Upon entering, you will notice the new tile flooring, soothing color palette, and ocean views. The updated kitchen features white cabinetry and granite countertops, white appliances, and well stocked cabinets. The living/dining area of this villa has comfortable seating, a large HDTV/DVD/stereo, and sliding doors leading to the huge covered patio overlooking the ocean and Beach Club pools. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
