We all loved this house!! It was close to everything and we could easily walk everywhere. Felt very safe!! The view from the pool was awesome! The hosts were very helpful and willing to help us out with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Casa Miguel is a prime location in Cabo. It's walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Fernando, the concierge, was very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He was flexible and understanding. The house is beautiful and has great views from almost every room. I highly recommend staying here!

Came with several long time friends. Getting in touch with the concierge was always difficult. The location is up over 60 feet of stairs and elevator/lift continued to break down so alot of stairs and we had our golf clubs. Water never got hot even though we asked several times. View and overall location is great however they really need to work out the kinks.

Beautiful place up on the hill overlooking the marina and Cabo. Highly recommend! The pool water was a little warm but so is Cabo! Close walking distance from town, restaurants close, and the view is great.

We really enjoyed our time in Cabo and especially at Casa Miguel. On arrival, Fernando and Tony were there to greet us and help with our luggage. Fernando gave us a tour of the house and explained how to work the hot tub and pool which was very helpful. The house was very clean and the AC was always cold. The rooms are huge, each with their own bathroom and 3 of the rooms have an amazing ocean view. The house is in a very convenient location, everything is a short walk away - coffee shop, grocery store, tons of restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back to Casa Miguel.

Everything was spectacular and the group thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property. The house had everything you needed and the concierge/staff were always a quick call away. Service and timeliness for requests were spot on. Exceptionally clean house with all amenities provided. A short walk to the marina and a very quick shuttle ride to the beach, where all the activity within the town took place. You can't go wrong in picking this place.

This house is absolutely incredible! It is nestled on top of a hill with a great view of the marina. It is close to lots of activities and restaurants. The place was very comfortable and a wonderful spot to entertain. We enjoyed the grocery service as well as the private chef. I would highly recommend this property.

I stayed at Casa Miguel with 7 friends for a bachelorette and it was perfect! There was more than enough space for us to be comfortable. The best part of the property for us was the location. Being able to quickly walk to the downtown area made our trip so easy. Fernando was also incredibly responsive and helpful for anything that we needed. We had some issues with the WiFi not working as well as the pool not heating up, and he was prompt to send someone for repairs. The only downside of our stay was that some of the bathrooms would occasionally have a sewage smell to them. I unfortunately think that is just part of the home. However, everything else made up for it! If you are looking for a beautiful property in a convenient location, this is the spot.

Our stay was really nice. Got to enjoy the pool, spa and large patio. The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms and large beds. Only thing to consider are the many stairs to access the house. Also, taxi to the house is cobble stone and quite out of the way. Walk to town as often as possible and avoid the long taxi ride.

We really liked the location of the property to the marina and downtown areas....easy downhill walk from the property. Lots of stairs to get in/out of the property-but the exercise was good!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Casa Miguel. The location, views and property management are unmatched. Fernando and Antonio were so responsive, they picked up groceries for us, scheduled a chef, drove us to the airport. They were never unavailable and always there to help.
The reason for the 3 stars were a few things. When we arrived the check in on the listing said 2pm. We got there at 3pm and the cleaners were still there. They said we couldn't check in until 4pm. This was fine because we wanted to go get some lunch, but it would have been annoying if we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool. That evening, there was a very strong sewer smell coming from the downstairs room. It was so bad that we had to keep the doors closed and no one could sleep down there. Luckily we had an extra room but it would have been a problem otherwise. Antonio and Fernando came and tried to remedy the problem and it helped slightly but it was an unfortunate part of our stay. The pots and pan in the kitchen are falling apart and were somewhat greasy when we went to use them. Lastly, the cleaners showed up at 9:30am on the day of our checkout when the checkout time was 11:00. I was annoyed about this because we had been courteous when we couldn't check in until 4 pm. They also did not knock on the door and just walked into the house without saying anything. I communicated this to Fernando and he was very apologetic and let them know to wait until we checked out.

