and the interior looked just as pictured. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, cooler, and cart are a huge amenity. We enjoyed our week long vacation on the island.

The condo was very clean! It is located toward the front of the property and is close to the beach. We could just grab our beach gear and walk just across the street to the beach access. If you don’t have your own beach gear, there was plenty of that in the condo already, including a beach cart! The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We had a great time. This is one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed in. I would definitely reserve it again.

All good as great except the complex pool had an issue with a drain and the pools was closed for last two days of our trip during July 4th weekend. Awesome other than that.

My New Home Away From Home
This was my third time staying at Runaway Bay and this was my favorite unit so far. It was upgraded and very nice and the HVAC worked as it supposed too even with the elevated temps during our stay. Couldn't be happier and will definitely stay at this unit again.

Beautiful, up to date condo basically across street from beach. Everyone we met was nice and helpful. Clean and well furnished with plenty of beach supplies already there. I would like to thank the owners and Wagner reality for a great family vacation.

Perfect condo for small families. Terrific beach amenities (chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrella, & cart). Adequately stocked clean kitchen, but could use a steamer pot with a basket to cook crab legs. Wonderful bath towels. Extremely luxurious sheets & comfortable king-sized bed.

The recent renovations were awesome and the condo had plenty of kitchen amenities, towels and beach stuff. The pool was great. Location was awesome and the free trolley made getting around to shops and restaurants very easy! Would definitely stay again!

Just what I was looking for.
Sadly this property detected a water leak. However Modesto handled the situation with utmost professionalism and had my family relocated to a similar unit. I would highly recommend him with certainty that your experience will be flawless. Perfect place to stay.

We did have a great time during our vacation and overall we loved this condo. However, the t.v. in the front guest bedroom did not work the entire stay. We replaced batteries in the remote and still it would not change channels, non-operational. Also on the last night, the t.v. in the master bedroom started having problems too. Other than the issues with the t.v.'s this condo is fantastic!

Great Anna Maria Island experience!
The appartment is spacious and well described by the owner. The property was quiet and enjoyable. There is a small gym that comes very handy on rainy days. There is a hard surface tennis court which is very well maintained, the beach is beautiful and just across the road there is a path to it. The little bus stops at the door of the complex. The pool is large as described. For those who like baking the kitchen is fully equipped. Modesto, the owner was very accommodating and we had a good time at Runway Bay. I would put 5 stars if the pool would have function through. They told us that they plan to replace the heater some time in February/March 2019. All in all very pleasant stay. I will return!

GREAT LOCATION ON ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Although the red tide set us back some the condo was perfect for a family of five and having the pool, tennis courts, and renting bikes for the week from beach bums made for a fantastic vacation. The condo was well equipped with all the kitchen items you would need, beach towels and tons of beach equipment that we utilized and added to as we traveled up and down the gulf coast to avoid red tide. The location is perfect and steps away from being on the beach or a quick walk to the bay pier. Would stay here AGAIN - great value for the money.

Great Condo!
My boyfriend and i booked this condo for a graduation vacation and we loved it! The condo was clean and functional for all the cooking i did. We loved the location on the island, just a short bike ride from anything an we loved the community pool. The one thing we caution is the community wasn’t exactly super thrilled that people of our age (we’re 18) were renting. Overall, great vacation and we will be back to Anna Maria!