My friends and I had the best time at Casa Miguel! This was our first time in Cabo and we felt extremely safe in the gated neighborhood and it was so close to the downtown, restaurants, shops, and the marina that we could walk. Antonio, Mike, and Fernando had exceptional service and checked in with us throughout our stay. There was also plenty of space for our group of nine girls. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Fernando took care of any needs. Great surprise to have cleaning service throughout the week. Tonio found Carlos ,our driver to Todos Santos, what a great guy, funny has a lot of history in Cabo and was a great story teller. Booked a sunset cruise with Cabo Sailing and it was truly perfect, highly recommend.Highly recommend this place. 5 stars!!

Casa Miguel was very enjoyable, and Joaquin was extremely helpful and attentive! He set up all of the transportation and dinner the first night for us. The view was beautiful, great location and they very accommodating. On the other hand, There were a couple of things about the property, though that I think could have been improved- the first couple of days we were there, there was a very intense smell of sewage in the upstairs hallway area. That was the only room that didn’t have a direct AC or Fan, but the rooms did so that made the air circulate more. After we called, Joaquin asked if we have had the doors shut (we should be able to have the doors open) and they put an air freshener in to mask the smell which helped, but that shouldn’t be happening at all 😬 the downstairs AC also didn’t work for a night, and it was fixed the next morning but it stopped working because it went below a certain temp which wasn’t communicated that we couldn’t do that. It felt a bit unsafe because it was very easy to just reach your hand in the door from outside of the front entrance. The kitchen had items, but the tools were falling apart and greasy from the previous stay. The stairs are also very steep with areas that don’t have any railings from a safety perspective. Overall the stay was positive, but for the $$ I think those things took away from the experience.

50th Birthday
It was my husbands 50th birthday and we invited some of our close friends who were also turning 50 to join us in Cabo. This property is amazing, plenty of room for everyone, all the rooms are so spacious. It was really clean and housekeeping service was provided throughout the stay. The manager Joaquin is so helpful and set us up with ATV's, a private catamaran and chef service a couple of the nights. He was always available and on top of things, as a property manager myself I was really impressed with his hard work and eagerness to help out, it made it so much easier since I didn't know which company to pick for the activities we wanted to do. The property is in a gated community and was super safe and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone, there was not a thing I would change.

The pools at Casa Miguel were so gorgeous and fun! We had an amazing time floating and enjoying the view! The air conditioning and beds were super comfortable, and the security at Pedregal made us all feel safe and secure during our stay.

Home Sweet Home in Paradise!
Casa Miguel did not disappoint! The photos you see are 100% accurate, but don't do the villa justice. The place is so much more beautiful in person, since the photos don't capture the entire villa and it's beauty! We had a group of 8 and everyone was so comfortable! The main living spaces were large enough for our group to sit and play games, eat meals, enjoy the pool space, etc. The bedrooms are enormous!
Joaquin was the best house manager. He was incredibly responsive leading up to the trip. He helped make recommendations on restaurants and excursions. We opted for Joaquin to do our grocery shopping ahead of time, which worked out so well for our group! Groceries were there when we arrived so we didn't waste anytime putting our belongings away and enjoying the pool/patio. We had a lovely in-home chef come to the home to prepare a delicious meal! We also opted to have the in-house spa services (massages). Everyone we interacted with at the house was kind, on time, and pleasant!
The property is walking distance to almost everything near the marina. We walked to all our dinners and most of our activities! Only problem is we had to take cabs back at night because the community gate right by our house closes at 8pm. That was the only downfall. However, safety first! We paid about $4/person for cabs. Not too bad. Highly recommend getting cabs versus uber/lyft in Cabo.
Don't hesitate about booking this property! Washer/Dryer, large bedrooms, working A/C in each room, plenty of natural light with ocean/pool views, walking distance to marina/restaurants, friendly house team.

The house itself had everything we could ask for: beautiful pool & spa, large outdoor grill, huge doors/windows with incredible views, and plenty of space to relax (and an amazing speaker system!). We couldn't have asked for a better location, or better management for assisting us in planning the perfect trip. If you are planning to be out of the house past 8PM, be mindful that the lower gate with security closes at 8PM; an Uber/taxi will be needed to get through the main gate after 8PM.
